This place is terrible. Moved in a month ago and everyone was nice and seemed helpful. But for the past two weeks Ive kept trying to call the office and no answer, very hard to get a hold of anyone and no one is FIXING THINGS, stay away!! I leave work to get to office before close twice now, and BOTH times staff already went home. The apartment conditions is rotten, if the manager doesnt fix it I will get an attorney involved!!!
The new management is great and have a great work-order ethic! The renovations that were made have significantly improved the quality of life and I love the remote gate opening upgrades!
The application process was easy and they really worked with me.They worked with my move in date and made sure everything was done and ready for when I moved in. This complex is very quite, family oriented, you will see a couple kids riding bikes outside. They have private security that comes out every so often, which makes me feel safe.They are very quick to fix any issues and send a text/email after the issue has been taken care of. They have made updates like leasing office upgrade and new security measures. The complex isntt big which is a good thing to me. The complex is located very close to shopping centers and restaurants. I hope the rest of my lease is as good as it has been so far.
I love the new management team. They actually have a sense of humanity. For the first time out of two years I’ve actually got the chance to get things fixed the same day. If anything the past management messed it up so bad they are fixing it with no complaintsPlus ITS NO DRAMA over here

Worst place ever is full of roaches pest control is never there to solve the problem. The office workers dont even pay attention to the complaints you have i lived there for eight months and i never had hot water. The neighborhood is bad a lot of bad people around shootings all the time. If i could i would give no stars at all to this place. Please stay away from this Apartments if you can.
They placed me in a unit that had been broken flooded. Workers indicated the state could be involved having us living in such poor conditions. It took INE mi tu to have AC unit working.
Im very happy, went to the office paid rent and met new staff Ms Elise property Manager and Mr Miguel very professional and friendly.
My Son lives there he loves it
New management just took over and theres already a positive buzz in the air. Cant wait to see the new changes they have in store! This community is very conveniently located and will just get better!

Im moving from another state and was told it would be 14,000.00 to move in with a 400 dollar deposit for 6 months ...cause im not from Tx with no rental history in the past 6 months...14,000 id rather put a down payment on a house if i pay 14,000.00.750×6 months is no where near 14,000.00 i really felt like i wasnt welcomed ...be aware
Why does it take so long to get my sister air conditioner fixed. We call all the time, it seems no one cares anymore...
Need more available parking spots and tow company try to take your car for any reason even if your car is registered with the apartaments.

Yo les doy 4 estrellas a estos apartamentos la verdad llevo 3 años aquí entiendo cuando pasan muchas cosas al rededor no es problema de la administración pero con lo de adentro están quedando a deber a nuestra comunidad siempre tratan de poner muchas excusas diciendo que son cambios de administración lo que hacen es cambiar de personal se les hace fácil uno tiene la responsabilidad de cumplir con lo del contrato pero cuando uno va a reclamar por alguna situación ponen muchos pretextos son incapaces de poder resolver y esto lo digo para mejorar porque eso es lo que queremos que se mejore a mi me encanta el lugar estoy muy cómodo pero me a costado la comodidad a veces siento que me han querido sacar de mi apartamento cuando cada vez me cobran más cosas sin nesecidad cada vez cambio que hacen me salen cobrando y salen con el cuento que la administración anterior les dejo así siempre son así nunca dicen por qué a sido el cargo eso es lamentable sabiendo que con esta crisis que se está viviendo con todos estos aumentos uno hace lo posible para no tener ningún saldo pendiente y me resulta que cada mes me le suben algo a la renta y eso no es justo pero eso no me deja mal sabor me gustaría quedarme muchos años más aquí mi contrato termina este mes pero no me dan opción y yo se que si hoy me boy yo mañana entra otro pero la solución es mantener la comunidad no importa cuanto tiempo este viviendo aquí lo que debe importar es darle prioridad a las persona que con tanto esfuerzo pagamos a tiempo y aquí vivimos por mucho tiempo en el mismo lugar y no le damos problemas a la comunidad ni a la administración y de todas maneras yo si recomiendo este lugar aun que ya no tenga contrato y aun que no me quede en este lugar yo se los recomiendo porque dentro de la comunidad es muy bonito con una piscina y un pequeño espacio de recreación para nuestros niños Dios les bendiga y adelante mejores cosas pueden venir a este lugar
Fui a visitar a una residente, lugar limpio, realmente no recorrí mucho, pero encontré donde estacionar cerca del apartamento donde iría y todo los alrededores estaban limpios
This new administration and the previous one have been better, the current one has a new system to enter with an application and they are much more friendly.I see this post and I can only say that...I am sorry to have been so wrong, although at first it was seen that this administration would be a great solution for the apartment complex, it was not like that, unfortunately it is going from bad to worse, car thefts are increasing, theft of catalytic converters, assaults by hand armed, not to mention that there is no security and the entrance gate is kept completely open, there is no longer security, they do not work on the timely repair of the apartments and they charge $20.00 each month for valet trash and you have no other option but to pay even if you dont they take the garbage and leave it there in the entrance of your apartment.
I have lived here for 3 years and I love it. The manager Elise is the best And also the assistant Bertha, they treat me like family. They are always on the lookout and when I need something they are very fast and efficient.
I do not recommend that place to live is the but place where I lived lived for 8 months and I never had hot water.The staff is heavier than the office.I left and they kept the deposit and now they are charging me more money but the place is already old and they want you to remodel them or leave it better than when you entered I recommend you never rent.the insecurity is many our children nor can assaults come out, and valasos of everything.If I couldnt give any stars, I would say it.
They do not have hot water, we are always with the water problem, we already have three days in a row without hot water, they use a heater for all the apartments, so there is only one, they are all the apartments, I have been living here for 7 months it happens very often

I lived there a long time ago, the administration was very good, then they changed companies and it was no longer the same, in this coming month of August I am going to live again I feel satisfied with the care and they are helping me with everything I need. If it had not been for the studies of my children I would never have left, everything is close to the corner, they are also remodeling everything, I like it because I have my friends there, in relation to the cars I like the order no one should be there with your cars if you are not registered, a good tenant makes a good owner or a good owner makes a good tenant .. I must mention that I have never had problems in places where I have lived neither with neighbors nor owners, I personally recommend Costa Mesa apartments..is a good place to live .. is my opinion ..
I do not recommend these apartments for anything Maintenance does not work I have two weeks that I went to say that please come fix the light also before I went to tell them about the air and they have not come what they tell me is that I have to wait how long I must wait more hopefully so my father will wait for me in the rent
They are giving good maintenance, the bad thing that one can no longer make birthdays for the children that seems very unfair

2021-11-15Love living here. The management here are outstanding. The apartments have been updated with new appliances and new floors.The grounds are very clean. But the main thing I love about this property We are treated like FAMILY and not just a resident.

2021-10-05Absolutely love everything about Costa Mesa!. ❤️Upgrade units are breath taken, Spacious floor plans, Great leasing consultants an property manager was beyond helpful an every bit of amazing. Quick maintenance services!!. Which matters to me, shows me not only that I am only a tenant but I matter unlike many experience I’ve had in the past properties I’ve lived in. Love the convenience of access to major freeways, entertainment etc. I moved in over a month ago an love it here, wouldn’t want to call anywhere else home 🏡Thanks Costa Mesa!

2021-06-11These apartments are very comfortable to live. It’s very quiet and clean. I recommend to everyone. The new maintenance was fast at completing my request and didn’t make any mess. The new people in the office are very helpful and actually listened to what I had to say. I can tell they really care about us.

2021-01-25I learned these apartments were under new ownership so decided to check them out. Im not ready to move yet, but when its time, Im definitely coming by to get the current availability. Nice upgrades being put in place and a responsive staff to assist the tenants.
