Somebody told me that this is a great place to get a mortgage loan. They said they were helpful and friendly. Boy were they wrongI, I have never have never dealt with such unprofessional people in all my life. . The manager there has no business ethic whatsoever ,and friendly is the last thing I would use to describe her as. I have been asking for her supervisor for over a week and she has failed to deliver. Little does she know that I am in the market to purchase a few bed and Breakfasts and was planning on using this company to perform this task but I am glad to say I am taking my business anywhere else but here. Be very careful because she likes to disclose personal information with other clients without a care. Trust me she was talking about the previous customer with me like they were trash. If any one has a better place to go to please let me know because I am new to el paso. For anyone looking for a mortgage loan I strongly advise using someone else. I am surprised they have three stars. To the manager please never judge a book by it cover...good luck to this company they are going to need it.for a mortgage loan please shop amy

It would be nice and convenient if you all would update your system and make it possible to pay online by debit or credit card.Also it would be nice if.your company would offer some type of forbearance during these tough covid19 crisis..but you all dont even remove late fees at the least.

My experience, whit this co. Its just great Jossie, Paloma, Esther, and Celia,they are so professional , amazing service, great deals, I dont have words to say thank you!!! highly recommend this mortgage co.

Horrible place do not go there. They dont work with you. Worst thing I could ever do was have them as my mortgage place.
