First, the good things about this place are that you get basically a very small apartment with everything you need, kitchen, washer/dryer, bedroom, living room, all for a very good price.However, there were other issues that overshadowed the whole stay. First of all, I was asked to text my credit card information, including security code, which is unusual. Then, I was given a room number and code, and when I arrived at 1 am and entered the room, it was clear there was someone else already occupying the room. This was obviously disturbing, but when I told the manager about it, he acted like he didnt understand how that could happen, and never really took responsibility for it. I was given a new room the next day. However, the rooms dont have a padlock or way of locking the door from the inside, which, given the real possibility that the manager could accidentally give the code to someone else, does not feel very secure. Furthermore, more than a week after I was given the code for the wrong room, I checked to see if the code would still work for that room, which it did. So I hope that they change the codes with new guests, but given my experience with the management, Im not sure.So the place really does have a lot of potential, but the manager needs to take things more seriously, they need locks on the inside of the door, and they need a way of getting credit card information in a more secure way. I already got a replacement card because I dont feel good about the management having my information on their cell phone.

Checking in was a different experience. Food from previous guest left in refrigerator/freezer. Shower nozzle was terrible, no pressure and high up on the wall, good for washing your hair. No clock, all tile floors, all the lights are BRIGHT. Checking out was another experience. Couldnt get the room receipt because I didnt pay for the room, my company did. I had to call booking agent, who called the lodge, to have receipt emailed to her, who then emailed it to me.IN RESPONSE to the owners response; I tried to contact the manager on Friday when checking out, he was unavailable off property.

Great place to stay! Clean and quiet. Management checked on me regularly. I stayed there 2 1/2 weeks and it was a great experience! Essentially a small apartment which made it very functional to live there for an extended period of time.

Horrible experience! First day we found ants on our floor and on the beds. When we lifted the sheets we looked under the bed and found lots of trash and dust from months of not cleaning the room right. The living room had spider webs. They did switch us rooms that night only to get another nasty room with poop stains on our shower curtain. I am very disappointed on how dirty these rooms were. We will no longer stay there.
