Great service, very nice workers. Situated a short walk near the beach. Rooms are well kept in outstanding conditions and are held to a high standard.

What the heck! Fussing about the beach and natural wildlife??? To the above poster, go to Disney World next time where everything is perfect. Gripe about the beach will ya, no way can Casa or even a Westin could please you!

2021-04-23Excellent, clean, family friendly place. Beach very close, swimming pool and grill is available and clean. Wonderful place. Good family memories. Love it ❤️!!!

2017-03-17Great service, very courteous workers. Beach is literally in the back yard! Room was well kept in outstanding conditions. Ample space for my family. We stayed 1 week and kids felt like they were home. Kitchen was equipped with pots, plates, utensils and even dish detergent but bring your own sponge or dishwasher soap. Bring laundry soap if you want to use the coin laundry located on each floor. Overall we loved our stay.

2019-08-07Like brand new. Nice comfortable. Great pool. Beautiful little condo. Kitchen a tad sparse if you cook. Knifes are only searrated. Happy with only 100 yards from beach. Beach pass 12.00 a year to park. 11.00 for 1 day fishing license all at the Stipes on the corner.

2016-07-26We loved our stay at Casa. The condo was very clean and it was comfortable. The small kitchen made it easy to stay in and eat. Also having its own beach access was great for when we are done on the beach. Made easy to go to and from the beach. Especially with a kid. We would definitely be making this a annual apot for vacation.

2014-06-15The room was filthy when we got there. Dust and scum is built up on the cabinets and doors. There were had been spilt in the refrigerator and never cleaned. Sand was all over the furniture. The shower had red mold/scum all over it. The shower doors were glass and had clearly not been cleaned due to residue and water marks. Patio was never swept off and covered in sand. TV is very unstable on a rolling cart that would fall over if accidentally ran into. Rails on patio unsafe fore children because they can easy fit through them. We over heard the maids talking about the guests being sensitive because the rooms arent cleaned well. Lady at the front desk said they would bring out fishing pole down that we left after check out. When we arrived to pick it up she was gone and doors were locked. She forgot to get our pole and made us go get it. She also said the maids had just cleaned the room and left the pole there. No one had been there.My biggest complaint is how dirty the room was. Im not happy that I had to clean upon arrival! Not to mention the beach had been reserved for a wedding in front of the condos so we had to go somewhere else. When we booked months ago we should have been told all of this.

2013-07-08Just spent 4 days with the family. We rented 4 rooms for all of us. Had a great time. Easy access to the beach. We had a garbage disposal go out on us while cooking breakfast and the staff had a repair man on property fix it in less than 30 mins I was very impressed. We Will definitely stay here again.

2016-06-07This is our home away from home. We have never been disappointed. Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Wouldnt think about going anywhere else. As a matter of fact we are headed there this weekend. We have been coming to this property for the last 7 years. We have probably stayed on every floor.

2016-03-18Had a wonderful time with the family at Casa! The condo was nice, clean, and spacious enough for what we needed. The beach and pool was never over crowded. Would def. Come back!

2017-07-19Although this place is great, there was some problems in the 302 room. First thing, the Master bedrooms light was out. Showers were also very difficult to manage and use. But in all, I rate this place 4/5. Worth it.
