Front desk people are really nice. I am giving this 5 stars because the flies on the wall do not talk.
Positive: Nothing Negative: Room was dirty the front desk clerk was rude because I got the room for 40 dollars and said this want happen again. That was too cheap and couldnt check in until after 3 but check in said 2 pm that was why I got it

This hotel is by far the best Ive stayed in around the Houston area. The people that work here are very polite and professional. The rooms are HUGE and EXTREMELY CLEAN!! I seriously cannot say it enough, Americas Best Value Inn is the best value for your money!
There were dead bed bugs in our room and the person in the front did nothing little do he know I will get the health department involve and take control and and do a lawsuit . Due to COVID this is a hazard and have cdc get involve.
Pictures on website and Google need to be updated to reflect the rooms they actually have. Room looked dirty, door was being held together by nails and screws.

I dont think this hotel even makes it to 1 star.. Pictures on the website totally opposite from actual hotel. I highly dont recommend anyone to stay there, very old looking, the maintenance in the rooms are poorly maintained, we paid prior arriving so we got stuck for the weekend but I will never return to this place at all. I explained to them that their website shows otherwise all they had to say Im sorry ..NEVER AGAIN
We were there 27-29 Feb 2016. Initially the suite was booked because of the median price range and the photos presented on the web site (The room looked nothing like the photos), but mainly because of the proximity to a wedding we were attending. The suite was the worst I have ever rented to include the times I traveled for the US Army. No one seem to perform quality control on the cleanup of the room and it was quite clear that the maids did not have proper guidance on what making up a room means. The fan in the room was missing the pull cord so the air circulation was stagnant. The paint job on the walls was a sore sight both in color selection and workmanship. It was a depressing feeling to relax in this room. The bathroom was not thoroughly clean, so my wife scoured the shower before she could use it. The two of us shower morn and evening so I had to call for two extra towels. Who uses 2 bath towels the size of face towels for 3 showers? The price quoted to me excluded tax much to my dismay, and had I known that I would have paid an extra 30 or 40 dollars at another hotel. The door leading to the bedroom was damaged to the extent of the veneer was flapping with no bottom and half the edge was missing on the side. The basin water faucet provided a narrow trickle of water. The microwave was old and missing a base leg missing. The coffee pot was set on top of the microwave which restricted the use of either because of safety, I unplugged the microwave. The light in the fridge did not work. I highly recommend that anyone booking a 100 a day room look elsewhere. I do not know who was renting upstairs but there were thuds and stomping noises till about 3 AM which ruined our sleep. (The noises were not good noises either, just stomping and running). I would have liked to have the prices e-mailed to me but the person on the Telephone said he had quoted me the lowest price and that with the confirmation number I would receive the best rate. I will not book a room or suite there again! I got ripped off!
I always stay there when I go visit but called today 10/18/21 325 pm and the lady was super rude now Im thinking of not staying there anymore hope she isnt rude to everyone else but other then that love the place and I dont stay 1 day or 2 I stay a week every 3 to 6 month
I was driving by and and i felt sleepy and so went there to asked for a room unfortu ately all rooms are book and reserve amd so the. Lady at the front desk knows the risk of driving while sleeping and so she offerred to me one of the room that has been resrve at 12 noon and for rhat situation in timw americS best value inn and suite arw the best when it. Me and my husband stayed at this hotel last night couldnt get any rest there was constant banging and racket going on check out was at a 11am paid an additional 10 for little time plus another ten and was trying to kick out us. And on top of that I broke out with something on my face this morning and complained to front office about and couldnt or wouldnt do anything about. I would advice others not to stay the price my be good but the room and noise isnt good.
The room was clean, the check in was quick.Only bad things were, no pool available, the ice machine is all the way in the front, the breakfast is only basic, such as cereal, waffle, and juice. The room was super hot when we checked in. But overall will stay again.
My car broke down next door to the hotel at the gas station. So I was stranded, I went to this hotel & the young man at the front desk was extremely rude & obviously didnt care about my situation even tho most of there rooms are empty. He tried to over charge me saying it was 85 for the night ( I figured this out in the morning asking the lady on shift that morning) but I found a lower price online too book. He me a hassle & still charged me more to get the room. Adding a 15 dollar charge. The room( room 115) was outdated but comfortable for the night. Will never go back only stayed because I had no other choice. Rude staff & over priced rooms.
Low maintenance, very low quality rooms. Damaged equipment (shower curtain rod, some plug outlets have no covers, huge gap under the front doors, loose light fixtures,...etc.) We even saw MICE in the room! Filthy sheets with stains. And its hard to communicate with the front desk help. They absolutely have no explanation to any of your questions. Only the manager has answers and hes NEVER there at the hotel. I would give NO stars if i could for this RUNDOWN place.
Manager is RUDE! He presented no customer service skills the two nights I stayed. Cigarette burns on chair and sheets. Im not on drugs but I know what is sold in the little blue baggies that were on the ground outside my room door. Great price for my budget, but it is true you get what you paid for. I just thank God my business trip was safe and overall enjoyable. Upon arrival I Immediately thought the good reviews I saw before coming must been fake because this is a total mess.

I must say my cost was very nice and comfortable. The room was clean and quiet. The staff very nice and pleasant. Wasnt a big breakfast to offer ,but it was enough to get you started. I rested well.👍👌
I would highly recommend this hotel if you want a quite getaway to enjoy some alone time. The owner and manger was nice and understanding. The rooms was clean and bigger than most hotels at a very reasonable price. The next time Im looking for somewhere to out this way I will come here first.
I really wish that there was a way to rate negative stars. The GENERAL manager of all people cursing and slamming things all because you say that you dont care for the hotel. Then of all things tells me that hes going to call my boss because I said that I dont care for it and asked him to lose his attitude. Im sorry that when you ask how my last stay was and I tell you that it was as good as all the other times which wasnt at all there is no reason to F this and F that. Im sorry I work in an industry that requires great customer service and there is no way that I can see myself being like that to one of my customers no matter how mad they may make me. I mean I have stayed in some pretty bad hotels but this has got to top the list. Actually this is the only one that I have taken the time to write a review on. From the looks of things Im not the only one that thinks this way about this hotel. On the other hand the few times that I have stayed here the employees are great, but with a guy like that over you Im sure you have to be because of fear that one wrong word and the boss is going to snap. Oh well Karma always finds its way around.
Im very satisfied with my stay, clean bathroom, large bedroom, smell good, quiet place, parking lot, fridge, microwave, and affordable. I will be back again cause I travel to Houston at least twice a month. I used ABV a lot in the past but this one is the best one so far I experienced. Honestly, I didnt expect the level service I got here they deserve a 5 stars. I hugely recommend this place.
The outside i have to admit, but the room was very clean, lack of towels and needed nicer bed sheets. You know ones with no holes im them. Overall its a nice place and the service is great. I would recommend
The customer service is great an the staff is very accommodating.The front desk clerks Avi and Harry were nice enough to give me an extra hour to stay In the room I rented when my driver was late. They showed true southern hospitality when they were not obligated to an that is why next time Im in the Houston area I will only be staying at this hotel. ~Thanks again guys~
No working a/c heating unit in room, they allowed a party of 45+ people to dance, drink and grill in parking area. The remote never did work. I had to go reset tv myself before it even worked. Just disappointing all around.
Price too high for this place in comparison to the willowbrook location which is up to date and charges the same price. I tired to cancel my reservation and was told I would be charged $70 for one night. I went ahead and stayed there for 5 days. They did upgrade my room to a suite which was decent. I needed two additional days and was downgraded to a room that needed painting and was suspect. Maid came and I asked for new sheets. She told me no initallu but came back. Then she asked if I was gonna put them on myself. I said no, Im on my lunch break abt to leave. She threw the pillow on the floor in a nasty fashion. Lol! There are better places in the area for the prices they charge. Also check willowbrook and compare the way it looks and what they offer for breakfast to this place.
Affordable rooms. However the manager was rude and became aggressive when my brother came by with Chinese food. He called my room and said that no visitors were allowed, and when I tried to explain he hung up and was banging on my door within 30 seconds threatening to call the police.
The room had stale smell. Carpet is nasty. Swimming pool is nasty, water is green with trash floating, man at desk said that there were some guys in it night before that messed it up. ROACH running across bed at 3:27am after been awaken by someone running pass room. Not first time I have stayed at best value but will not stay again. Toilet seat has stains. Had to pay extra 20.00 for second bed that was requested at time reservation was made. Felt like something has crawled over me all night. Have had light on in room sine 3:27am
Ok, so maybe I was a little shocked at the location being new to Houston, but I got up at 6 am and ran every morning as the front desk not only made sure that I was safe, but my cat also. My husband and I stayed for a week, no problems, noise, etc. They have waffles and coffee and apples every morning. I ate apples for a week :) There beds are REALLY comfortable, and this is coming from a 40 year old woman with a rod in her back and four slipped disks. If anyone were to notice the beds are not comfy, I would. Water pressure and heat (I take super hot showers) also A/C worked perfect, all of which needs to be in tip top shape as I like to sleep like a polar bear and shower like the devil.
The service was awful. Hotel was smelly and felt dirty. We went in the morning to get the breakfast at 9:02 and they said it was closed and wouldnt even let us grab any snacks and they were rude about it. Just overall a bad experience and I spent $120 for a room and felt like I got a $20 service. Totally not worth it, look elsewhere. Anywhere but here.
We came in to my granddaughters wedding and our flight was very early and they accommodated us with a room at no extra charge rooms are very clean the hotel is very nice and for a very good price great place to stay if youre in Tomball
The guy that runs this place is a damn crook. a Co worker and I had been staying in this place for about a month .. after 30 days or so theyre supposed to refund your taxes and apply them to your room.he refused to do so .. stating that we were wrong and that he had been doing this for 17 years .. I pulled up proof. still wouldnt budge.so I got the old money I had paid for the next week and checked in to a different hotel. and filed a report to the Texas comptroller of public accounts.
Worst place I ever stayed just because the Econo Lodge was too full I stayed the next one and it was terrible I do not recommend it through the whole night on plus a very uncomfortable back but never again
Location was really bad looking, price is too high for what this place is. After searched a little bit around to get some prices I automatically regretted staying there. Staff was nice, but place looks bad, smells bad, bathroom is scary. I would stay away from this and spend a little bit more or maybe the same for a different place.
Neither hair dryer nor coffeemaker worked. Room was clean. I didnt expect much at the price of the room. I would stay here again if I was trying to save a little cash. Mc Donalds I across the street.

Located next to the shell gas station. They have three different categories of rooms-Regular, Deluxe or Mini suite, and Full suite. So ask them before you check in. On top of that you can always ask for smoking or non-smoking room type. Free Wi-Fi Free breakfast- Fruits, Juice, Waffel, Cereals etc. From 6am to 9 am
A delay occurred which promoted me to spend a total of 3(three) weeks. The manager (Dave) , his associates, the room attendents did take esta steps that were MOST helpful to me during the delay that occurred in my recent crosstown move. This Hotel will meet and surpass your expectations whether you decide to stay 1 or 2 nights or my situation of 3 weeks
Fairly priced, decent people and clean rooms,maybe some new comforters/bedspread would do wonders for the beds. Other than that its a bargain. Plus its just outside of the 610 loop.
We booked a room and when we got there the room was not available. They gave us anothe room saying it was an upgrade but it was terrible. The pillows were more flat than a pancake. Very uncomfortable. We ask for better pillows but never got them. The pillow cases were dirty. The towels smelled dirty. The coffe maker was truly filthy. Stay away for this place. We pay $54. . If u traveled 13 minust down You will find a Comfort Suites Inn. With very nice rooms very clean and comfortable. For $49 with a AAA card, and excellent Hot breakfast.
I stayed here in a Suite. Sad to say Its VERY outdated. From the 80s. Hard. Mattress, No sound on the T.V. ,Very clean carpets though. Staff is also very very nice. Also really good rate. You Decide!

What shall I say about this place? It was an amazing experience! So comfortable and the staff was amazing! It was very close to a shopping center as well that you can walk to! I had no problems whatsoever over there!
Decent enough vfor the $65 price. There was loud construction on the bridge pr underpass 50 ft away but the hotel has no control over th at.
Ac was off in the room, took about 4 hours to cool down. Breakfast was not ready at 6am. Hotel receptionist asleep in the front desk.
The room had a very stale and unkempt smell to it upon entrance, which I tried to brush off as nothing. When I sit down at the head of the bed to plug my phone charger behind the night stand, theres a used condom just sitting there. . .

The housekeeper never does her job always complaining I guess they change sheets evey other day but because my baby had a accident I asked if she could and she got a attitude and said in Spanish she should wear a diaper which I was changing her when that happened other wise poop wouldnt be on sheets I could take her job and do what I m supposed to instead of complaining .
The rooms were very nice, clean, and at a reasonable price. They have soft comfy beds and a nice TV with cable.

Stayed for 30 nights, good location, clean room, small breakfast, no pool. helpful staff. I will come back.
All the staff here are so rude except the one young guy who works some nights the first time i stayed here i didnt have any problems but the 2nd time i was only there 3 days and i wasnt given a reason as to why they wouldnt take my money in the morning i didnt really press the issue i just said ok and packed my stuff and left

The hotel was pretty nice, went to the pool and hot tub you had to wait 15 minutes for the hot tub to get hot it was freezing, also the staff were super rude the manager was on his phone the whole time and when we went out side we got yelled at because someone left the door open not us because it made a beeping noise when it opened other than that it was pretty good for the money you pay.

They do not speak Spanish although on the page they offer both languages. The room smelled bad. The bathroom super stained. The air conditioner sounded like a truck. In the room we had no water to drink. I would not go there again
My young son mentions that the almoadas are too flat, in the toilet there was no trash can and they just put a sachet for the waste, the breakfast very well excellent the waffles in forla of the state of texas

2022-03-08I reserved 4 rooms for family. The rooms are nothing like the pictures. The walls are stained, broken/old furniture. The 2 rooms we actually saw smelled very bad & had stains on the walls & old furniture that was peeling. The beds were not comfortable to even sit on, pillows were so thin. My daughter saw a bug in the bathroom. We ended up canceling the reservations less than hour after arriving. They still charged me $30 because we went in... whole place needs a major makeover. Definitely would not recommend to stay here.

2022-05-17The location is behaving and a shell gas station. Right off the hwy next to a wells fargo bank. The customer service was great somewhat hard to understand the people tho. Our room was a suite the microwave wasnt fully clean and didnt have the glass plate in it. The bathroom would flood on the floor because all they had was a shower liner and not a curtain. The beds sheets looked like they hadnt been replaced for a long time and wasnt properly cleaned. I paid $170 for 2 nights. They do not have a pool or complimentary breakfast. But on top of everything the smell of.our room smelled entirely like weed for no reason. Especially when we were gone for the entire day and did not come back till early evening.

2022-04-30This hotel is ratchet..the man in office was very kind and checking in was a piece of cake. He charged me $65 dollars when I only paid $60 the week before. I got in my room which smelled of mold or wet carpet and my AC didnt work. He came to my room to check the ac, and tried to tell me it worked knowing damn well it wasnt blowing the degree it showed which was 60. I paid $65 for a room with no AC.....I definitely wont be back to this hotel ever again .

2022-02-19Had to spend the whole 4 days with no heat and a messed up tv! I told 3 different employees but I was given a space heater and told nothing would be done about the tv! Could be an ok place if they fix things! O and the bathroom door would not close or lock!!!! No discount no sorry for the inconveniences or anything!!!!!!

THIS GUY HAS LITERALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, WE QUESTIONED WHY MY SISTER COULDNT GET HER REFUND IF SHE TURNED IN THE KEY AND HE WAS RUDE RIGHT OFF THE BAT. HE DID NOT LIKE BRING ASKED SIMPLE QUESTIONS. HE THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS, HE HAS NO BUSINESS WORKING HERE. I ASKED FOR HIS NAME SO THAT I CAN TELL MANAGEMENT WHO WE SPOKE TO AND ALL HE DID WAS CURSE US OUT. ANOTHER CUSTOMER CAME IN AND WE TOLD HIM THIS PLACE HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THE WORKER PULLED OUT A KNIFE AND THREATENED MY SISTER. WHICH WAS RIDICULOUS BECAUSE THERES A BIG GLASS WINDOW. PLACES LIKE THIS DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN!!!

2021-09-07So..... this place was something else! Honestly looks nothing like the pictures. We evacuated here for hurricane Ida last week; its not the worst place to stay, but its definitely not worth more than the $55/night we spent. At check-in, we were told they had no reservation for us, but after a few minutes, the woman actually found it. We definitely had to do our own disinfecting wipe down of the entire room, plus it was desperately overdue for a sweep and mop. I could complain about a couple other things, but overall, it was a humbling experience those 3 days. More than likely wont choose to stay here again if possible.

2021-11-14There very rude the lady lied about the deposit once she seen what race I was. Acted as if the Hopper website was taking a long time with my reservation. To hen trued to charge me a $100 dollar deposit after the fact of here telling me over the phone before I came that it would be $20 deposit if you using cash and no deposit if I paid with card online. Once I got the she started doing that and call herself calling the police, I felt single out like I was being racially profiled against. And the place is not what you see in the pick not worth your money 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
