I have stayed at this room about 3 or 4 times. Never an issue. Nice and clean room with comfy bed and pillows. But Currently they are renovating the hotel and I had no knowledge of it and there is literally no ceiling at all threwout the entire hotel. I woke up also to loud construction. But other than renovation room was clean and comfortable
I booked two nights for elderly family members arriving on a late flight to IAH. I made the reservation several days in advance and received a confirmation number. Upon arrival to the hotel, they claimed they overbooked and did not honor my reservation forcing my 80+ relatives to try and find lodging elsewhere at midnight after traveling 18 hours. Very inconsiderate of management and staff to allow this. In addition, they did not credit my account account and I have been trying for two days only to be told to call tomorrow. If you reserve a room here, dont expect it to be waiting, reservation or not. Very untrustworthy location.Be aware they have a significant and unusually high number of positive reviews. All ANONYMOUS.Im not the only guest this has happened to. I should have read the reviews prior to booking as should you.
First we had a hard time checking in, then they give us room keys and the door doesn’t close. The hinge is screwed with cardboard holding it together. I go down to front desk to inform them I get attitude from the person in front. They move me to another room with one bed instead of two like I had originally paid for. Horrible experience the worst. I have pictures and videos of everything. I wish I could upload
Very disappointing experience. The noise from the highway is too loud to have a proper rest. The complimentary breakfast is pretty much nonexistent; it is supposed to be served from 6 to 10, but when we walked by 8, they have ran out. We never got room keeping, even though I specifically requested it at the front desk. The place is very careless; I saw a bag of puke and used dipper at the parking lot close the entrance for 3 days until the rain washed them out. The place is conveniently located near the airport, but the surrounding area is not pleasant; consider that you may need to buy something nearby as the hotel store is poorly stocked. Overall, the worst experience I ever had in the US for a $67 daily rate, I booked here because it had a 4-star rating at Google, and I cant understand how that is possible.
Check in was extremely slow. Credit card was authorized twice. Loud party that lasted all night. We were woke up multiple time throughout the night. Tried to call the front desk, no answer. Check out person was more involved talking on her phone then engaging with guests. Very disappointed.
Front desk has horrible customer service!! They don’t greet you when you come in or leave. When I made my reservation, I requested extra pillows because I have to bad back. When I got there, the lady at the front desk about the pillows request and she said they didn’t have extra pillows bc they were booked. Room 103 (the room we were staying in) didn’t have air. So they transferred us to another room. (But I thought they didn’t have extra rooms). When I check out this morning, I spoke to the lady in the front, she never looked at me and never said anything. I didn’t receive a receipt and I called the hotel and she said “I don’t know who this is and I have a lot of people in front of me , so you need to call back.) I will never been staying there again!!!!!!!
There is NOT a Hot Breakfast or anything to even buy. The grab & go was frozen muffins, apple & small juice. Jail foodStaff is not knowledgeable about shuttles but still spouts out incorrect times.I received only one towel.Getting water was quite a chore.Steaming hot in lobby & they keep ACs off and controlled in the rooms.
Positive: The room was quiet Negative: I was not told about the deposit until you check in. When I asked the guy working the desk why nothing in writing about it he simply said him telling me now was me being notified. Then he tried to double charge me. My truck window was busted out.
Price was decent but you get what you pay for. Original room I reserved was not available the first replacement room I was given was not clean. Trash on the floor and no sheets. The second room I was given the air conditioner did not work and it was 82 degrees in the room all night. Was given a replacement room the following day and the window was broken which at that point I gave up on receiving a decent room

I flew to tx from Florida for the first time in my life to purchase a vehicle . I was in a messy situation during my stay an the staff chelsey helped me she gave me advice an kept me safe from what was going on . She made it her business to make sure I was ok .I was comfortable an satisfied with my entire stay . I love it !!!
When calling about early check-in we were met with rudeness and were basically hung upon. The fact that the front desk agent did not ask for an ID, credit card, or confirmation number did not make me feel secure. The first light switch did not work so we had to wander around a dark room to find a working light, nor did the TV work which wouldve been nice since you can hear your neighbors and everything in the hallway which made it hard to sleep. The blinds did not close, the ac can not be adjusted. No real hot running water and the shower makes a noise while running which is bothersome, dont want to stay in there for very long for it causes headaches. I like Comfort Suites normally but I would never stay at this location again.
Unfortunately, we had a very below average experience at this location. The front door did not work, the first employee that attended to us seemed like she didnt even want to be there or do her job, she wasnt particularly rude, but very disinterested during our entire interaction. The employee that attended us in the morning when we checked out was nice. Our room was supposed to be non-smoking since we have an infant and a toddler, and it reeked of smoke on the entire floor and in the room. The room was dirty and damaged. It looked like some of the sheets were dirty or stained. When we wanted to take the elevator in the morning to get down there were people who had been holding the elevator open for about 30 mins before the employee from the front desk came up to scold them. In the end I guess we received what we paid for.
HORRIBLE HOTEL TO STAY AT ! THEY HAVE ROACHES !! My boyfriend and I stayed here on our trip in Houston and we saw about 5 roaches in the bathroom ! We told the office person and she basically said it’s nothing for them to do and asked if we wanted to check out early. Horrible hotel do not stay here unless you like sleeping with roaches.
The front desk girls are amazing but I’m here at the hotel now we check in on Thursday we are here for 10days and since day one has been problems they over charge me and as today Saturday night they haven’t done our room service and we requested to be cleanOne more problem is that there is no towels for us to used and take a shower they try to call the owner or manager and they don’t answer the girls at the front desk I already call choice hotel members and complain
A Comfort Inn that we felt was not quite up to Choice Hotels standards that we have became accustomed to too many things wrong with the hotel with the exception of the room as it was in good shape. I thought we felt when the elevator was out of order and the maintenance man said well probably just have to reset it again call me instead of fixing it they just reset it and call it good which is not the way to do things.
Very nice spacious rooms everything looked fairly clean the staff was very friendly and accommodating I just go down to the market and they did not have a lot to choose from as far as drinks sodas and energy drinks and a very small selection of those. As usual the bed was very comfortable I would recommend this place please check out the photos.
This is transitional housing for my children and I. It works for what we need it for which is to have a comfortable place to lay our heads at night. But the hotel needs a major renovation. There isn’t even cable television which is typically an amenity if you have WiFi available which was not the best or even most average connection. It continuously dropped service. But the hotel staff was amazing. Trixie was very bubbly and eager to help. Jess would be the reason I booked at this hotel again. She was extremely patient with me as I asked question after question. She also informed me to book weekly as to get a better rate which was the best thing she could have ever done! She made sure I understood what she was doing and when/how much I would be charged. Thank you Jess!
If I could put 0 stars I would horrible costumer service. The lady in front charge me more then what I was suppose to pay through booking.com. I ask to speak to the manager she said she didn’t work weekends and I ask for her number she said she didn’t have it. At the end she said she refunded my money and I haven’t seen it posted on my account. Worst place do not go! Also some other people that were there seeing me argue with the front desk said they had also had the same issue. I also witness the house keepers asking the lady for there room list what kind of unorganized place is! This was my worst experience. The lady was very slow and seemed like she was drugged. She constantly asked me the same question it was just horrible I lost about 2 hours there trying to get my money back and waiting for the money to be posted.
Got to the hotel at around 2 am after a 12 hour drive from El Paso on our way to South Florida. Went to check in and was having a problem with my Credit card, as I tried to explain to the front desk person that I used it the night before at another hotel in El Paso, he simple told me that I could cancel the reservation if I liked,(Nice customer service).I took care of the Credit card issue and was able to check in.Got to the room to find out that there was no hot water, my wife called the front desk and explained that we had a long day and would like to take a hot shower, front desk person said that the maintenance person will not be in until Monday and proceeded to tell her that we could cancel the reservation if we liked, It seems that his customer service was completely missing that night. That being said, will never recommend this hotel to anyone and will be posting a copy of this in social media.
Everything was fine. But was really annoyed by the fact that we booked the airport shuttle the day before our departure and 10 mins before we were supposed to take it, the receptionist (a different one than the previous night with whom we had booked) very kindly says the shuttle is not available before 9 am. So be ready to take an Uber
First I’m start off with Jessica messing up my reservation. She suppose to change my reservation over the phone . She told she would do it after rushing me off the phone . When I get there the next day to check in I was charged double for a room because she didn’t change my reservation. On top of that the customer service was not friendly yet it was more nonchalant than anything else . My husband is a diabetic they had nothing at all to drink in the lobby where they sell the beverages . No vending machines. My husband had to walk to the hotel room next door just to buy a drink. Let’s talk about these signs that say check out at 12 not only on the website but the front desk as well sooooooo why we had housekeeping knocking at our door at 11:01 but all the signs at the hotel and website clearly say 12 ? So get down to check out see Jessica same person who messed up my reservation she sitting down … did not acknowledge me . Did not offer a receipt I had to ask ! Did not say thank you for your stay nothing ! Never again will I give you my business with poor staff that clearly doesn’t care about the customers who keeps them employed.
We traveled from Louisiana. The young lady on the day shift was very polite and helpful but the lady name Michelle that worked the night shift Saturday night was very rude and unprofessional. We asked for more towels to bathe when we got back to our room and we was told we had to bring the old towels back before getting new ones. When my husband bought the used towels there she took them out the bag and examined them. After that she asked what was the brown stuff on the towel. He said mud she responded and what if it don’t come out. We got in the room and the how water was out. We had to wait until 1:00 am to start bathing.
So sad that Ashley at front desk would not help me print out a form I needed for an appointment today as I was checking out I asked if she could print something for me she gave me the email but I waited for minutes until I finally asked she said I need to do my job first she was giving housekeeping their list then when I said please I need it for now it’s just one sheet she said no I’m not going to help you I just hope she doesn’t over charge my credit card she has a really bad attitude no customer service at all
Waited more than 25 minutes for front desk rep to get back to the front desk to check me in. Apparently housekeeping had left without finishing cleaning the rooms, and being that only one person was working on a soldout night, she (the front desk rep) was cleaning rooms. This hotel did not have a roving phone that the front desk rep could take with her, and so she could not be notified that there was a line at the front desk. We finally tracked her down on the third floor and got her to come down to check us and the others in line in.
Horrible customer service. Rooms dirty and pool dirty as well. Front desk lady name Asia very rude asked for her manager. Was told she wasn’t here but her name is Trixie and she’ll be here Monday. Then I asked for corporate info and she literally googled Choce hotel1800 number. Blew my mind of the incompetency and unprofessionalism. Would not stay here for free.
The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good, but the facilities are too bad, the toilet does not have a ventilator, the bathtub is very dirty, and you can even see cockroaches walking. There is also no daily cleaning service, only check out to help clean up, clothing and the price of the room does not match
Very disappointed in the customer service. Picked this hotel because it said pet-friendly. There was nothing on the website about the non-refundable pet fees. This was never mentioned until AFTER we checked in and went up to our room. Once there we received a call from front desk explaining the new added charges for pets she FORGOT to mention earlier. We were not comfortable with the added charges so she informed us if we leave immediately we would not be charged for the room. We did just that. It has been three weeks and we are now being told they will not refund our money. We have repeatedly asked for an explanation and have yet to receive an answer. We will NEVER stay at a Comfort Suites again.
This hotel was nice after it was remodeled a few years ago . however it is now on the down hill slide. i wont stay there again. no hot water for my stay there . i was there for 4 nights but checked out after one night. To top that off , i was on the 3rd floor and the elevators were not working. the non smoking may not be well enforced , because the room smelled of stale tobacco. I used to really like this hotel . sadly it is crumbling. One good thing , the manager did seem concerned, however i believe it takes more than just one person to make it right. The lady that took my reservation, could not find it when i arrived. her english was not good , which i dont have a problem with. However it is of the utmost importance that she have good comprehension. People taking your reservations over the phone and talking to guests in person should have very good verbal and comprehensive skills.
The staff was amazing, and professional. The room was clean, and well ventilated. Due to covid the free breakfast is in a lunch bag, ready for pick up at the front desk. The bed was soft and the linens were fresh. During times like these, Comfort Suites made me feel protected.
This hotel went above and beyond what is expected of hotel staff. They were very accommodating by ensuring that I had a ride from the airport, to grabbing some dinner, and preparing breakfast because I had to fly out very early. Front desk manager picked me up from the airport and made certain of everything I needed, another staff member who was expecting very soon was also very hospitable. The great thing about this hotel is that you receive much more than what you pay for. The rooms were spacious, very well kept, housekeeping and shuttle drivers were very polite. I will definitely be back when I come into town. Trust me when I say if you want quality service and would like to stay within a budget, this would be your answer.
Terrible check in process Im still here trying to check in as we speak its been over 30 min almost 40 The front desk lady is nice but you all need to provide this location with better computers. She has had to shut them down 2xs and Im still not checked in. Its not her fault but Im getting annoyed. After 40 minutes of trying to check it the computer and payment machine finally worked she had to reboot 3xs total, there were 4 other families behind me trying to check in as well so I hope the computers did not fail again, and to top it off when I got into the room it smelled like a wet dog, the property does not allow pets and their was hair in the shower that I have pictures of.I need upper management to contact me about my stay or lack thereof for a refund.
Positive: close to the airport Negative: Literally everything else. Staff was extremely rude, overcharged with no explanation, the shower curtains and floor were stained, extremely noisy at night with people running up and down the halls, yelling, etc. heater smelt like it was about to blow up
While traveling home from a business/ pleasure trip, we needed a comfortable one-night stay in a hotel close to the airport. The reviews for this hotel were outstanding, so we decided to give it a try! We were pleased to see that the reviews were correct. We found the hotel staff fantastic and the room just what we needed, all for a very reasonable price. We were not able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast as our flights left very early the next day. The shuttle service was extremely timely, getting us to the airport on time, which was a huge concern. We will most definitely stay in this hotel again!
We got bumped from our flight to LAS and needed a comfortable place to stay. Comfort Suites has always been our go-to hotel in this situation. This particular place did not meet my expectations. The shuttle is a small 5 passenger mini van and only goes once an hour on the hour. I tried to schedule my return trip to the airport when I got in and they had no seats available so I had to use Uber in order to get back. The breakfast was not terrible. Room was not great. TV was broken. The pillows on the bed were too small and fat. This is probably just my preference but I did not have a comfortable night sleep. I will most likely not be staying at this property in the future.
I havent actually stayed the night here, but my family often stays here when they are in town. Ive been impressed helping to ferry luggage and visiting my loved ones. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are always really helpful and friendly. The flavored water and fruit in the lobby are a nice touch. The shuttle to the airport is convenient. This location encourages me to book under this brand in the future.
I dont know why this Comfort suites charges a $50 incidental fee that they dont tell you about until check in when other Comfort suites does not. Room had a funky smell to it. But everything is clean in room. No issues with staff friendliness. Wed come back tho since rooms are decent. ( Bug free, no noticable stains)
We had out catalytic converter stolen the 1st nite we got2 the hotel & they didnt care, they seen it happen&claim didnt know who car itwas.didnt try 2 help us or anything . The Jacuzzi didnt work the pool was nasty And had bad room service I wouldnt go back there for the rest of my life. Its sad when you see stuff on the Internet and its tells you one thing and then you come to find out something totally different and they have a tiny sign sayin not responsible for what happens to your car how about that!!theyKnow it happens all the time.the Police even said so
This place is amazing to stay in, I spent 10 nights here and am really happy about it.The room service is excellent, our rooms were perfectly arranged and cleaned every single day.Everything was fresh. My wrote my review because I wanted to thank “Lisa” in the reception, she is an amazing person and she made our stay lovely. She did solve every complain in a professional timely manner, I thank her for her attitude.
Our family spent one night here. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff friendly. We utilized the shuttle service and found it very helpful. The ice machines weren’t working on 2 of the 3 floors, which wasn’t a huge deal, but a little inconvienent. The continental breakfast was well stocked, although the pastries were very bad, almost like they were rotten. I would definitely stay again, but may skip the breakfast.
This hotel was beyond my expectations. The lobby is nice, the check in was fast and the room was amazing for the price. I was really expecting a run down room because of the price. But the room had a cute little sofa, a nice sized bathroom and nice comfy beds. The breakfast which was included was really good as well. And of course they provide transportation to and from the airport and anywhere within 5 miles such as Walmart, target etc.
All the front desk representatives were kind and helpful. There was one person in particular and I cant remember her name (I believe it was Nettie or Neddy, not sure) who went out of her way to make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. I arrived at the hotel at 9:00 am and check in time is not until 3:00 pm so there were no rooms available, but she kept checking in with the cleaning crew and by 10:45 am she had a room ready for me! Any information I needed she was able to get it for me; she provided excellent customer service! The room was nice and clean and spacious. The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful too. All in all, it was a very good experience!
My goal was for my girls to enjoy the pool and have a great sleepover! They had a great time. Even though there were a few hiccups with the 1st room being too warm and the bathroom in the 2nd room being too squeaky, we still enjoyed it. The front desk young lady made it possible. Great customer service and beds were very comfy too. Thanks.
We arrived at the hotel around 9pm. I was traveling with my husband and 2 young kids. When we get to the room there are no towels in the room. I go to the front desk to ask for some and the woman tells me they don’t have any and will have to do some laundry but said it would only be a couple minutes. I asked her if she actually meant a couple minutes or if it would be more like a couple hours. And she confirmed it would probably be a few hours. We had been on the road all day and were really looking forward to getting the kids bathed and to sleep. That wasn’t happening. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me he wasn’t there but would be back in the morning. I insisted I wanted to talk on the phone to a manager. She acted very annoyed as if I was being the rude one for expecting towels in my room. She finally got a hold of a manager, but wouldn’t let me speak to him. But all I heard her say was ‘there is a customer here that wants to talk to you’. That was it. She hung up and informed me that the manager said he will be there in the morning if I had a problem. Didn’t even tell him about the towel issue. Didn’t care to resolve the problem. Incredibly rude and careless. This employees name was E. Huerta. Also there was a big blood stain on the carpet.
These suites are incredibly roomy and comfortable with a nice king sized bed and small kitchen that was delightful for my 2 night stay they are being safe during covid restricting gym access keeping things clean and still being attentive and providing breakfast bags. There are no vending machines nor is their marketplace stocked so be sure if you want snacks, drinks or the like that you get them from the nearby gas station.
The images on the travel website matched what I saw in person. Clean hotel. No undesirable odors. No loud noises. Theres a small workout area just to burn off vacation calories. Theres a pc and printer for guests. They pick-up from and drop off at the airport. Warm and friendly desk.
I stayed in this hotel a few weeks back. While the hotel was pleasant, the service from one particular front desk clerk was amazing. Lisa, greeted me like we were old friends. I am in the hospitality industry and by far she is one,if not the BEST of the best. Shes always smiling and friendly and always recognized me by name. I look forward to staying in this hotel again. They truly understand what hospitality and running a good hotel is all about.
My stay at this hotel was almost perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was spacious and comfortable. I was even pleasantly surprised that even with the hotels evening social. There were finger foods and drinks...awesome! My one and ONLY issue was that I wasnt able to rest that night because my upstairs neighbor (s) constant activity; the noise level was rather intrusive. Even though my purpose for staying was to rest and unfortunately that didnt happen, if in the area I would stay there again.
We were looking for a reasonably priced hotel near the M. O. Campbell center for a Naturalization Oath Ceremony. This place was great for us. Staff was nice, rooms were clean and updated, and breakfast was good and ready on time. The only complaint we had was the very long time it took to get hot water on the 3rd floor very early in the morning.
I had a great stay! I came to Houston for a work trip and was able to check in early. They were closing up the kitchen as breakfast time was over when I arrived. The staff saw me looking around for food and they went out of their way to make sure I got some. The maintenance staff was also very nice and my room was clean. Shout out to Juan Ruiz for making my experience outstanding. I would definitely recommend this place.
This location is great! Lady Alexys Summers was phenomenal with her hospitality. I own a marketing firm and most often you dont come across genuine hospitality like this. If you are thinking about booking a stay near the airport this place will take great care of you! Ask for Lady Alexys!
I booked this hotel at the last minute after I got into Houston Intl as I didnt know if I would make it there! I had to wait for a while but the shuttle picked me up at terminal E. It was some distance to the hotel but the driver was nice! The receptionist Micaela was very pleasant! She offered me choices as a gold member and I chose to have extra points. My room was so much larger than the regular rooms I had at other hotels. There were 2 large queen size beds. It would have been very good for a family but I was by myself! I enjoy the extra space anyway! It was very quiet and I had a good night sleep! The breakfast was very good, lots of choices! I got a ride back to the airport at my requested time. All went well!
We liked this hotel well enough to stay twice - before and after our cruise from Galveston.Pros:Wonderful staffShuttle to or from the airportWe needed to get into our room early and unload luggage so we could finish picking people us, and they were very accommodating.Nice roomsNice breakfastWater and cookies by the front deskConsNo ink in the printer so couldnt do our last minute printing (they said they had some on order)2nd time we stayed the maid was coming into rooms to clean before we were even out of them! In all the times Ive stayed in hotels, Ive never experienced that on check out days. She seemed downright put out that I wouldnt let her into our room (and this was 2 hours before checkout) This is the reason I felt obligated to only give a 4 star.
Ive stayed in Choice Hotels before but this one was disappointing everyday. Besides the staff, everything else was just below par. It is the end of June and the pool was absolutely disgusting. Green algae and brown slime filled the hot tub and the pool was absolutely horrifying, lets just say it was a thick yellowish green brown color. Clearly has not been cleaned at all! The gym machines needs up keeping and the room had such a stench to it. It was a very mucky odor. They even missed a day cleaning the room and picking up the trash can.The only good thing was the staff at the front desk and comfortable bed.
If I could give no stars I would. I made reservations for this hotel and received confirmation through the app. They called me at 9:16pm to tell me that they had no rooms available. I made a late reservation because I’ve been doing repairs on my home from hail and termite damage and the water needed to be turned off. I wanted to stay here because of the good reviews and it was close to my home. But apparently I got charged as though I cancelled which I didn’t. And when I spoke with Choice Customer Relations they said the hotel stated I called and cancelled and I was charged for one night. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! Not only did I have to find accommodations late at night, I’m further from my home and I’m paying for another hotel. Now I can’t be refunded until we speak to the manager because they weren’t present at the time? I had such high hopes and to be treated like this when all I wanted to do was enjoy this location?....it’s insane. Be careful when booking and call hotel and find out if they really do have rooms even if you get confirmation. And on top of all of this they could not give me a day and time they would have availability AND they didn’t offer me any other options for accommodations. So I was left with the headache of finding another place to stay late at night. The fact that they did this on top of what I was already going through is so unacceptable and unprofessional, I really will think twice before ever booking with a Comfort Suites anywhere.I will update review after speaking with management on Monday morning along with Customer Relations.
The hotel entry lobby was nice and clean. Felt very much like some of the more upscale competition out front. The rooms were not nearly as upscale. Fit & Finish did not match the front of the house. The matress was worn. The bathroom was dark & dirty. The pillows were nice and the linen was fresh & clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with information.I was traveling at the last minute and stayed at this hotel because my normal hotel was booked.
This hotel is actually much more beautiful on the inside even though outside is beautiful as well. My experience here was a fantastic one. High cleaning standard right from the entrance, a smiling face ready to greet welcome, a beautiful room which didnt cost as much as same standard could cost, quiet night for good sleep, constant presence of security, all together gave us a great, serene stay.
I was concerned about not being able to sleep with the hotel being close to the airport. This is one of the quietest hotels I have ever slept in. It is about 5 miles from the airport, planes can be heard but things get a little quiet around midnight. The hotel is located on the industrial side of town so its surrounded by other hotels and gas stations. You will have to drive to get to a restaurant. The hotel appears to be fairly new. Everything was very clean and well kept. The rooms were just as pictured. The hotel staff and general manager were all friendly. Our check in clerk was very courteous, polite and helpful. We were invited to a Managers reception upon check in which means we didnt have to worry about dinner the first night. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of hot and cold foods. This was one of my favorite hotels. Will definitely stay again the next time I am in Houston.
Hotel was nice and good value. However, dinged them a couple stars as the shuttle pickup process at the airport had an excessively long wait and did not appear to run on a defined schedule. Even after calling the hotel we had a 45 minute wait. And this was at 430pm, not an unreasonable time of day to expect timely service. That said, the shuttle drivers were very friendly.
We stayed here because it is close to the airport and they offer free shuttle service. The hotel and the room were very clean and beds were comfortable. Fresh cookies welcomed us at check-in. The hostess, Mikaela (sp), was very kind and helpful. During check-in, she made sure to ask us when we needed the shuttle in the morning. I told her we needed to leave the hotel at 3:00 AM sharp. Next morning, the shuttle driver Charlie, was waiting outside with the doors open right on time. The General Manager, Tawana, not only recommended a place for dinner, but then personally drove us to and from Chilis in the shuttle. She was very respectful and kind. We enjoyed our very short stay and will certainly stay here if the opportunity arises.
Nice hotel and rooms but the service is extremely slow. Waited forever for portacrib to be brought up even though it was requested ahead of time. They should have sheets for portacrib also. Breakfast was good. Service appeared to be a problem since other guests at the front desk appeared extremely upset also. Management might want to beef up staff levels so they have enough employees to provide adequate service. We also wanted both rooms billed together on one receipt and they could not seem to do that either. No restaurants nearby. Good for a clean basic stay but dont expect exceptional customer service.
Our room was neat and clean. The breakfast area needs a major overhaul. The staff does not adequately provide the free breakfast advertised. Staff did not keep up with the demand for food, hot trays were always bare. One morning, breakfast service had started before 6:00 a.m. and the eggs were already gone. Staff made no effort to refill the tray. Coffee was watered down, never hot, or refilled timely. Major training in food prep/service needs to be conducted with staff.
This a nice hotel in appearance but my wife and I are a little disgusted at some of the uncleanliness of the hotel. The reason we booked the room was for the idea that they had a spa sense we had been traveling all day we just wanted to relax in a nice clean spa.....but that is not what we got. The spa was so dirty we couldn’t even use it. We called the front desk and they were very nice and told us we could have a refund and go elsewhere for the inconvenience or they would give us a room at a discounted rate. So we just decided to take showers and order some food then we notice the uncleanliness of the shower head in the shower. It seen that maybe they need to hire some new staff or make sure the one that are supposed to be cleaning are actually doing there jobs.
First time I stayed at one of these. Due to a bad experience @Hyatt place a few miles down the road, I decided to give this place a try. I was impressed. Customer service was great. Large room with all the amenities, clean and upgraded, with a very comfortable bed. Their hot breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay here again.
We got stuck at the Houston airport heading home and needed a place for our family of five to stay nearby. Called and talked to April, the best hotel employee Ive ever interacted with, anywhere. She was kind, efficient, helpful and accommodating. The room was great, the shuttle was free, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was great with Chobani yogurt and fresh, yummy scrambled eggs among other goodness. All this for $86 for the whole family. April even gave us toothbrushes since we didnt have luggage, no charge. Thanks for making the best of a frustrating delay, April and Comfort Suites! We were impressed.
I stay at a lot of Hotels, in a lot of cities and have been in quite a few let downs. This hotel was not one of them. The service was great, rooms clean and up to date and the hot food managers reception was very nice. I will stay here again. You really cannot beat Choice Hotels Brand Hotels great product at a fair price. Thanks for being a Comfortable home away from home.
The room waa great and staff even better. Michelle was warm and welcoming during my check-in. Later that evening, Angela was very helpful in recommending good place to eat and places of interest. Trixie was there in the morning and was so kind and generous. They were all so accommodating. I will be sure to stay here my next visit to Houston
I read a few reviews before I choose this hotel after I had already booked it and most of them said negative things. I had my doubts about keeping my reservation. I tried to find another hotel in the area where I needed to stay but I couldnt find one that I really cared for so I decided to keep my reservation. When I opened the door I was pleasingly surprised! The room was just as it was pictured. It was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice and clean. The towels were white and soft. The bed was so comfortable!I hate I didnt get a chance to take advantage of the Jacuzzi. The breakfast was good as well.I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area. It was a good deal and a good room rate. I also stayed in another hotel in Dallas this weekend that was more expensive. Comparing the two hotels Comfort Suites was more relaxing.
This hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Even though its located next to a major roadway, its surprisingly quiet. I slept very well in my room. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I also used their conference room, it was well maintained and we had no issues with the internet. If youre in the Houston area, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is well worth the money, you wont be disappointed.
This hotel is DISGUSTING. Only stay here if you want to stay in an extremely outdated room that smells of cigarette smoke. There was also blood on the “clean” sheets. The man working the front desk also seems to be exempt from wearing a mask despite the large sign saying masks are required. Just an over all gross hotel and I would avoid it at all costs.
Stayed 5 days for a family business trip. All went well. Each room had a thermostat that performed flawlessly. Morning breakfast (no bacon, just sausage) but clean and good coffee (even had a bold option). Staff friendly and helpful. Although room and bedding were clean, the mattress was a little too firm, but i liked the pillow options. I recommend for the price.
The overall hotel experience was pleasant. Overall cleanliness was very good. Bed and other amenities were very nice. The suite I stayed in was very nice. A/C was good but since it was too close to the bed itself. Not very good at keeping the whole room at the desired temperature. That being said I was only there during the night to sleep, so it worked out. The bed sits in front of the vent. If youre in bed (over the covers) it can get frigid. But the moment you step away you can barely feel the cool air.The one thing I will note is that the carpet had some sort of residue. It wasnt dirt, but possibly left over soap from when the carpets were cleaned? I dont really know. You can feel kind of an oily film when walking around bare footed. Again not dirt, but residue of some cleaner or something. If you happen to eat in the room. I wouldnt recommend testing the 5 second rule (for those that do).Hotel staff during the day time was pleasant enough. I was greeted in the mornings and in the afternoon upon my return.Overall, I had a nice stay. Location is pretty good. A decent amount of restaurants to go to. However it sits on the northern outskirts of Houston. So if you were planning on experiencing China Town or any downtown Houston events, calculate travel time.
I work for an airline and I needed a hotel near the airport with shuttle service for my parents (in their 80s). Needed one room for one night so that they could take their flight the next day as stress free as possible. I requested a handicapped room on the first floor if at all possible. When I checked them in, every request that I had made, was accommodated. The Front Desk Agent was so professional yet so very friendly. The breakfast served the next morning was exceptional. There was something for every palate. Shuttle to and from the airport was a breeze. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a hotel with easy access to the airport.
United’s scheduling ended up forcing us to stay an unintended night in Houston. A quick call to this hotel to confirm 24 hour airport shuttle (which they provide), a reservation made and 30 minutes later we were in our room. I regret not getting the front desk clerk’s name as she was more than sympathetic and helpful but when we were up and leaving the next morning each person we interacted with was equally welcoming and eager to be of service. The room was perfect, the bed a 10 for comfort and the hotel was very quiet. What more could we hope for?
The hotel was clean and in a great location. Close to the airport and to the major highways. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The front desk staff was extremely nice and professional. Always had a hot breakfast which the staff kept the food stocked. There is a snack area to purchase items for late night snacks which of course my husband loved! Will stay again in the future.
This hotel had clean, comfortable rooms and the staff is friendly and professional. Close to the city but far enough away that I didnt feel that I was that close. The airport is just minutes away. Great places to eat nearby as well. They also have a good complimentary breakfast as well.
Terrible check in process Im still here trying to check in as we speak its been over 30 min almost 40 The frond desk lady is nice but you all need to provide this location with better computers. She has had to shut them down 2xs and Im still not checked in. Its not her fault but Im getting annoyed I need upper management to contact me about my stay or lack there of for a refund
The rooms had several problems, with some having a lot of highway and generator noise. The person at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating, but it took a few iterations to get a quiet room with the beds we needed. The breakfast was pretty good, and the common areas were reasonably nice.
I got charged full price for a room i didn’t even stay in. Ended up not needing the room so we canceled. But when time came around we still got charged.Called to get refunded and they absolutely wouldn’t and told us we never canceled our reservations.Tried Calling again to get it dealt with and basically came to the understanding that they had our money and they had no intentions of actually returning it to us.Protect your money from this hotel. Don’t give them any of your information. They will steal from you too.
My stay at the hotel was exceptionally great. It was clean, modern, with excellent customer service. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet which was great, considering how close it’s location is to the feeder road and freeway, no road noise, a very comfortable relaxing atmosphere.
Very very professional and friendly staff! I was impressed when they picked me at the airport and greeted me when I arrived. I have been living with many choice hotel brands, this is the hotel that impressed me the most. I only lived one night and headed for airport early so I couldnt comment on their breakfast, but their staff at the reception definitely deserve my five star. Please keep up your good service. You guys made me warm when I arrived!
An ok stay....I found information from a previous guest, which leads me to believe the room wasnt cleaned. The photos taken are on arrival. The lobby was clean, the floor I was on smelled and the carpets were dirty. I called housekeeping and the front desk, to get the room cleaned and no one answered. I may try a different Comfort Suites, but I wont be back to this location.
This was our first time at this hotel. Our experience was not up to the usual standards we have come to expect at Comfort Suites. While the overall hotel looked nice and clean and our room was quite large, there was some type of sticky stain on the floor in our room. We reported it to the desk clerk (Saturday night) and again the next morning. Nothing was done while we were there. We had to put a towel over it to keep from stepping on it. The beds were so soft that you kept rolling into the middle. Two people could not sleep comfortably together. I ended up sleeping on the sofa. When I reported this to the desk clerk on Monday, I was told it was because it was a Simmons Beautyrest mattress. (Im sure Simmons would love to hear this advertisement for their product#.I asked for a tray to take some breakfast back to my family #they stopped serving at 9:00 am even on the weekends# and was told they didnt have any, because we werent allowed to take food back to our room. #I did anyway, just without the assistance of a tray). Only hotel Ive ever been told I couldnt take my breakfast back to my room.Staff definitely needs some major customer service training. Night clerk was not friendly at all, would not even look at us when she spoke to us. Housekeeping staff however, was very nice and courteous. We have family in Houston and will be traveling there often, however, will think long and hard about staying at this hotel again, although it is the most convenient.
The hotel staff was very friendly and competent. The hotel was clean, our room was huge and very clean. Its by alot of other, nice hotels that seems have just been built. Theres a store at the end of the service road. The road is fairly new concrete that has broken up in some places, not the hotels fault for sure. Overall, it was a very nice stay & highly recommended.
Very nice large rooms. Entire property is no smoking so it is very clean and fresh. Rooms are either new or recently remodeled as they look very up to date. Nice comfortable bedding. Location is busy and if you get a room in the front may be too noisy for some (we noticed it but it didnt bother us). Worst thing is there isnt a lot of decent restaurants close buy. Not even a lot of fast food joints within easy distance. Just a lot of other hotels.
Was promptly picked up by their personal shuttle from the airport after a late arrival of 12:20 a.m. Upon arriving at the hotel, the service was swift and hospitable. The accomodations from lobby to the king bed suite were pleasing, clean, and restful. The complementary breakfast included freshly made eggs and sausage. I was very happy to have stayed at this Comfort Suites.
The hotel it self is pretty nice. Very helpful people there. Staff went above what was expected. Brandon was very nice when I checked and went to my room to find that someone else had been in my watching tv and eating before I arrived. The cleaning service through the week that stayed was excellent. Marie was such a nice person. She was a joy to talk to. She made my stay so much better. Thanks again for the great talks Marie. I would like to see the hotel get a different TV provider. If a women is wanting to watch a little TV while relaxing this would not be the place to stay. Seven of the twenty channels are sports, some women dont like to watch sports.
The hotel provides 24/7 shuttle ride to anywhere. All you have to do is notify the front desk and be on your way. The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was VERY friendly. They provide breakfast. I would stay again due to the cleanliness, courteous staff and transportation.
I Have stay in this hotel Feb 1st for a few days since i was having surgery , after a few weeks i had complications with surgery Doctor ask me to come and see him ASAP. I choose to reserved this hotel since my 1st stay was good . Drove 8hrs just to find out my room got cancel because they where overbook, no once I got a call or an email.
Enjoying my stay so far.. Pleasant frontdesk agent, with great customer service (Sherita) very helpful upon my arrival & throughout. Other staff members were great as well. Even the young security guy was pleasant & helpful. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms & property. Ill staff again!!
The hotel customer service person which was a female lied about the shuttle pick up time. I waited one hour and called the hotel and she still did not give a reasonable answer. I had to take an Uber to the hotel. When I arrived the hotel and asked why she lied about the shuttle, but she did not give me a reasonable answer. She checked me in and the room could not be opened. She changed the room and gave me a different room, but the room was not serviced and the bed sheets and blanket were as the previous guest checked out. I was so tired and did not complain and slept as is
Great prices. Beds were extra comfortable. Room very spacious and kept clean. No spots on the sheets. Tub and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was great as well. WiFi signal isn’t strong at all but overall the hotel is better than the more expensive hotels around the Houston area
The room had a sitting area and a separate pantry area with a microwave, coffee maker and a small fridge. The bed was huge and comfortable. There was also a 55 inch TV. The hotel and its rooms had a nice decor. The hotel is located in a very busy area with easy access to various restaurants. I would stay here again.
The value for what you get is excellent. The staff was friendly even though it seemed that they were slightly understaffed. Some wear and tear, but should be expected based on price. Free breakfast was on par with what you get at more expensive hotels. Would not recommend for business if you plan on using the hotels internet connection.
I registered online for a vacation so my kids can go swimming. We checked in, went to our room and there were some sticky residue like bright red candy gunk on floor.. I called in a room service, and he sprayed room with chemicals on carpet. Not change rooms. Then me and my kids thought to let it air out and we go to the pool. We got dressed, blew up our swim toys qnd headed down to a green stiff swimming pool.. Even the spa pool was turned off and disgusting. We went back to change clothes i talked to the manager. He said it wasnt nothen to offer me but a refund. I asked a bout transfering to a different hotel he said my refund of 120.00 will not be on my card for a few days. I spent 24.oo to the hotel on Uber just to go back home out of money and disappointed.
Shuttle driver was over 20 minutes late to pick me up from the airport. I called 6 times to verify they were still coming to the correct terminal. No one answered. Had to get an uber. Then when I finally got there they had nothing to offer me but some junk food for all the time and money they had wasted. Total incompetence... I will never consider staying at a comfort suite again.
Rooms are decent for the price. Used their airport shuttle. It was terrible. Late picking us up to take us to airport. Picking us up was same thing. Called to check on it and she was at terminal c picking someone up. Shows up with no one. She then says she needs to go back to c. Actually went to b. Guy was a no show. .. Traffic noise is terrible. Front desk is not any better.
Family was there for family reunion we had 21 rooms! My entire stay from Thursday 7/11-Sunday 7/14 the maid did not clean! Every day sometimes 2-3 time the key card stop working! On one night my family came from an outing and just about everyone was locked out their room at 1:30 am! This is unacceptable! Not to mention one of my family member had mold in their room.
Great place to stay for business. I was only there for one night. Was able to enjoy the hot tub for a little bit, and the convenience of the shuttle. Great staff, the rooms are very nice, and the bed is very comfortable. If I ever need to travel to Houston again, I would definitely stay here.
Comfort Suites is usually a great value for the money. This location however was disappointing. They have a billboard which advertises a full breakfast, this was a joke as the options were not plentiful and the sausage specifically seemed like very low quality meat, even for a hotel. The room was nice but the bathroom had a leaking shower and toilet. These had been leaking for some time as both were stained from hard water. Considering all of the competition in a city like Houston I would not recommend this hotel.
Rooms were nice for the price. Location isnt near much except other hotels of a similar nature. Free WiFi and breakfast. They seemed understaffed at check in which I had to wait a while to get help. Front desk also accidentally checked me out a couple hours after I checked in and checked another guest into my room. Fortunately I was in the room when this person used his key card to open my door. We were both very shocked. Front desk called to apologise and said they deactivated his card. The rest of the stay was fine after that
Truly a five star hotel wit a two star price!! Rooms are more spacious than many other comfort suites. Tawana was super welcoming and is truly an asset to this property! Very clean and great shuttle service. Ms. Sharon was great also. Will definitely stay here again if flying in or out of houston.
We stayed at the Comfort Suites Houston IAH for a funeral this week. We were driving around and found this hotel in the middle of the night. Houston has a lot of Hotels but this hotel stood out because we love choice hotels. The hotels exterior was clean and the lobby was inviting . The hotel staff provided excellent customer service as we were extremely tired trying to get into our room .The rooms were clean and comfortable and the room provided an excellent view to the pool. The continental breakfast was average but it can use little help maybe offer more of hot cereal and variety of seasonal fruit and it will work out great! Overall this Hotel is one of the best Choice Hotels in stayed in years!
Take your patience with you when you arrive to check-in! Fresh baked cookies in the afternoon, comfortable bed and fulfilling breakfast. The shuttle service is also a nice feature. Call them when you arrive at the airport, and they will pick you up - we didnt realize they would do that and spent $40 on a taxi that couldnt find the hotel with his GPS!
My 4 year old and I were laid over, the hotel was the best recommendation yet. The staff was amazing in every aspect of the word, didnt matter what department they work in if you need assistant they were available. I had the perfect night sleep, then woke up to a good full breakfast. If ever back in Houston I would stay here again!
Pros:-- beds and pillows very soft and comfortable.-- breakfast about what you would expect-- WiFi goodCons:-- Room really small. We had 2 beds and could touch wall on each side of bed.-- Room so small we did not have a place to open and leave 2 suitcases. One suitcase we could put on provided suitcase rack, but the other suitcase we had to put under sink. Then haul up to bed every time we needed something in it.-- Room so small it didnt even have a Closet. There was a furniture closet stuck by window.-- Room so small the had to put a pocket door on bathroom, and only had a small shower (no tub) in bathroom. No outlet in bathrrom.-- We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. The breakfast was exactly the SAME day-after-day.Expected much more from a Sleep Inn. This hotel should be down-graded to a Quality Inn or EconoLodge.
My husband and I had been traveling all day and when we arrived at IAH, I called the hotel for shuttle pickup. That’s where the inconsistency began. I am limited to 1500 words so bear with me. The lady I spoke with told me what area to go to and told me it would be about 20 min. We were tied and hungry and just wanted to get to our room. We waited. After 45 minutes, I called and they said they hadn’t received the call and that the shuttle had not yet been scheduled. She said they would now schedule it but it would be another 15-20min. Long story made short - after 2 hours we were finally picked up. The girl at the desk told us she would ask the manager to call our room when she got a minute. We waited and we waited. Nothing. The next morning the manager was at the check in/our and had no choice but to talk to us. We told her that we had waited on her to call us last night regarding the airport shuttle and she said no one had mentioned a call. She told us that she would enroll us in the rewards program and put 10,000 miles on it for our trouble. We told her that was fair, and off went we went. We have waited and waited. It’s been a week. Nothing.
Very friendly staff. Our reservation didnt went through and they helped us out at the spot in a great way. Also the taxi driver for the shuttle service had to leave early and April, the desk attendant, tried to book a taxi but the taxi company didnt help out very much so she drove us herself.
I went to to the hotel prior to booking room. Got the okay to have a Lingerie/Passion party for my birthday it was fine. The day of my party I kept getting calls saying there’s to many guest the noise level the party has to end but I payed my $200 for 1 night and got the approval prior to the party waste of time and money staff not on the same accord. Wasn’t even a 5 star hotel more like 2. Wasn’t my idea of a suite anyway. Never again. People get rooms for different reasons mines was personal I was a paying customer
The first room had a tick we got to switch rooms but the second one has mold. I wish I can get a return of a least a %.Sadly on my rush to get my son out of this room i forgot to grab my watch a (raymond weil watch) since I use a bracelet I didnt realize about my watch until the next day that my son asked for my watch, immediately I notify front desk but the answer was the housekeeper Alba Morena was off, manager was off and the security guard well... my watch was stolen and nobody has an answer for me.
The staff was awesome, the bed was very comfortable, although walls were very thin and not quiet after 11:00PM when folks next door started to party. Since I left the hotel before the complementary breakfast started I was given a to go box of breakfast snack foods and bottled water. I will definitely stay at this facility again.

2022-04-28After a canceled flight, I booked a room at this hotel for a bargain price. I did not expect a great experience, but I was happily surprised. The rooms were large and clean, and the bed was super comfortable! All of the employees that I met were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and would stay there again!

2022-04-26Got a room for a great price after my flight was cancelled. Room was much better than I expected—large with sofa, microwave & fridge. The bed was so comfortable and all of the employees I encountered were awesome & very helpful! Would definitely return!

2022-01-26Positive: Room was better than expected. Hotel did have a $50 deposit which I resevieved back rather quickly. And our check in was later in the night, however everyone was nice and super helpful. Negative: This location was a bit odd but for the price and excellent room.

2022-06-24Our family stayed here for 1 night. The receptionist during the night is nice, but when we enter the room seems clean but its not like that. Blankets on the folded bed cover neatly. But when the blanket is opened I saw a lot of hair in the bed and hair on the pillow. It smells like its been used and hasnt been washed. I had to spray disinfectant and put our clothes on our pillows to sleep. I feel bad to see this and will be the last time to stay in this hotel.

2022-05-29By far one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any hotel. When we got our room our sheets didn’t even cover the entire mattress and the blankets were damp feeling. We booked for a King size bed and we’re given a queen. We stayed an entire weekend, we asked for more towels early on our second day and never received them and at almost 4 in the afternoon when we came back to the hotel we still didn’t have any, when we asked for more towels again they said they had none washed at all. Our toilet stopped flushing and even after informing the front desk and asking for a plunger or someone to come look at it nobody came. The wall outlets were broken and the frame on the outlet wasn’t even connected to the wall anymore, just resting and fell off if anything touched it. The bathroom door knob was loose and continuously would completely come off of the door and we’d have to snap it back on. The front desk people were very nice and had great mannerism but that is the only good thing I have to say about our entire stay.

2022-03-17Tyree at the front desk was what all hotels need. She welcomed me and my family as if we belong to her.I asked to view a room before checking in and she didn’t exchange words. I appreciate how warm and pleasant she was not to mention beautiful!!If she is not the property manager she needs to be. She took time and walked us to our room. She checked on us during our stay and that made us feel like family. The grounds were kept well and the room where clean. The rooms where a great size and that was important to us due to family illness.Thank you Tyree for being amazing! We will be back and soon

2022-07-05Probably the best night sleep Ive ever had at a hotel. The room was so clean and the sheets were fresh. You could just feel the cleanliness I would definitely recommend this place. The manager was extremely nice at the front desk as well I really appreciate it.

2022-04-26Room was nice. However, it had roaches, lamp was not working. Was there three nights and they never fixed it. No hot breakfast, pool not working, gym equipment is shabby, needs repairs. Front desk person was friendly.Such a nice hotel, you can do better.

2022-03-20My first time going to Houston we chose this hotel because the rate was great and it was really close to other places that we wanted to visit. Well we checked in on Friday and Ms. Eli the hotel was a nice lady but she just took her time. No problem though. On Sat after we have been gone for a long and eventful day we get back to the room and our key doesnt work. So she proceeded to tell me that my card didnt work. So she had to run it again. Now I have been charged twice for the room. I get up on this morning 3/20 and check my account go to the front office and ask for the manager she is not there. So one of the young men working at the front desk call Cassandra (the manager) to inform her of whats going on. She wants to argue with me and tell me that there system only has the one charge but I showed my account to the two young men at the front desk and see that the extra charges are there. So I guess Im lying or making the charges up. She proceeds to tell me to call the bank and dispute the charges instead of taking accountability for her staff and reconcile the problem. Smdh I will never go to that location again.

2022-07-03Avoid this hotel. The front desk staff member, who was very kind and heloful, saved this from being a 1 star rating. This is a 2 star rating specifically due to the facility. Its not clean, poorly maintained, and not even a safe option. In hindsight we should have left with ample indications that this was not a good place to stay, but it was so late and we were exhausted and just needed a place to sleep before catching an early morning flight.First pulled in to completely dark parking lot because all the exterior lights were off; the photo added light and doesnt reflect how poorly lit the parking lot was. It looked like the hotel was on back up power only. Half of the Comfort Inn main sign was unlit as well, indicating this is a poorly maintained facility immediately upon entry. When we walked in another customer in line was telling the front desk attendant this room is just as bad as the first room and both beds need the sheets replaced in the second room offered, clearly a bad start for this guest as well. Our first room had such a heavy cigarette smoke smell (this is advertised as a smoke free facility) we couldnt even step inside the room; the young woman at the desk then moved us to another room. As soon as we opened the door of the second room the heat immediately hit us. It is July 1st in TX and they had the a/c turned off in the room. We set the a/c to 70, but it never fully cooled the room all night and was stuffy the entire night. The fitted bed sheets didnt fit the bed, and slipped off the beds. And in the morning we noticed the smoke detector has been covered with tape and a plastic bag which was very unusual.I have stayed at budget hotels before, but this place is different. The rate is low, but it is far overpriced for what you get. This is a very poorly maintained and operated hotel. Avoid this hotel.
