2022-04-05Words can not express how great this company is and the accommodations… my mother just passed away which has been so devastating… while I’m also facing a divorce and a bankruptcy and I have an autistic child … so needless to say I decided to not book a hotel because I have children and I needed my space to just be…and I never heard of an apart-hotel before…the apartment was absolutely beautiful! There’s tea, coffee, fresh linen, and the building is very quiet… they have all of the utensils you’re going to need… with high speed wifi which is a must since my work travels with me… I spoke about my situation a little with customer service and on my last day I was met with the nicest young lady who brought a gift and she stated she was just thinking about me… LET ME TELL YOU THAT 5 stars is NOT ENOUGH!!! This company is the best! Customer Service is a 10 accommodations 10 cleanliness 10 overall just a wonderful experience! And let me tell you the prices can not be beat! When we do decide to travel I will be booking with Kasa… truly a blessing and peace no matter what the occasion is

2022-02-21Booked this hotel for my wife who was in town for a wedding shower. She decided to go at the last minute. Everyone else we knew who was going had reservations for a hotel right around the corner. A good friend of ours who works at SMU said Kasa would be a good location and it was. Im not sure if its considered a hotel or just condos. They emailed us the door code so she could access her room. It was cheaper than the near by hotels and was nicer, had a kitchen, living room, walk-in closet and more. She was really happy with it.

2022-03-07I really enjoyed my stay with Kasa at the Mockingbird flats in Dallas. It was right down the street from my job. My stay was very pleasant and the room were very nice. There was also many options for food around the area.

2022-05-16Rooms were clean and updated and the location was good.The updated fixtures were not installed correctly and wabbled when you touched it. But is looked good.

2022-04-04I was staying at the Omni, Friend told me about this, this place was so much better, had a full kitchen, it was like a small condo, really nice and clean, 10 stars, I will be definitely staying here next time Im in town

2021-10-08We were in process of building a house and needed a place to ‘extended stay’. Kasa was awesome. The checkin was simple, the Kasa team was so responsive by text at all hours for any questions and the 2-bedroom apartment had everything we needed for our 20 day stay! Highly recommend.

2021-06-06Awesome location and awesome accomodations! It was well decorated and had all the kitchen implements Im used to at home. Even better, you dont even have to go all the way outside to hit up torchys 😆. If you stay here, hit up herbs coffeeshop nearby, they make some really good cold brew
