Not a good start decided to get a room for the night as I walk in I find a spit wad on the frame found a dirty toilet and tub also during my shower found out tub is clogged very disappointedYoung lady that checked me in was great professional and courteous
Awesome staff, very clean rooms, best place weve stayed in Odessa. Electricity was out because someone hit a pole no fault of the hotel but they invited us to the lobby for cookies and coffee. Manager was out talking to us and very nice man. I would definitely stay here again. Made the mistake of staying at the one in Midland and its not safe or worthy of the Days Inn name. This one is amazing.

Concierge told me I had a face only a mother could love even with a mask. My mother abandoned me as a child. They also flirted with my boyfriend who the reservation was under. Then my room smelled like farts. I was too ashamed to show my mug again so I dealt with it. At least we know I don’t have covid. Truly wish I made this up.

No hot water in shower. Tub was clogged. Handicapped shower chair collapsed under my elderly mother. There was what appeared to be fecal matter on the top bed cover of one of the beds. Rooms had a very thick musty smell in them. Breakfast was good.
Stay away, Terrible value.... Room needs to be remodeled in a bad way...Bathroom fixtures cracked, stains in the bathtub, carpet torn, and a smell to the room, no usable swimming pool, It appears they stopped working on the pool, cleaning and building materials all around. The free breakfast was not free, The cost was one had to digest it. Even by motel standards the breakfast was terrible. It is apparent the operator is concerned only with collecting his money, Ignored the upkeep and his customer. Stay away
Stayed there for two nights, first night was ok , second night so bad comforter and sheets stained with blood and something ( that I think is semen ) so frustrated , I took some pics just dont know how to post them...
Rooms were very clean! Very quiet! Great breakfast. Beds not so comfy. Front desk clerk was great!

NO internet access although I was told I should have had it because everyone else did...overheard another male guest ranting over the lack of internet while we were having breakfast, guess he should have had it also. So So breakfast, staff doing their best. They offered me a twenty dollar discount for not giving me the room request I asked for but I havent seen it yet.
Very good we just pick up in the las minutes room clean, refrigerator clean, microwave and stuff well...... 🛁 bath very clean( just one thing..one towel was duty ooouuuch) .

Manager is a liar. Tells you one price charges your card something else (higher rate). Had package sent to hotel, manager said it was not delivered even after showing him the delivery confirmation. 3 days later I go to check out and ask lady at front desk about mail. Lady at front desk took 2 min to walk to mailbox and find a stack of mail in the box...my envelope among it. Manager is lazy and needs to be fired.
Nice but they were very to put salt on the stairs after the snow storm and at least one person fell. And I found trash under my sink that they forgot to clean up.
Room, beds, bath and kitchenette all very clean and comfortable. Full breakfast would have been great if eggs were not very highly seasoned and overcooked.
Thank God for his blessings coming thru the west Texas food bank. With what they provide, so many people have plenty whom otherwise w/o them , would be doing without., praise the Lord !! ,We love you and we will feed your sheep. ,For you have provided means of doing so.
The pool was so cold. We couldnt even get in.. My room was nasty. Service their is very bad. Wont ever go back again... Wont reconand to no one. Oh one more thing. I woke up to a bunch of bumps on my legs.....

Clean room but a bit high like all the hotels in Odessa. Something needs to be done with the price gouging in this area . 120.00 per night for a room that only worth 60 at best.
Its a horrible placeThe housekeeping Lala doesnt clean fine and once day I forget my wallet in the furniture drawer and she check my wallet and she take my money.I do the report to the main office but they did nothing only said it never happened that, Im sorry

We asked for a non-smoking room and the room reeked a lot, we stayed as it was 2 in the morning and needed to rest, room in normal cleaning conditions, no ice machine, average breakfast, ample parking, very close to the freeway

2021-07-23I loved this hotel stayed quite often it was my home away from home but last time I stayed the said I broke a chair an charged me a extra 100 bucks for a probably 30 dollar chair. Ive worked in hotels my whole life a my last job was maintenance engineer an I know I hated it when people tore my hotel up why would I do it to another hotel I stayed at all the time. Thatll be the last I stay there. Not to mention they charged me for 3 nights in one night. An dont even try to help fix the situation.

2020-09-09After looking for some decent and not high prices Hotels in Odessa we ended Here. First of all Very clean Room (I still spray everythin with my lysol and I wipe all superfice with clorox) with fridge, small stove and sink. 2 beds Room for $69 Not Bad at all. The person in charge wen we got there give us a Gallon of Almond milk for no Charge wen we asked him if he can sold some milk for our 1 year old. He was so Nice.! Definitely if we needed we will stop here again!! They even turned on the coffee machine just for us at 5am wen we checked out.!

2020-02-14In town for business, this was the hotel my employer booked. I was not disappointed. The room was huge. The room was clean and smelt great. The kitchen was nice (please note, there are no kitchen items). The shower was a huge plus too, massager shower head was great. The employees were both friendly and will to go out of their way to help. Overall, I would stay again.

2021-07-19Stayed here for a couple nights for work ,took my own blankets and pillow due to covid. A couple days later i see a charged of $65 for two pillows (according to receptionist) that apparently were missing according to house keeping. Called for days trying to speak to manager and was never available. Found an email looking at the reviews here and Email the owner/manager Parin Patel and was told they would check cameras, he never did and just kept giving excuses just to not refund my money. DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE OUT FREE MONEY TO THEM.

2020-06-30I booked this hotel because they had their pool open. Thank you so much for that! 🤗 The ladies up front are very friendly. They are the best thing going for this hotel. If it wasnt for the ladies i would give it a 1 star. Bed looked like it hadnt been changed from the last person that stayed in the room before i checked in. It was just made. The faucet in the bathroom ran a little more than a trickle. The pool didnt have any lounge chairs to lay out on. And there was a terrible sewage smell coming from somewhere. Like maybe someone dumped their sewage close to where the pool is. Didnt get a chance to check out the breakfast.

2020-10-14Don’t let the initial looks fool you. Although the employees at the front fest were very nice and professional, the cleanliness had a lot to be desired. In my first room, there was old food and the refrigerator and the microwave was nasty. They apologized and moved me to another room. While the refrigerator wasn’t dirty in this room. There were unopened bottles of soda still in there. I found d a dirty/used nose tissue in the bathroom. One of the bathroom towels had stains on it too. With all this COVID going on, you would think they would go to better lengths to keep clean. Not a pleasant stay at all.

2020-08-19Extremely friendly staff. Very clean facility. Rooms well maintained, and you can tell maintained often. Pool was nice, clean, and well maintained. Breakfast was limited due to the virus, but still had a nice selection. Check in and check out were quick and efficient. Definitely recommend
