Shawn was great and professional to work with. He guided us throughout the process and called us every single time there was movement in the re-financing process- which is a good thing since we wanted to know where we stand. Additionally, he did his homework in order to find the best rate for us. Every time we had questions, we called him and he would make himself available and/or look for the information and called us back within 24 hrs. When we bought our first house and did the re-financing 5 years later, we also contacted other mortgage companies, but Shawn demonstrated on both times why he is the number one option!

Shawn did a great job refinancing my home in a difficult and trying time with Covid-19 circulating about. He was prompt in letting me know of any further requirements and there were plenty. My situation was complicated by a non-cooperative ex-wife and he made it all go smoothly and on time.In addition to that, he got me a great rate and dropped my monthly payment about 10% making the refinance a lot more tolerable. 2022-04-03This is the second time we do business with Mr. Shawn Weeks and Insight Mortgage and we can honestly say that Shawn and his team are the best. We turned to them after the preferred lender was not providing us good conditions. We immediately called Shawn and he got to work. He was able to gather all of our information and get us the best rate, which was almost a 2% difference. 2022-08-12Shawn was excellent. If you are hesitant about purchasing a home and do not know the ins and outs of getting a loan, I would highly recommend Shawn Weeks. He spent countless hours explaining every process, responding to questions at all hours to include weekends. Very thankful for him and his team helping us throughout this process. I originally went with Veterans United because of the name, but had horrible customer service. If I ever buy another home I will be using Shawn with Insight Mortgage.
