It was the worst place I’ve ever been to. I literally had to cry for them to see my daughter. The girls in the front are so unprofessional and inappropriate and disrespectful. They keep telling me they will send a prescription in and it’s going on three days. I will never refer someone to this place, and looking at the reviews I’m not the only one unhappy with their services. When you have to get upset for people to do their job is pathetic.
I had to wait 1 hour before they even called me back. Then I came back the next day to give a prescription which I had used before and the docter said to bring for her to sign it and they took an hour to get her approval. I swear they dont care about wasting your time. I even asked twice what is taking so long and they told me she is busy. Im very disappointed the docters are really good but staff is horrible.
I had been coming here since I was 17, I am 24 now. In the years that I had been a patient here, I have gone through numerous doctors and nurses who have since then left this practice. This office used to be efficient, over time I have seen it slowly lack in structure, assistance, and promptness. I have been waiting on urine test results for over a month, each time I call the physician has not looked over my results yet. I have since then found a new OBGYN who is capable of posting my results in my portal, available for me to see online.
My daughter waited an hour and people that came in after her were bein called before. We canceled appt.. the front desk was lost, she shouldnt be working there
I’ve been trying to get an appointment for the past five weeks. I called them back twice and nothing!
I come here with my wife and we always wait over 2 hours . Once we finally walk in and get assigned our room all I see the nurses sitting down and listening to music eating baked chips. Everyone here is really disorganized. If you choose this place just clear your whole schedule when you have an appointment you will be here waiting probably half of your day.
Over 3 hours of waiting to wind up leaving because I kept getting skipped by other patients. Terrible customer service and overbooked appointments.
I loved the clinic from the very first day. Great and welcoming environment as well as very understanding staff and doctors.
Bad place to go if your a young, new mom. they make you feel awkward and they take FOREVERRRR to do anything actually. And I’ve been wanting to make an appointment I. Alex everybday almost 4 times off my phone and my boyfriends phone and they yet to have let me make an appointment w them. They have ignored my call and have had one of the staff answering and hang up. My results from some tests haven’t been brought up to me and I had gotten a Perscription that I never got wtff!!!
Dr. Kareh and his assistant Corina are the best!! I love this place because of them. If you’re in need of great care ask for him. Dr. Kareh is super knowledgeable and his assistant is always nice & professional.
Unprofessional they charged me for a missed appointment when I clearly stated I wasnt going to make it on the day in advance then they were giving me wrong dates when I asked about my file and what I was being injected with they didnt even know what they were injecting me with then they had my door all the way open and were talking about my case out loud in front of other clients highly dissatisfied with the place which is why Im leaving with Doctor Cook she was the only one who knew what she was doing and was friendly and welcoming.
I have almost 2 hours here waiting and dont call me yet... So maybe I will spend 3 hours after see the doctor... This is ridiculous!!!
Take for ever in the appointments, they said one thing in the phone, and another when you there!
Gyn Dr Jorge Kareh has been caring for me since 2011 and has treated me in the birth of my two children. He is a great doctor and I highly recommend coming here. The staff is amazing.
Dr. Kock is an amazing Doctor the best doctor I have ever had in my life. I am not exaggerating. Very patient and explains everything that she is going to do before and after. She takes the time for any questions you might have!! I love her!!!
The clinic is nice on the surface. New equipment. As for staff some are nice others not so much. However the main goal is the doctors medical attention. Here is my experience. Dr. Garcia cut my sons face during C section and never said sorry to me or mentioned anything!( BTW the scar is noticeable at 2yrs of age, light however it still makes me angry) She pressured me during labor to have a c section (baby was ok) honestly she just wanted to end her day quickly. My husband who is a doctor noticed that as well. NP Tess has a MAJOR attitude problem I once went and requested a pap smear and she kept lecturing about how I was a year away from needing a pap smear. Even when I told her I would be paying full up front out of pocket she still gave me her angry sassy attitude. I guess it makes sense to be angry at people who are making their clinic wealthier. Be cautious of Dr. Garcia and the NP. I will never go to this clinic for anything ever again!
The most terrible people in the business. They were so rude to my pregnant daughter. From the first moment we walked in it was a nightmare. Every time we went for the first appointment they were always turning us away cause they could not get there stuff together. They were giving her shots every week and when she voiced that they were really hurting they totally disregarded her concerns. The nurses are absolutely rude. I would not with a hundred percent certainty recommend this Ob Office if it were the last in El Paso.
First of Id like to say I had Dr.Koch and she was AMAZING. Unfortunately she was not in town when I went into labor and DR. Kareh took over. Well it was the most awful experience I have ever had. He was late and my nurse delivered the baby and the on call OBGYN at the hospital as well. He was so pissed of came in the room like a pitbull ready to attack. He was so rough with me and caused extreme pain minutes after I gave birth. I do not recommend him at all...stay far away from this doctor. He was so rude and failed to acknowledge my husband in the room. Not the attitude you want from your Doctor moments after your baby is born.
So many complaints but the one that lead me to changing my dr at 20 weeks was todays visit. The sonographer obviously not reading the patient chart asked why I was seeing a high risk dr after Ive had 2 miscarriages. I got my phone out being this is our rainbow baby my son & husband couldnt make it to this appointment so I wanted go record a heart beat. I slightly got my phone out and she right away stopped and said very rude i need to take my measurements first then you can record. I asked her why that was if it has not been a problem every visit nor with my high risk dr she didnt have anything to say except nod her head and said she needed measurements. I told her that her customer service in the medical field was horrible le being I am a nurse I know how important customer service is. She proceeded to ask where I work and I asked what it mattered to her. This was the last straw. For me to find another dr at 20 weeks after I was finally feeling comfortable with this dr.
The receptionist is backed up and encouraged with the staff to defraud the patients out of their money with misleading info....
This place closed suddenly at the end of December 2018, I had purchased a laser hair removal package and still had unused sessions left. I was told I would be receiving a refund. I’ve called, emailed, sent messages on social media etc. It’s now April 2018 and still nothing, no refund, no return calls. Dr. Garcia and her husband should be ashamed! You are stealing people’s money! Shame on you.

I dont understand the complaints Ive read at all! Tess is wonderful and makes me laugh (hard to do when youre getting a pap!) I recommend her to everyone!

I have only been there for a week and sincerely this horrible in my ultrasounds nor explain anything to me and I always last more than an hour waiting for them to happen to me, yesterday I had an appointment at 8 am and they never happened to me I was the second person to arrive and it was already 9:15 and I was still waiting while 6 people had already passed since I had things to do. I left because they told me they were waiting for the assistant, I dont have all day to wait for the arrival assistant if it does not arrive I will be there all day and without breakfast because I do not think so. Truly a horrible service.

2022-03-01My daughter just turned 18 and had her first visit. Initially, I was told I could go back with her. Since she is still in high school, she was terrified and has limited information about her medical history (as most children). When the medial assistant called my daughter, I was told to go wait in the car. My daughter had to text me throughout the visit for health information. Very unprofessional of the office staff and very frustrating as a parent. All hospitals allow visitors so this extraordinary “rule” is unnecessary.

2022-04-21Great staff! Friendly and informative but the wait is ridiculous! If the patients can’t be seen efficiently then maybe the case load should be reduced! I work and it’s hard to get time away so I try to slip away at lunch and this wait time does not help at all! Incredibly disrespectful and inconsiderate of peoples time! You gotta plan a whole day just for a drs visit very inefficient! My anxiousness sky rockets just waiting around in the room!

2022-05-11The wait is horrible!!! Almost 3 hours just to get an annual pap!! I was about to leave and they put me in a room. I thought it would get faster at that point but no, it was an additional 50 minutes waiting in there!!Go somewhere else, dont waste your time.

2022-01-13I used to be taken care of so well at this office and it has gone severely downhill. When I can see the Dr., she barely gives you any of her attention and is out of the room in minutes and issues are addressed very poorly. I have been waiting to be treated for 3 weeks now and the office staff is horrible at returning calls or answering phones. I have been contacting them daily and the keep telling me they’ll send the Dr a message and I get no replies. My experience here over the last year has been a nightmare.

2021-10-01I honestly have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. I had a high risk pregnancy with twins and I was taken care of. Dr. Jennifer A. Perez is amazing. She knows what she’s doing and she cares about each one of her patients. I’ve been seeing her since December 2020. The staff there are amazing too.

2019-04-17Dr. Kareh is awesome delivered 3 of my kids. This all started 22 years ago, I hope to see him again one day. Back then staff was awesome, very friendly. Now maybe he can deliver my grand babies ❤️

2016-12-09This is a terrible place the doctor is nice but, they are incredibly unorganized, I was never able to get my birth control because they couldnt keep track. Will never go back ever again!!!! Not recommended!!

2020-06-18I was diagnosed threatened miscarriage the hospital told me I needed to see the gyno within 48 hours I called the staff didn’t care at all they basically told me I could wait a week n a half they told me they’d call me back after speaking to the dr they never returned my call.

2020-02-03I was very happy with my visit. There was no long wait for me to be seen at all & the NP Ramona Baeza was amazing she removed my birth control and was very smooth with it I didnt even feel it nor felt pain after i highly recommend her.!!
