Tram was amazing! I waited to write this review until I had given my nails some time to see how well they lasted. It has been three weeks, and they are still going strong! She was very meticulous with the way she shaped and filed my nails, even making sure none of the acrylic was stuck to my skin. I was impressed with how clean they looked when I walked out. Every time Ive gotten acrylic nails before, at other places, they have been really messy. I will definitely be returning for a fill 😊

Came for the first time a month ago and it was fine. Realized the man doing my nails spoke no english when i tried to ask him questions.. (i asked if he could do my dipped nails with a matte finish and he couldn’t understand). Left with decent nails. Came back a second time and realized they basically “herd you like cattle” when doing your nails. This time the guy rushed so quickly that my nails just look so bad on my left hand but look surprisingly nice on the right from afar. He didn’t grind the nail down to look smooth but instead they just look blobby on the left hand.. but at least i got the matte finish this time except they feel super jelly to the touch like they’re gonna sloth off my fingers..
Nice atmosphere but my nails look awful. They are crooked, thick, and not all the same length. Not to mention the cuticles on four different fingers were cut so short they bled.I mentioned to the guy that some were crooked and he made them worse. I will never return.
Tram is amazing!! Shes the lady with the beautiful blue hair. She was attentive to my needs, and she made sure I got the design I wanted. She was super gentle and hilarious!! All the nail techs are SUPER talented; Mary, Thai, Victoria the list goes on. Everyone treats you like family. They remember who you are, so that made the experience even better. Theyre upfront when it comes to pricing, so there arent any surprises. Love it!!!!!!!! If that doesnt get you, just look at my most recent visit on Sunday and see how talented Tram is! FYI.....She drew the butterfly herself :)
Celine did my nails and they look absolutely gorgeous. I will definitely be coming back. I have found my new nail place! Love the shape, and she was fast.
I love this nail Salon! Specially the people that work there, Kevin does my pedicures and Emma my hands, I also love the work of Anna! I told my family and friends about this place and now they are also loyal customers.
Had Sweet as my nail technician. Fast but not gentle. Cut me three time. She looked at my nails and thought they were done but my thumb was messed up and I was over sitting for over an hour and a half and didn’t want to wait longer. Most technicians I’ve been to clean up your edges or the paint/residue left on your skin and mine are just sloppy.
Great ambiance and nice staff but that still doesnt make up for a bad $65 pedicure. Theyre pretty pricey and I was cut during the pedicure which made me bleed. The nail tech was way too rough and too inexperienced. I had high hopes but do not recommend this place.
This is my first time here. I did acrylic tip and dip power with gel pedicure. Kenny did my nails and he did AMAZING. He gave me his professional opinion on the design and shape and I love love love how it turned out. The foot massages and pedicures are also so good. Feels amazing. They have drinks too for a nice relaxation. Definitely coming back and recommend my guy Kenny! 👍🏼
I love Champion Nails. They’re very polite and professional and I love the fact that everyone has to wash their hands once entering. They really offer a great experience with a variety of drinks which is definitely a plus lol. The young woman that does my pedicures is amazing!!! Treat yourself and go check them out, you won’t regret it😊

Anna does a great job! The whole salon runs smoothly. They are very clean, organized, and friendly. I love my nails. I highly recommend!
This used to be my go to app pace but service and quality has declined significantly. I came in to get my nails fixed because they looked like a child took a sharpie to them for the design.After returning to get them fixed they didn’t have staff (understandable) and offered 10% off if I come back in 5 days. Nothing else. If you’re going out of town don’t come here. They won’t take care of you. If anything ever goes wrong here all they ever offer is 10% off and they never apologize. Im a avid 20% tipper and used to go here 1-2 a month. They can take that 10% and I’ll take my service else where. Also, paid for a organic pedicure and basically got a basic pedicure. AND the lady out a gel top coat on top of my dip so now they are matte and the top coat is peeling off after one day.
Edited: I’m very sad to even write this review. But, here we are. I’ve visited Champions Nail Spa before with today being my 3rd visit. Sadly, this was not the best one as it ended on a sour note. I’ll first preface with saying my nails techs, Anna and Ty, are AMAZING! They’re both super sweet and efficient.I did complete a survey and called afterwards to voice some concerns regarding the logistics of my visit. Though I did receive an apology, I was also rushed off the phone and hung up on during our call. I honestly wouldn’t have even resulted to this review had that not happened. It definitely left my visit to be a distasteful one.Again, this is sad because I REALLY like Anna and Ty. But an establishment willing to hang up on me during a call, after paying for services, probably won’t receive my business any more. 🤷🏽♀️I hope a resolution can emerge from this, but if not, it is what it is, and I know to take my business elsewhere.UPDATE (7:35 PM): I was contacted by the salon, was apologized to about todays experiences, and offered 10% off my next visit. Im still not sure if Ill return, but I appreciated their efforts and desire to amend.
First pic is what I wanted EXACTLY the same. quoted $75, guy came put on tips, showed him pic he said $85. I told him the lady said $75, they start talking then he’s like ok, proceeded to take off other tips to add white tips, tell him i still want the light pink bottom. he says ok, adds pink acrylic and asks if it’s ok? i said it’s not pink it’s white. IGNORED. continues, i say whatever hopefully the flowers come out good. he starts doing the flowers and he’s putting themtoo close together that it’s too crowded at this point i knew i wasn’t going to like it and tell him nvm just put top coat on. he laughs and tells the lady in the front, and keeps repeating it & laughing! i said no design because you clearly couldn’t do it! my nails look nothing nor near close what i wanted. just wasting my money/timeon nails where you can see my natural nails, a bunch of bubbles & will probably have to spend more money to get them fixed! UGH
Very nice. Very clean. I loved everybody’s vibe but my artist, Trish was everything!! It’s pretty cool to walk into a nail salon and everyone is talented, not just 1 or 2 people. This was my first time and I’ll definitely be back!!
I do not recommend this nail salon.I had a terrible experience. The lady who was assigned to do my nails with the Blue hair 1st tried to over charge me for the design I wanted. She thought she could play me or hustle me for more money. The design I wanted was very simplistic and she wanted to charge over $100 for it. I Then changed it to ombré pink & white and the lady did not know how to do the nails properly. There was a guy at the next table who jumped in and did a few nails, they looked more like what I wanted. This guy said he couldn’t help me with my nails because he was with a client. So they sent the guy who did my toes over to finish my nails. I was not happy with how he did them. The guy who does toes does toes for a reason not nails. It was a big mess and ultimately I had them take them off and had no choice but to leave with my nails undone. I had already been there for about 2 hours at this point. So I wasted time and have to turn around and spend more time going to another nail salon. They should have not even charged me for my toes or offered something to me for the bad service & experience but they did not offer anything.
I moved from California and had a full set with gel polish. It was time for a refill but I asked them upon arrival to give me a new set of nails as I needed to start over with my nails. I was taken to the pedicure chair (for a pedicure as well). The manicurist began soaking my nails to take everything off. She proceeded to clean my cuticles and cut ALL of my nails (down to the skin). She began polishing all of the nubby nails., I then asked her if she was going to put tips on (as that is what I requested upon arrival. She went to the front to advise management what was goin going on. THey advised me that I was getting a gel manicure and the additonal tips would be $37.00 more dollars. The cost for a new full set and pedicure for me that day was $87.00. I advised them that that is not what I asked for. THey should have given me the full set (minus the nubby manicure) and charged me for a full set and pedicure. They wanted to charge for a manicure, pedicure and full set (w/acrylic and gel polish). I advised them that I would just get a full set next (or somewhere else) and that I was not giving them a tip - as I now have the shortest nails Ive ever had with gel polish. This was such horrible service. They should know what a person is asking for when they walk in. They did not even care to shape them !!
I received a dipping service. Anna was fast yet gentle! I am VERY PLEASED!! Ive already scheduled my next appointment! Ive FINALLY found my new nail tech!💅Daisy is awesome also. She does an amazing job with my pedicure! #RecurringClient
DO NOT....I repeat DO NOT get your nails done here. I am one that like to get designs on my nails. I usually do one or two nails on each finger. Well tried this place because it was in the area but never again. My nails went from $35 to $115 because I wanted two nail designs on each hand. TF?!?! And no, it did not envolve a lot of stones. There is no reasonable reason for $80 additional because of two designs. On paper seems reasonable but when u get there the manager makes the prices as she pleases. If your serious about your nails like me then definitely dont go here unless u just want to blow your money.Signed,A very disappointed person

The shape is perfect!! The only issue I have is everything is an additional cost to the full set service. Soak off, ombré, shape, length we’re all additional. I used to live near a salon where all of that was included with the service. But my nails are beautiful!The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the salon itself is beautifully decorated, and the complimentary drinks are great!
Emma is the best for Eyebrow Wax and Acrylic. Anh Duy David is truly amazing and always is! Highly Recommended Anh Duy David! Get Emma for Eyebrow Wax and Acrylics!

This has been my go to since they’ve opened! Best service and quality in Addison. Atmosphere is calm, relaxing. Staff is always friendly. Tony has done both pedicure and manicured for me, great job each time! Pedicure is 3 weeks old, manicure gel done today! (Different shades depending on light) He always takes his time in his craft, and makes sure it’s done as I requested.
I always get my nails done by sweet and she is beyond amazing! Best nail tech ever. Pedicures are always great. Service is wonderful!!
This nail salon is hands down one of the best I have ever gone to! They’ve taken COVID precautions super seriously with enforcing mask wearing at all times, having customers wash hands as soon as they get in, and taking temperatures. The salon is very clean and you definitely feel like luxury when being serviced! I don’t have any complaints about any of their nail technicians, but I must call out Kim! She did this dip on me today - this is the best shaping and thinnest dip I’ve ever had, I’m beyond pleased :)
I’ve been going here with no issue however today was different. While nice, the guy working on my pedicure did not do a hot stone massage. I asked him during the pedicure and he said he would, but never did. When I brought it up to the front desk, they showed a video which to be honest it was so small you couldn’t tell one way or the other if he did. I knew I wasn’t going to convince them he didn’t and I needed to get home to my baby, so I reluctantly let it go paid and left. I won’t be back. They also charged $15 dollars for ombré on top of $5 for a shape. Not sure if that’s standard now, however I’ve never paid that much for dip powder ombré. Just thought people should be aware.
Champions in Addison is very professional, clean and offers great services. I’m a loyal client. Kevin does a great pedicure with an amazing massage, I highly recommend them.
They are very attentive! Make you wash your hands when you walk in! Clean facility! Payed attention to details! Wonderful hot stone massage! Took care of my moms toes and my daughters fingers and toes as well! Very pleased! Will return in the future!!!!!

Moved to Dallas 6 months ago. Just happened to drive by and called to see if they had opening and have been going back ever since. I cant say enough great things. They are professional, prompt, always offer beverages. You get the 5 star treatment here!!

MY NEW FAVORITE NAIL SPA! Ive been three times since they opened and all were great experiences. So nice to finally have a nice nail spa close to where I live w reasonable prices, great service and a FULL BAR ~ not that I need a drink every-time I go, but it is a nice plus!!I love the friendly nail techs ~ Maggie and Sweet are my favorites!! The chairs are nice and comfortable, and I like that you have several options to choose from on services! Will definitely be back!
Tram was excellent. She did gel X on me and not a lot of salons will do that.
Unfortunately, did not have a good experience. My nail tech was not very good and my manicure looked almost like I did it myself. The place, however, is nice and clean. Everyone was following the rules regarding Covid. They have a very good offering of services and drinks... It may have just been bad luck on who I got to do my mani/pedi as this was my first time and didnt have any point of reference of who to ask for.
Well... this place has totally blown me away. I love it! EMMA AND DAVID truly have made the experience, every time- very special. Not only are the nails techniques top notch/high quality, but also Davids management style is beyond impressive. He handles the entire operation with professionalism and customer experience as the main priority. I analyze businesses internally for employee morale and morals etc, and champions has got it right! Me and my daughters first outing together we found this place it was awesome. And they did a great job on our hands and feet. Very clean, and nice people that work there. They asked if we wanted something to drink. And we got water. I highly recommend this place.
My first time going to this place and probably will be my last. My pedicure tech Daniel was great. There prices on the other hand is very pricey for the location.
I am leaving this review based SOLEY on my previous eyebrow wax experience. A technician, Emma, should NOT be allowed to wax or do ANY eyebrows. My eyebrows literally look the exact same. She struggled to get any hair off, even with attempting to wax multiple times. I paid $12 for tweezing that I STILL needed to do after the appointment. My friend’s eyebrows came out VERY uneven after Emma cut way too much hair off of one eyebrow. Now she has to spend months growing it out so they can be even again. Champion Nail, I suggest you stick with a technician that knows what they are doing (like Cheyanne or Victoria) and NOT have Emma do eyebrows again.
Love the way they do nails but sooo rough!!! Made me bleed a couple of times. And they don’t even apologize or at least do a little discount for the damage.
I got lucky with David when I came in as a walk in for the ombre nails, so I made an appointment with him for the green and orange nails and he SNAPPED (he also recognized me immediately). David makes all my dreams come true and is happy to do what ever I come up with as a client. 1000/10 recommend. Not to mention I feel safe as a client getting my nails done in the middle of a pandemic. As soon as you walk in they make you wash your hands and they take your temperature. They also sanitize their stainless steel tools. Speaking as an out of commission TDLR licensed manicurist, I trust this place.
They are nice and professional and clean environment. LILY IS THE BEESSSST AT DESIGN!!!!!Update!! Lily is always booked because she is amazing!! But I want to brag on Trish and Kim!!!! Please ask for them. Trish did my nails and she went off!!!!! The best my nails have ever been there!!! I won’t let anyone else do them and they are sooooo sweet and I feel like they weren’t making fun of me in their language. Trish was speaking English to her coworkers which I appreciate!!!! I love them!!!
Great first experience. Moved here from Houston last year, and this is the first time Ive been able to get my nails done again now that Im vaccinated. Really friendly service, love the online appointment booking, 2 free drinks, and a very clean store. Ill definitely be back. Im pretty sure I found my new salon, and Im shocked it only took one try after moving.
Upon entrance this location is a lovely place to be! I enjoyed a menu of services along with a mimosa. The technicians are very attentive and the atmosphere here is soothing (especially afternoons on a weekday). David is great at what he does! See the photo of the menu of services, no surprises!🕊💙🤗
Love that salon it’s not only beautiful and classy but it’s also super convenient as walk ins are more than welcomed and Tresh is definitely the most fun and professional of the group.
Just got my nails done and next day one broke they are too thin worst part I board plane at 8 am so I can’t come back. I’m going on vacation for 3 weeks disappointed to say the least this is still my favorite nail shop though so beautiful my feet were done pretty good and my eyebrows; I love the drinks they prepare nice touch! my daughter Polish came the next day as well off but I guess that’s what happens with children still upset wasted money
I had my purple acrylic nails replaced with a new set of French tip acrylics. The purple from my old set is still showing in some areas where the paint wasnt fully removed. I let her know as she was working and she said she would get it but she didnt. She put my new set over the top which can be seen through to the purple spots. She also hurt my fingers several times as she worked and cut my thumb. She flew through the process very quickly and didnt take time to get it done right. I thought I would try them out for their Grand Opening and that was a mistake. I wont be returning back to Champion Nail Spa. Ive never had this bad of an experience getting a simple French tip set done before. Now I will need to go somewhere else and get them redone to fix the horrible job she did on my nails. I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible.

Nicole and Maggie really made getting a pedicure a fun, awesome couples experience. They were professional, well trained and entertaining! The place itself is beautiful and the drinks - well icing on the cake! Highly recommend Nicole and Maggie. We will be back and will insist on having them both again.
Fantastic service, never had to wait.I always get a little tense when somebody is clipping my toenails, but every technician I have had has been greatHighly recommend it 😊

Sweets did it again! She is truly an artist dedicated to making sure I feel like an appreciated customer. TY is also amazing with my daughter and recently Maria joined our group with my daughter. My daughter is delighted when Maria braids her hair. This is going above and beyond and making us feel valued and welcomed. The place is clean and elegant, the place runs smoothly and operated well. Love getting my nails done here.
In 4 days it will be a month since I got these nails done ! And this is the first time that I go to a place and my nails last this long ! I also like the shape even tho I asked for a almond shape and this looks to me more of a round shape but I’m fine with it ! Can’t wait to go back and get my new set done !!

I’ve visited first time here.I felt very bad. I visited two times due to bad quality. Look at the picture. Can you agree to pay like this quality nails? A new guy was super busy and even was not professional. In addition, once I complained to owner who stand at the front desk, he just tried to wear nail polish and over and overlaid. As a result, colors were more thicker than before and too difficult drying my nails. After came home, I thought I wasted my money so I just went back to nails shop to have a retouching. Maria and older guy saw my nails and they did get whole nails quickly. I deeply appreciate and also it looks more better! They are the best and professional! If I visit again, I definitely get nails with Maria! She is awesome, kind, and professional!
I spent $75 on horrible nails. This was the second attempt at fixing them. I have stuff all over my fingers and they look HORRIBLE!!! My nail shape is uneven and they are slightly bubbled. I paid full price for a basic pedicure with no polish and messed up nails. They did not offer me a discount, but rather me me come back a few days later to have it redone.
Queenie is AMAZING! Professional, courteous and 110% good at what she does. I usually show her what I’m going for and she always exceeds what I had in mind. I loved my nails every time!

After week my Nails break off, I dont like that at Ill, they not even asnwer the phone .
This was my second time coming to this nail salon. I had a very good experience the first time. The reference photo I showed was much simpler than my first but it was executed so poorly. The gel is mixed in with the nude dip powder and there is gel top coat all over my skin. It was so rushed and there was no attention to detail. I also felt like I paid $60 for the most basic nails.
I went in to get Halloween designs. When it was taking my girl a long time a guy came over to help. He completely ruined it by doing sloppy polka dots and stripes that did not match what my original lady was doing. I was very upset so they said I could come in the next day to get it fixed. I brought in reference photos of what I wanted and was assured that she could do it. She did not even come close. It looks terrible! And got what I paid I can’t believe I ended up with nails that look like a preschooler did them. Below is the reference photo I asked for and then the other two photos are the results of what they did. I’m infuriated!
Ive been looking for a good nail salon, this place is the best! Very friendly and clean. Kevin and Anna do great pedicures and Kenny is great for acrylics!
I love Champions!!! They get my nails right every time plus a full bar that’s a nice plus. It is clean and the staff is very kind. Queenie is the bomb!

I came here as it had good ratings and it was my first time getting my nails done. I loved this place and will definitely be coming back. I asked for something simple and it was done so pretty and cute. I had ‘Queenie’ and she did such a great job. The environment looked so nice and well taken care of. I do recommend calling ahead or making appointments as the wait time is a tad bit long but overall this place was great!
They usually are very sweet and friendly but sometimes in a superficial kind of way. No more than most other salons I have been to. I have been places that were more personable and genuinely excited to see regulars or be a part of a special day. I may consider going elsewhere for my wedding nails in a few weeks to somewhere I know will show genuine excitement for the occasion. Otherwise usually prompt but not ways and VERY quality work.
I really love this place. First time I visited here, it feels like AWESOME and AMAZING. They have an interesting menu for both alcohol or non-alcohol. Nail technicians are sweet, so nice, friendly and professional. I decided to go this salon because of my friends recommendation. And I had a right decision that Im not disappointed.Having a plan for summer vacation in Florida, I want to take care of my nail and have a little bit different. And I got my gel manicure done and was designed by MARIA, who is the best nail designer that I have ever seen. She is so adorable, she recommended for these things: palm trees, whales, star, birds, beach...when I told her that I will go to the beach. The ideas for my design my nail is very pretty and I love it.Just come and enjoy!Highly recommend for this place.Ill will be back.
Worst gel dip. Uneven ran out of the dip powder then mid way through manicure another girl took over without any explanation. They charge an extra $5 to shape your nail & another $5 if you have longer nails. RIP off. High turnover.
Champions nail spa has been a great place to get my nails done. The techs are knowledgeable and always get my dip nails shaped exactly how I want them! It has always been nice and clean when I’ve gone. Stop by to see them in the beginning of the week if you can, as they are typically very busy on Thursday through the weekend
I was able to call and request an appointment for simultaneous service for my mother, sister, and aunt. They quickly accommodated this request and all three ladies returned extremely pleased with their fingers and toes.
My first experience here was today. Kim did a great job with my nails, she was also very friendly and kind. They just got themselves a new customer.
Maggie and Kevin are my go to when getting pedicures. They are both so nice and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience there each time I get a pedicure there. It’s truly a relaxing experience for me. I am not sure if I want to nap there or enjoy my drink! Nonetheless I don’t have anything negative to say about this business.
Sweets is my girl! She does an incredible job. She’s patient, kind and listens to how I want my nails. Ty is another great individual who my daughter enjoys getting her mani/pedi from. Both are a amazing duo.

Love this nail place! Been going here for over a year now and they do such a great job every single time.
I was here for hours but they were very busy.My nail color was beautiful but shaping and detail could use some more attention which they are going to rectify. Pedicure was organic add jelly it was nice but I don’t feel like today I got to enjoy the full experience; I would rather go at a less busy time to know if I’ll continue as a repeat customer. The techs were very nice . One was new and very nervous but he was very creative and did a beautiful color job. The other tech Vihn was very nice and patient and helpful with me picking out colors . The salon was clean just crowded but it’s the weekend. The mood felt stressful and it seemed difficult to relay what I wanted and the constant pricing made me feel annoyed. It’s a lot to take in for your first visit, for at least me anyways but I look forward to giving them another shot as far as a recommendation I’d say go for it if you like them you do you don’t let them know.

My sister talked me into going. It was the first time I ever had a manicure/pedicure. Who knew? This package came with many extras. The massage chair is standard, I had skin wraps...hand, foot, and shoulder massage. I was treated like a king. It was very relaxing and a great stress relief. The staff was amazing. V was my girl, shes incredible.
Absolutely love this place! Will be my go-to for my nails from now on! Very friendly staff! Salon was fresh and very clean! They take covid precautions seriously and makes me feel safe. This will be my second time here. I came back for a reason. It is a very nice and clean place. They always have someone that will greet you and make you wash your hands before signing in. They take your temperature. You fill out what you want on a slip of paper listing services and prices. Liz did my gel nail manicure. She is very gentle and does a great job. Vee did my pedicure. She made me a drink and took her time doing the pedicure. She really made me relax. I got the hot stones, hot towels and wax stuff for my feet. She did amazing. I will continue coming here and referring friends and family. Awesome job!!
I love Champion Nails! They do such great job. I have been going for the past 2 or 3 months and they have never have they messed up or I didnt like my nails. They are always friendly.
I stumbled across this salon and tried them for just a pedicure. And they wowed me from the word GO!! And I am a very picky customer. The quality of the work is fantastic! Now they do my nails and pedis. Two thumbs waaaay up for David. He always remembers how I like my nails done. I honestly never want to go anywhere else!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I was told that my 9 year old daughter needed to get an adult manicure and pedicure because she’s tall. As a tall African American woman, I felt objectified. Would they tell a vertically challenged person that they have to get a childrens service because they’re small? It’s bad enough that the world is forcing our children to grow up fast. But you couldn’t give a 9 year old a childrens pedicure because she’s “ too big?” That was honestly gross I will never patronize this nail salon and I would not recommend it to any of my friends or followers.
Peter is my BEST choice here at Champion Nail Spa Addison. He took out my Ingrown Nails WITHOUT bleeding nor scars (little pain but its okay). He speaks 5 languages. Peter is very kind, detailed and patient. I WILL be back to get PETER ONLY! If PETER isnt here, I will NEVER EVER go back. I highly recommended.

Ive been to this location for dipping powder manicure for almost five months. The tech does an excellent job dipping powder, however, gel is not their specialty. Today, I asked for Gel manicure to include harmony manicure. The harmony manicure includes a number of services inclusive with pricing. The tech only gave me the paraffin and hot towel. Prior to paying, I explained to the person checking me out that I did not receive all services included with harmony manicure. The receptionists explained that with harmony only includes cuticle trim, hot towel and paraffin. To make a long story short champion is an open book in services/pricing so when I asked the receptionist what happened to the massage on my arm/hand, sugar scrub amongst other things listed and I was advised by the young lady all of those services are included with a pedi and not a mani. I was confused by what the $25 harmony manicure services include on top of the $25 gel manicure. The 2nd receptionist agreed to remove $5, and I appreciate what was given. I will continue to use them for dipping powder but I will use someone else for gel.

It’s kinda of a hit and miss. At first it was great the nail work and shaping was fantastic. But the last 3 times I’ve been the quality just wasn’t there. But the last two times were It for me. The nail tech argued with me the whole time I was picking my nails. I kept trying to show her things I want and she just kept saying it would be ugly and then after she ruined my ideas tried to rush me to pick something else. Even went to get her manager about it. Then when I said I want this or that she just kept saying more money more money. I’m not sure if she thought I couldn’t afford it or if she was just ready to go (I was her last client) but it really rubbed me the wrong way. In conclusion she rushed me and was lowkey rude then the nails were not that great. Then the last time I went (for my birthday set) the nails are awful. The shape and the work were both below average and she cut my fingers like 4 times. For the most part the pedicures were nice. I’ve only had one bad one here. But it’s been a year and to go back three times in a role and be dissatisfied. Also be Careful with getting your waxes here. The regular lady wasn’t there so a different person tried and she really messed them up. I’ll be looking for a new nail salon:/

Decided it was time to take care of my hands so I went there. The person that worked on me was great. Great atmosphere, very professional and though I didnt get one, they had normal drinks as well as liquor. Ima get something next time. Will be a next time.

This place is a hit or miss. I only come here as a last resort being that it’s located near my house. The staff isn’t very attentive & most times rude. However, I’ve had a few gems that were amazing & went above and beyond. If you CAN go elsewhere I’d say do so.
I got a pedicure and a dip from this salon. They are my new favorite nail place! Not only is the salon beautiful and clean, but they also give you a drink included in your service. (And the prices are normal not all hiked up to offset the “free” drink like other salons). The service is amazing as well! I accidentally picked a nail color for my toes that I didn’t like so they redid my toes and helped me pick another color that matched my dip better. There was also no wait, Each time I’ve come they got me right in. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I came in today and enjoyed my experience. It was a little busy around 2pm on a Wednesday which attests to how great the service is. I waited about 8 mins a shot right in with my nails. I got a simple light pink dip loser set with acrylic add on. I’m overall satisfied with everything, but I am not picky. The nail tech might have felt rushed because of the business, but I peruses not feel rushed.

Very poor customer service waited over 45 minutes in the lobby to get a gel manicure. While I was sitting, they sent another woman to sit right next to me, they do not follow social distancing by the way. The employees began to proceed to start on her nails before mine. Mind you I did not make any special request she was getting a manicure done as well. However they carried on with her service and continued to have me wait. Will not be coming here again.
Another visit yesterday. Very criwded but service was quickly available. Customer service was top notch and I am again totally satisfied. Super clean.Beautiful new facility. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Great selection of services available. Im totally satisfied with the manicure and pedicure I got.

I left with acrylic all over my fingers. I was told to wash it off... since when does acrylic wash off... and they should never assume that people dont understand whats being said... the stylists literally make comments about people right in their face! Never assume anything! If it wasnt Xmas Eve, I would left after those things were said... im pretty sure the two of them saw my face twitch...

This place is hit or miss depending on who does your nails. I love the actual business though. Sip on some cocktails while you get your nails done in a clean professional environment. However, I would stay clear away from Lily. Theres no way shes licensed. Her work is horrible. 2nd time Ive had my nails done with her. Take my word. But everyone else is pretty good. I honestly would have given 5 stars if it werent for her. Because the rest of the staff will lie to you about her being a good nail tech to save face. But they will watch her work the entire time because no one actually trusts her but they still let her work on people.

The first time I visited, I was on a business trip and needed my lashes done ASAP! A colleague recommended Maggie and I was NOT disappointed. Not only is she professional and on time, she exceeded my expectations with quality work and excellent service. I came back to Texas and literally drove over half an hour just to see Maggie. I get compliments everywhere. My lashes look so natural and neat it’s hard to believe they aren’t mine. Highly recommend coming here. Champion nails is clean. They are friendly and accommodating and even offer drinks. Even my pedicure was nice!
It was okay nothing over the top. My pedicure was good but the environment just feels like theyre rushing to get their customers out. I rather go to a place where the technician takes their time on me. The place looks lovely though....I dont think Ill go back.

Kathleen has been doing my nails since they open and I absolutely love my nails. She takes her time to perfect my nails to my liking. Nicole did my toes today and they turned out beautiful!!! I love my new nail shop. The shop is beautiful and elegant!! While your getting your nails done you can have a daiquiri, coke, wine or coffee for free! They give you a menu to choose your beverage of choice. What a great place to go and treat yourself and experience wonderful customer service
I switched nail techs due to the 1st guy being very rude. I saw that he was finishing up someone’s feet and ask him to politely wash his hands. He was really rude and acted as if he should not have to wash his hands. I ask for another nail tech. I wanted almond shape. The lady was really slow and she did not listen to what I requested. I told her natural and not thick. All of my nails where shaped different. She was really nice when she wanted to talk and listen, just didn’t have an eye for perfection. I ended up reshaping my nails when I got home which is not ok.
This was my first visit at this Addison location. My experience was pleasant. For starters, its located on a new shopping center, the salon is clean, prices are affordable. They offer a wide selection of nail colors and complimentary mixed drinks, in addition to friendly customer service. Sweet was the nail tech I made an afternoon appt. with for both a pedicure and dip manicure. She took her time, did a great job and Im more than satisfied with the services provided. I think her personality is synonymous to her name. So if you want to be pampered make an appt with Sweet or even David, hes pretty awesome too!

Satisfied with my nails and i am very picky. prices are decent and the nail tech i went to (forgot her name) did the coffin shape well. i got the dip and have had it for over three weeks, no lifting or cracking. m pedicure was bomb and the place was nice. the guy that did my petty talked my ear off though lol, but he was funny
I went in today for the first time and I loved it. The place was super clean, they used mostly disposable tools and the others seemed sterilized. Did my pedi with Issac and I will be definetly going back and asking for him. They kept offering me drinks like water, sodas and margaritas. They even had cocktails with all types of alcohol. The thing I liked the most was that as soon as you walked in the door they referred you to a sink to wash your hands. The are being totally safe and Im here for it.

The guy who did my pedicure rushed through it even with a timer. I still have rough parts on my feet after all the massaging. My nail tech expressed that an oval shape was the best he could when I asked for an almond shape. That was after I showed him a picture of the shape I wanted and he started working on my hands. At least my boyfriends technicians were good. One of us were satisfied.
The 1st visit was phenomenal as David put a new set on for me. I am new to Texas and was looking for a nail place to compare to the one I had visited back home in New Orleans for the last 25 years. I was so pleased that I went back for the 2nd time. I thought I had an appointment with David, but there was a mix up and I got Amber. She was pushy, critical and just made me feel very uncomfortable. She cut me twice drawing blood and did not listen to what I wanted her to do. She even said that she could not trim my nails because they would break. I was even overcharged for things she did not do. I should have spoken up right then, but I do not like confrontation. Instead I wrote a 1 star review. I decided to give them another chance today because I really liked the salon the 1st visit. I went in and told the front desk attendant that I did not want Amber. He said that she no longer worked there. Well thank goodness! I guess I wasnt the only person who had trouble with her. I had Jimmy do another full set on me. He was absolutely excellent! I have to say that I will definitely call this my new nail salon in Texas. I am so relieved that I can go somewhere where quality is a priority. I do have to say that they should explain the extra charges for things though. A new set was $30 and take off was $5, but I paid $45 so Im not sure what the charges were for, but I was happy so I paid it. I will definitely be going back anyway.

Maggie was outstanding, best pedi I have ever had! I got a Harmony pedicure and it was so nice and relaxing, it didnt hurt or tickle! She was the nicest girl, very present, attentive, well spoken, I will always go back to her! The salon was new in October, very clean and comfortable. Great experience and only $45.00 for paraffin wax and scrub, perfect polish and my toes look very ready for Valentines Day!

This salon is clean and covid friendly. They ask you to wash your hands before entering and I got placed in a chair far from anyone else. The tech did a great job on my Mani/Pedi.
From the long 45+ minute wait in the actual chair, to the fact that my nails only lasted 2 weeks this is not a place I will return to! Also the guys are so rude he was embarrassing me making stupid comments with the pedicure like “wow you have so much skin” and “oof you have a lot of scars”(mosquito bites) just do your job why make unnecessary uncomfortable comments! And my Biggest pet peeve when I told the other guy that one of the dip nails from my manicure is crooked and they keep insisting it’s not when I can clearly tell that it is

Very clean and nice establishment. They take extreme production during this COVID-19 pandemic. The lady at the front made sure she checked temperatures and everything was clean new in plastic. Though this is my third time coming to Champion Nail Spa, I still do not feel like a welcomed guest.Today, I felt like a burden to the nail technician, as she was rough and made little to no attempt to exchange pleasantries with me. Except, when mocking and laughing at me with other staff members.I felt isolated and disliked. I was not offered an amenity drink or beverage. An extra charge was added to my bill with no explanation. When I left, no one thanked me or told me good bye, not even the nail technician.Though my nails look fine, I am very disappointed and hurt by the poor customer service I experienced today. I do not know if I will return or recommend this salon to others.The customer service needs to improve.
I will not be returning. I had a horrible experience today. I paid $45 for a harmony pedicure which should have included a callus foot and heel removal. My tech Kevin never provided that service during our appointment. During the entire visit he was distracted and not paying attention to what he was doing. I was willing to overlook it however I did want to address my concerns with the front staff. He left shortly after. The staff immediately defended him and claimed that he did provide the callus removal although he didn’t. I had a guest with me who also saw that his service was not equivalent to the service she was provided (AND WE PAID FOR THE SAME THING). It was humiliating trying to defend myself and eventually everyone in the salon was staring. Of course I was upset. They had cameras in the section I sat in but was told they couldn’t review the footage because they did not have access to the monitors. They provided me the manager David’s number. An hour or so after I left David reached out to me:Hi. Im David the Manager, I ve heard about your complain with us earlier. First of all Im so sorry for the bad experience you had. I ve already checked and talked to the technician. You were right! I want to make it up for you by 10% off all services next time you come. We have over 30 techs, I ll give you some of our best one. Im pretty sure you ll be happy everytime with them. Here are the name : SWEET, ANNA, LILY, LIZ, VI, NI. Does it work out for you?I declined and will not be returning. I was forced to pay $45 and wasn’t provided everything included in package and the whole experience was humiliating. Save your money! I SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFFERED A REFUND. The service I was provided I could have done at home my self. This salon isn’t worth more than $20 if that! The massage was more like a lazy leg rub. I had acrylic nails from a previous pedicure that he hardly tried to buff and didn’t offer to fill (which I would have been willing to pay for extra). This place is a scam don’t let the pretty bar fool you. THE SERVICE IS NOT WORTH IT.

David does my nails and he’s beyond great, pays very close attention to detail. If you’re looking for a “nail home” this is it!

I am happy to finally find a nail salon near me in Farmers Branch that does quality work. I had terrible experiences with 2 others near me on multiple occasions since moving to this side of town so I am very happy this nice salon opened about 5 mins from me. I have been here several time and love it the atmosphere even after covid. Today I got the Champions pedicure done by Ty. I love getting this pedicure done every other month. I will be requesting Ty every time I can.

I have finally found a nail place who takes the time to do my nails well! They get the polish all the way down to the cuticle, so my manicure looks better for a longer time! I tried them out before they were officially open and have been back several times since.
I have been going here every two weeks for over a year. Previously I had asked for hombre and they did it with a hot pink acrylic after telling them I wanted natural. I stopped him in the middle and told him I didn’t like it and they continue to finish and said I would need to come back and have them re-done. I went back in David fix them. I went in yesterday requested a new set of acrylic hombre. The guy kept messing up and I was there for three hours trying to get them fixed. He then said that he just couldn’t do it and I would need to come back to have them fixed again. I did complain to Nicole at the front who then called David. David said that I would still need to pay but he could provide me a 10% discount and fix them the next day. I went in today to get them fixed and David said that he couldn’t do it because he had too many appointments and I would need to come back at a later time. I will never be back here again.
I was looking for a new nail shop since my normal one was too far. Found this one on Google and now Im making it my go to. Daisy did a wonderful job and was very detail oriented. The staff was friendly and the place was sanitized thoroughly.

They did a great job on the feet & hands of a man like myself, very professional got everything taken care of without pinching any meat or it being the slightest bit uncomfortable. They have a full bar and you get a complimentary drink and refill. I ordered the champions manicure and pedicure, $45 and $75.
I had a not so good experience my first visit but David took care of me today! Jimmy did a great job on my nails and ty did amazing on my pedi. My feet feel soft and my nails are gorgeous! Thank you! I will be back.

Legit. Great nail color options. The establishment is insanely clean. Very upscale with affordable gel nails at $32 and pedicure for $27. Comes with 2 cocktails max alcoholic beverage over 21. My nails look great! I’ll be back!

2022-07-22Y’all…this is THE nail salon. I’ve had a pleasant experience with every single technician - but my girl Anna…the best. She knows how to shape my nails perfectly EVERY time to compliment my wide nail beds and larger knuckles. I bring in an idea from Pinterest and she just makes the magic happen. Truly she is a GEM. I used to get so self conscious about my nails (nail biter growing up - if you know, you know) and I have never felt judged or uncomfy here. You get what you pay for and they have every right to charge what they do because they do it RIGHT. Hats off to this salon in every aspect!

2022-07-20First time and Ill be coming back!I read reviews before coming and I dont mind the roughness. I like my pedicure done right, cuticles cut, nailes cleaned and trimmed accordingly. Tiffany did great on my toes! Lee did my dip powder and she shaped my nails perfectly! Will be coming back! Oh and I got my eyebrows waxed!

2022-02-13Sweet always does the BEST job. I have a habit of breaking my nails but she always repairs them and makes them beautiful again. I never know what I want done so ask her to do whatever. Every single time she does amazing and beautiful artwork. My friends wait for the next nail update from me because of it. Without even saying my name, she’d know it was me from this description… she truly does an amazing job every single time. Love going here and being known by name. I’ve gone here since they’ve opened because it’s between work and home - super convenient and have always had a great experience!

2022-01-24This place added an additional $5 so that I can include cuticle care and there was nothing caring about it. They filed down my nails and while using the tool, it shred up my cuticle bed and then the nail tech still went in and cut more cuticle! I left here for couple days of pain in each of my nail beds because the nail beds were so raw! Awful awful service. The nail tech doesnt know what theyre doing clearly. And the dipped nails were not even filed down on the under side so the nails were so thick and bulky, it was an UGLY look. NEVER returning here ever again. 2022-05-26I’ve gone twice now and I’m in love! They are attentive as soon as you come in, and my nail techs Trish and Anna delivered beautiful work on my nubby fingers. Plus I get to have a “drank” while I get pampered. 8 stars ☺️

2021-08-26My new favorite nail salon! Exceptionally great with such a sweet and accommodating staff! Always a great experience every time I go and my nails always look on point every time! Lily was my technician this time and she did this nail art for me so well. She was very fast and efficient!

2021-11-02This is my go to place for pedicures. They are clean, friendly, and usually gives good service. However, gel manicures are not up to par here. Ive given them two chances and each time my nails chip the day after getting them done. The attached pictures are 3 days after receiving the service. I will continue to return for the pedicures, but Im done giving my money for a gel manicure that lasts as long as regular polish.

2021-07-21It’s my first time there. I am very picky about the way my nails and eyebrows done and Mr. Thai did an awesome job. I have ever done the almond shape but I really love the way it is on my hands and he made them very evenly and smoothly. Thai did a great great job for my eyebrows as well. I don’t have to drive back to my old nail salon in FtW to get it done again. I found a favorite nail tech now! I will try pedicures next time for sure.

2022-04-14Nail was nice and clean. They serve drinks. My nail tech didnt ask me if I wanted a drink and he hurt my finger 3 times. I had a broken nail and he was gonna leave it. He end up fixing it at the end by adding acrylic and it still not correct too thick and the tip too thin. Im sure it will break again

2021-12-12I love the service and the drinks. They have nice nail techs but some of them can be a little rough. It hurt some but over all I love it. This is my 5th time here and it’s amazing. Definitely would recommend.
