I recently had a tattoo done by Mike and love it. He took his time to make sure my first tattoo was perfect. THANKS MIKE!!!! My wife had one done by Sergio and he does great work as well. He was very professional and his customer service was the best. I would recommend this shop and these two artists to anyone local or if you are just in town visiting.
Best experience Ive had in a tattoo shop in 18 years. Ive been to several shops all around the metro plex, none compare to the quality and excellent customer service at Collins street. Sergio and his wife are amazing!
I LOVE this place. All the guys are respectful, treat their customers like they belong. Ive gotten 3 tattoos done by Sergio and I love the outcome. Sergio is a multitasker, hell talk to you while tattooing to make you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if its your first time. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!!!!
I have 3 of 5 tattoos from here. I love this place and the people in it! Such a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere and everyone is very professional. Sergio did all of my tattoos and with his style, I definitely want more and for him to help with the design. CST is definitely a shop that I feel comfortable with because they are very clean and sanitary. The artists all take time to know what the client wants and they truly deliver great results. Everyone always says Im just gonna get one tattoo. Yeah.... Im 5 in bc of this place and Im not done yet. 😂😉😁
Incredible service! Great prices too! Shane was beyond amazing. He made us feel so at home, welcomed us in, and made us feel like family. The tattoo took a while but he didn’t seem to mind, he talked to us, checking in on the client and making sure he was at best comfort. He was precise and clean with the tattoo he was creating, giving it as much time as needed and the best possible quality. He not only was a great artist, but one of the most genuine, understanding, and authentic people you will ever meet. So relatable and wise. You’d be blessed to get to sit and get to know this dude while getting a rad grade A tattoo, I know we were. We weren’t even supposed to have come across here but I believe God had a divine appointment and this was no coincidence. GO HERE. You won’t be sorry.
Went there lastnight and had a great experience! Sergio was mine and my daughters artist and the other two girls had Shane! These guys made our experience fun and awesome. The work is absolutely amazing. Sergio did my cover up of a “regretted” tattoo and it is beautiful. He is going to do a lot more work on me for the next few months and I’m excited for the outcome! It’s a must!
I pass by this tattoo shop every day and never realized how amazing it was until today! Mike did my tattoo and I absolutely love it! I literally looked down at about 5 or 6 Facebook posts and looked up and I was done! I highly recommend going to see Mike and I will definitely be coming back to get more tattoos from him! Oh and the staff was really friendly too! They helped me decide between two tattoos and were very kind and not pushy at all.
Sergio is hands down the best there is. He truly loves what he does and it shows. Hes a true artist. I give him a general idea of what I want and he takes it to another level. I have had most of my sleeve done by him and he will be the one to finish it and add more. I promise you will not be disappointed and will get a million compliments on your art as well. Shop is nice, very clean and well kept. All artists are friendly and excited to help.
Wanted to acknowledge how amazing Sergio was and his ride or die in the front. I had reached out to the shop via email and I was responded to fairly quickly. I was told what to expect. When I arrived I was welcomed and offered water... and even though there were at least 4 people when I arrived, I never felt forgotten or that I was waiting forever. The cute receptionist continued to assure me that It wouldnt be long. I didnt mind it, I wouldnt want someone to be rushing the artist just cause i felt it was my turn. Honestly my experience with Sergio couldnt have gone any better. He took his time way before he even started. He made sure the size of my symbol actually looked descent where I wanted it to be placed. He didnt just slap down a stencil and call it a day. He came back several times to make sure the yellow I wanted went with my skin tone. . I used to be a person who didnt like something that wasnt one of a kind but my son had recently become obsessed with Batman and well its easy to say mom did too. Even though it may have been simple to others it meant a lot to me.... and Sergio made me feel like it was a one of kind (even though others have it). I wanted to make sure this shop got the credit it was owed. Its a very clean, professional atmosphere. To top it all off I loved the music, the head banging rock I experienced at others was not so inviting to want to sit through lol (really just a petty thing but still)Cant say it enough, THANK YOU COLLINS TATTOO SHOP FOR MY EXPERIENCE, and THANK YOU SERGIO, truly my son loved it. He got a matching henna tattoo and he thought mom was extra cool that day
The best tattoo shop Ive ever been to!! Sawyer did an amazing job on my tattoo at an extremely reasonable price. He really had a passion for what he does and it shows. It wasnt just about the money but about the quality of work. I have been to many tattoo shops and had work done but I felt the most comfortable letting him tattoo me. I am in love with the work he did!! The shop itself is very clean and professional. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in. I will definitely be coming back to this shop to get more!
Amazing shop and amazing people. Needles and Stephanie are hilarious and super friendly. Sergio is by far the greatest. He I should an incredibly talented artist and over the last few years, Ive been exclusively using him for my tattoos. I really dont trust anyone else. I recommend Sergio to everyone I know!
I got my first tattoo at Collins Street Tattoo to commemorate my 50th birthday. I was referred by a friend to Sergio, who was excellent! He was very professional and was also very kind. He gave me the exact design I wanted. The tattoo turned out better than I imagined. The colors are gorgeous. I have had so many compliments on it. It is a true work of art on my body. Several people have asked me for his contact information for their future tattoos. The shop was very clean, which was really important to me. Also, Sergio followed up with me the day after and several days later to check on me. He answered all of my questions and told me exactly what to expect. That really meant a lot. I would highly recommend this business as well as the artist.
Sergio is the best!!! I remember there was a time in which Oklahoma (Im an Oklahoma native) didnt allow tattoos, so wed go to Texas!! I love Sergios work. I havent been since 2016 and it was my first tattoo, but he was cool about it and it eased my mind although my boyfriend was a wimp lol who gets their first tattoo in a sensitive area, but clean, professional, and patient artist!! Will be back when I know what I want next!

I love Sergio! First, he is an amazing artist. Second, he takes all needed sanitary precautions. Third, he is welcoming to anyone, even an old lady like me. He makes you feel comfortable. Fourth, he LISTENS to you about what you want. Fifth, he takes all the time he needs to do a great job; he will not rush. Sixth, he is a master at cover ups. Seventh, he does cosmetic tattoos!!!!!I had some bad work done on my wrist at another place in Arlington that was highly rated. In my attempts to have it fixed, i researched almost every shop in DFW, and visited several. I was either told that nothing could be done, or treated rudely; most people didnt want to bother with me. I am super happy to find Sergio. He did a GREAT job with my cover up, and has done several more tats for me since.He also did my eyebrows! I had had them done REPEATEDLY by cosmetic tattoo places that left me with crooked and weird color eyebrows. He fixed them to look natural and great; he took a lot of time getting the right color, shape, and position.....one million times better than the permanent make up cosmetic tattoo people.I am stopped on a DAILY basis asking where i got my tats. Remarks like I have never seen anything like that! and is that real? are common. (they are watercolor style). I tell them to go see Sergio at Collins Street Tattoo.I love him and would never go anywhere else.
Sergio did an amazing piece in honor of my late cousin. He’s done a couple of my tattoos, completely recommend going to Collins Street Tattoo. I will continue to go to him for more work. Everyone there makes you feel very welcomed. Great place!!!!!!
Shane has done close to 50 tattoos on me, each of them came out great and I love. He takes the time to understand what you want. From original designs to things I’ve brought in, he nails it every time. I high recommend hitting Shane up for all your tattoo needs!!
My husband and I got tattoos together by their newer tattoo artist Michael and they are extremely basic, literally only Roman numerals and a basic crown, lets just say we are less than pleased. There are many lines that are not straight or they are not solid lines. He never seemed confident in what he was doing and he had a very heavy hand. He isnt personable at all and it literally took him 4 hours to do our 2 tattoos that again, were very basic. Sergio drew out a more complex and much larger piece AND tattooed it on a girl, and started another tattoo (including drawing) before we were done. If you can, Id wait until Sergio is available or go to another shop.
Absolutely Great Experience! Chris is awesome I came in as a walk-in showed him what I wanted and he was able to re- create it. It turned out absolutely beautiful I couldn’t be happier. Pricing is very reasonable. The Tattoo shop is very clean and nice I was very impressed. Will definitely be going back there if I decide to get another tattoo. Thanks Chris !
Sergio did an awesome job......hardly felt a thing, very happy with my tattoo....will be going back for more and bringing friends:) That was my original post.......since then I have been back several times....and I have brought friends! Sergio does a great job of spending the extra time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want and inks every detail! My only regret is I didnt have all my art work done by him! The next time I stop back in the shop it will be for touch ups to other tattoos not done by Sergio so he can work his magic! #omgthatbutterflythoughonpointsomanypeoplecomment

I got a pretty simple tattoo done today from their Friday 13th special-- Mike and his wife Magaly were both very nice and very professional and kindly let me reserve an appointment even after the event. Mike was easy to talk to and did an amazing job! I already have a tattoo planned for a few months from now but I may find myself coming in sooner. Great atmosphere. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
This is a great place to go to for tattoos! Im no tattoo novice; Ive been to many shops and have gotten work done by many artists. The people are super friendly and welcoming. Cody took care of me. I walked in about a month ago close to closing time and Cody was willing to stay late without hesitation. He drew up my tattoo super quick and although I was nervous about the pain, he assured me that it wouldnt take long. I love my tattoo! Its almost fully healed and it looks just as great as it did when I got it. The colors are bold and solid. Ive gotten so many comments on it! Ill be getting my work done by him from now on.
Went in today to get a ring for my nose. Sergio helped me. I then decided I wanted to add to my tattoo a half sleeve. ..I invited my coworker who also decided to get a tattoo after looking at his work on me...he did an amazing job. Made me feel comfortable and you can tell he loves his job....very passionate about his work...love love love my tat. will definitely be back. I recommend him...Hes the man...lol see you soon...
Won a contest on Facebook so came down to get a rose tattoo and it was awesome!! Sergio cares about his work and will work with you on what you want. They really make you feel welcomed! He explained the best placement and took his time with the customer before us trying to come up with a design for their future appointment. Me and my Fiancée will be coming to get the rest of our work done here for sure!

I have been wanting to get a tattoo of mine redone for many years now. So I stopped in the other day and talked to Sergio about what I wanted done. After agreeing on price,(very reasonable btw), he proceeded to work. It turned out great! I highly recommend this place for all of your tattooing needs. Ill be coming back for more work to be done.

I needed some help on finishing a sleeve and Needles Caine was very informative on everything from the cost, time, to the process. Extremely professional. When I arrived to the shop I was even more impressed when I saw how clean and organized the shop was. I was a little nervous, but his attitude and knowledge of the tattoo process immediately calmed me down. After starting my sleeve I couldnt be happier. I cant wait to finish. I constantly get compliments on my colors and will be back as soon as I have the money.
Ive wanted a 3rd tattoo for a while now and after doing some research on shops/artists around the Arlington area while my husband and I were on vacation we found Sergio and his shop. We walked in and were greeted by Sergio. After showing him what I wanted, he said no problem and off we went. During the time he was tattooing my arm we carried on multiple conversions. I just wanted to take the time to say Thank You to him for the excellent job he did.

After my first tattoo from Paul I wass so pleased and impressed with not just his artistic skill but his attitude towards wanting to make sure I got the best from him. I now have friends coming to him and now planning my third tattoo with him. The finishing touches he put on my sly fox tattoo really made it pop! Whether you are looking for traditional or have something exciting to get inked, Paul is a friendly, fun, and skilled artist to work with. Knowing what Ive wanted for a while though unable to chose an artist due to the constant what if I find someone better? Took me 6 years but after running into countless people with gorgeous work all done by Needles Caine. I decided to go with him and with nearly my entire torso covered so far I havent looked back and thought of finding someone better. Dude also applies all new sealed items in front of you before tattooing. Very clean and no professional I recommend everyone I know who wants a tattoo to him.

My wife and I traveled to Arlington this past weekend and wanted to find a place to get her tattoo idea brought to life. We searched Google reviews of places near us and found a couple that we went into (not naming names, not here to bash) and had a horrible experience. The first place one of the artists tried to recreate a drawing from the picture she had on her phone and it turned out horrible, the second we were absolutely treated like we were a waste of their time. I guess our money wasnt good enough for them. But when we found Chris Cabrera at Collins Street Tattoo, we knew we in the right spot. Chris treated us like we were old friends, and was very polite to us, made us feel comfortable, and was super accommodating to what my wife was looking to get done. He used the exact image that she provided and went above and beyond to bring it to life! And when it came time to talk pricing, he wasnt there to try and price gouge us or take advantage of us. He was very reasonably priced for and major metropolitan tattoo artist!! Above everything, like I said before he made us feel like old friends and treated us with the most professional, top notch customer service that anyone could ask for. Although we are 6 hours from the DFW area, we will most definitely be going back to Arlington in the future just to get more ink from Chris! Anyone in the DFW area that is looking for ink, dont think twice, dont second guess yourself, just give Chris a call, you wont be disappointed! Thank you for everything Chris! Hello,I got a tattoo from Sergio at Collins Street tattoo about a year ago. It was a quarter sleeve. Black and gray flowers. He did 6 hours of work and a great job. He listened as I rambled on and on because its what I do when getting a tattoo. They are a great place to go for any kind of work and I believe Sergio is an awesome artist.Charisa Aldridge
This is my favorite shop to go to. I always get solid work from Sergio. Hes super flexible and easy to work with and the other artists seem great as well. The atmosphere is super laid back and the prices are the best Ive found for quality work in the DFW area. I highly recommend you check this shop out.

Paul Villarreals skills are extraordinary. Im inlove with my tattoo. Wouldnt go anywhere else. I would trust him 100% with all my tattoos. Takes time & listens to make sure he does exactly what you want. I was nervous at first but Paul made me feel very comfortable. Ive recommended him to many of my friends & they also love him. I will be back for my future tattoos.

My husband and I met Sergio Benitez at the Slingin Ink Tattoo Expo in San Antonio and were so impressed we met him at his shop in Arlington in order to receive services. This was my husbands first tattoo and it was a portrait of our Bulldog son Tummy so it was very important that it be perfect. Sergio was professional and very helpful. He was willing to answer all of our questions and did a BAD ASS job. We had no issues at all and would recommend Sergio and his shop to anyone!
Paul V. is the only artist I trust to do any tattooing on me. He is the best. Unmatched in cleanliness, and proffessionaly superior. I have not been to the new shop he is at on Collin St, however it doesnt matter the shop its the artist. He will work meticulously on the art piece and design that you desire. His art work and finish tattoos are above the rest. If you want a profession and enjoyable tattooing experience the only artist to see is Paul.
Sawyer did an awesome job with my leg tattoo. He took the time to make this piece look great and didnt rush through it. It came out great and I have gotten tons of compliments on it. Ill definitely go with Collins St. Tattoo again for future artwork.

My experience here was negative overall. I went to the shop twice after receiving a text the piercer would be there. The first time it was locked then the second time they(dont know names as they were nice enough but didnt introduce themselves) told me he was not there because he had the flu and when I showed them the text that said to come they said he was the back up piercer, and was running errands. I should have went with my first mind and went to another location but he did text me later in the evening and apologized and said he was there, so I ran up there with the 30 dollar cash fee (plus 10 buck tip). I got my nose pierced by Sergio(didnt know his name until I got there), he was nice but within 2 days my nose ring fell into the hole. I had to push it back out every few minutes which caused bleeding and pain. He recommened me to use Bactain spray when he did the piercing which irritated the skin around my nose piercing. When I text the shop to explain my concerns, unfortunately i was told he was out of town and would not be back until Tuesday to address my issue. I was told no one else in the shop could help me either. There is no way I could wait until Tuesday I have to go to work and I definately dont want a infection because I have to keep pushing it up. I ended up going to another shop actually a better shop with a stellar piercer. Unfortunately I had to pay another 50 bucks but at least its in there right. This shop may be good for tattoos and maybe for other people but I will not recommened coming here for piercings by Sergio. Go across the street to Urbans they are worth every dime.

Came here honestly because the other guy didnt want to stay a little after to work on my piece, but Im glad he didnt because Sergio rocked. He didnt just fulfill my tattoo request he went above and beyond. Listened to every little thing I had to say and Im very picky about how my tattoos are done. I have had several tattoos done by Paul. I must say his Classic tattoo style is some of the best that i have seen. He is a great artist and person at that. If you are looking for someone who knows their stuff when it comes to classic and other neo art, Paul is your man.

I commented on this page only to have my comment removed and block on Facebook at least they could have been professional and had given me a reply stating they corrected the issue. But nope, Im a artist out in Ennis tx and from what I see there are a few things I seen sbout this shop especially being clean but like I said I gave a chance for a reply only to be ignored and deleted but This is very unsanitary, as a shop exhibiting this is very sad. Blood borne pathogens cross contamination with the clients arm rubbing all over the Artist arm, beard and shirt. That is disgusting and unsanitary. Did this artist not learn the proper way to protect themselves working in a shop I would imagine they would, To be honest they should be embarrassed to not have caught these actions right away instead of praising the video posted on their page. Just another shop in the industry that cares more about money than protecting themselves and customers. Its not hard to remember and obide by common sense tattoo safety. They may do alright work but at what cost to use that common sense and protect each other from contamination and or the possibility of infection.

Love this shop, I went and got by tattoo by Eddie I believe thats what his name was. You know how you go into tattoo shops and they just stare at you, and you get the vibe they really didnt want to be bothered. I didnt get this here it wasnt an awkward first kiss or anything. I will def be going back.
Hands down the best most professional…Hands down the best most professional tattoo studio in Arlington! ive never been so pleased with a tattoo in my entire life and i have quite a few.. as always i am very nervous walking into unfamiliar tattoo studio not know if the artists will achieve the quality i want. As soon as i walked in i felt welcome by the whole Collins Street crew. extremely polite all around funny azz people. Cody said he would help me out with the design i wanted and he ended up making it ten times better than what i could ever imagine and i was so suprised on how affordable he made it for the quality of work he does. after my experience at Collins Street i know i will never think of trying any other shops.. thanks guys!!!!
Sawyer is the absolute BEST!!! I wanted a tattoo of a guys name but Sawyer wouldnt let me. He is not about the money. Artistry is his passion. I am from Boston, but I will definitely be flying to Dallas for my tattoos!!!
I just got a tat done by Sawyer!! He free handed a word I wanted so that I didnt have to have a generic font off the computer! He listened to what I wanted and did it super quick! The shop is clean and the guys are so friendly! If Im in the Arlington area which I will be often( bff lives here) and I need ink this is the spot Ill be going to! Thanks again guys!

For years I have been looking for a way to make my body distinct from that of the average human being. Getting confused for looking the same as every other earthling on a daily basis. No thank you! In what way? Cutting chunks of skin off of my body. Scarification you might say? Never that. I much rather would prefer laying on reclining chair while multiple needles drag and scour my epidermis soiling it with inks of multiple colors. Only to get approached by these humans asking where I was marked? Well by none other than the great Sergio of course!

Was visiting Texas and decided to get a tattoo and this shop was closest to my room i went in they seemed very professional the guy drew a nice tattoo then he drew it out on me i asked why he didnt stencil it but instead drew it on me he gave a reasonable answer .. What he drew looked good so he tatted me and it looks like a 1st grader drew on my face he did not have a and d ointment like all professionals use but Vaseline which pulls out the ink i dont regret my tattoo i regret going to this shop i should have knew they were empty two days in a row for a reasonAfter talking to the artist he agreed that the tattoo was terrible work and that he didnt do a good job he offered a refund now he ignores me this place is terrible and i suggest you look else where for a tattoo artistMost of these reviews are fake

2022-02-07I had a tattoo appointment today at 2pm.As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. Deep down I was terrified of how painful it was gonna be but Sergio made sure to make me feel so comfortable. I truly recommend this place. When placing the sketch on my arm he moved it around a couple times to make sure his work was perfect and he was satisfied with it. Best experience!

Was also super attentive to making sure the small letters were big enough & able to be read. Also got it done faster than I expected but with it still looking perfect. My piece took longer than expected (9 hours to be exact) and he still maintained a professional, kind, and calm composure. Such a great tattoo artists for us dark skin men and ladies that want color!! He also covered up my shoulder scar (WHERE is it now?! Gone!). Please book with him!

2020-07-10I just had a cover up tattoo done by Sergio and I’m glad I found this place. All their 5 star reviews are true. They are professional, clean and good vibes at the shop. Sergio was very helpful on finding best option for my cover up and I’m happy with my tattoo. His attention to detail on his artwork is awesome , the line work, shading and coloring everything looks really nice. Nancy at the front desk with great customer service. Cool music at the shop had to keep asking for names of songs to add to my playlist . I will definitely be returning here for all my future tattoos.
