I lived here for 6 years and it was a great experience for me and my family. Ventura was always super helpful and work orders were taken care of promptly and efficiently. The apartment was large and open and well maintained. You get great service and a great place to live. Well worth the money to live here.

Update: The patio is spacious and so is the apartment itself. Would definitely recommend checking the apartment before signing lease, unfortunately one of my rooms has a leak, still trying to get that fixed. The laundry mat isn’t great but Fortunately Ventura is very helpful. Over all please with the customer service

My wife and I previously had problems with West Town apartments. They have the worst management and maintenance staff ever and we left without notice because we had issues with our upstairs neighbors and it was never taken care of. We explained all of this to Ventura and he was very understanding and worked with us. We started living here November 2014 and lived here till March 2018. If we didn’t have to leave El Paso, we would have continued living here. We loved it here! Whenever we put in a work order it was taken care of in a timely manner. Whenever we had noise issues with our neighbors, Ventura took care of it. It was overall a quiet community except for barking dogs here and there. Definitely recommend this apartment community! Definitely reasonably priced for the space you get!

Ventura is hands down the best manager we have ever had. He has a kind and generous heart. He’s honest and easy to work with. We will be taking care of sone things that we left undone. Ventura just want you to know that we appreciate you. The Hills is an excellent complex. Would definitely have stayed longer if we didn’t have to relocate.

Love, love, love my apartment!! It has the most square footage for the best price. Its spacious and open with lots of windows- it has so much character! The closet space is to die for, especially for a shopaholic like me. I have two linen closets, a huge double door coat closet, and two bedroom closets that extend to just about the full lengths of each wall. Not to mention a pantry in the kitchen and a fair amount of cabinet space. I also have a porch and a little cove- in my little cove, just across from my front door, is a nicely sized storage closet.. honestly, this apartment is a gem. It feels like home 🏡 in addition to the awesome apartment filled with character is the management team. They have been nothing but kind and accommodating- they treat their people as not only clients but as family. I couldnt have found a better place. Thanks Hills at North Mesa for being so fantastic!! 🤗

This has been THE WORST apartment we have been at. I can not wait for my lease to end. We have been fighting to get our AC fixed. For 3 months our AC has had our apartment hotter that 90°. This week and weekend the temperature outside reached 108° and all the window AC units are all being used. Obviously the AC has been an issue for not only us. The rent keeps going higher and higher since we all share the water bill paying for cable we do not use (we have hulu) and everything in this apartment is breaking apart. They want to do bandaid fixes and then it breaks and somehow it becomes our fault it broke. Avoid renting here if possible.

I sincerely love the place, the manager “Ventura” amazing guy. Very Professional, very carrying, he is not desperate to lie to you about anything, he’ll tell the perks witch are a lot and the what if’s, but honest people are the best!!!I can thank him enough for not letting me in streets with my daughter, his super humble and carrying for all his residents...Overall, Great!!! Also super spacious apartments!!! There literally Texas size apartments. Everyone is very friendly and stays to themselves... Recommend!

I’ve lived here about a year and a half and I can honestly say when my least is up I’m leaving. Not worth all the problems that come with it. Electricity has been on and off for the last 2 days. Barley on the 2nd day do they let everybody know what’s going on. Tried to message them and no answer. Have to throw out everything in my refrigerator and freezer. About $100 worth of cold food. Soon after the electricity went out I started having problems with my water. Also when I started living here I got accused of a bunch of stuff that I clearly didn’t do because I was at work the whole time. Definitely consider somewhere else before this place. Might be a last resort but do not have it 1st on your list.
