Great deals on most rims and wheels !! If using Snap finance make sure you contact the main office so they can arrange to pay it off before 100 days that way you wont pay any interest since it is outrageously high if paid in 12 months...
Unprofessional customers service. They sell inadequate suspensions for your truck or SUV. Third time I took my SUV because of their lack of mechanical knowledge. I would give it a negative 5 star rating but Google doesnt let me. I do not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy

I bought some really good brand tires and pretty pricey btw and after 6 weeks one of them blew in the freeway, I understand that sometimes tires come defective from factory and I also know that for the same reason they come with warranty.. I took the tire back to Mesa Tire on Alameda and they inspected the tire. They found out that the tire had no nails and it wasnt hit on anyway but they still charged me for a new tire. They didnt wanna go through the warranty. I used to recommend this place but not anymore. Very unprofessional and unreliable place. Very disappointed!
I had a extremely bad experience at this location and mesa tire is the reason alameda business have a bad reputation. I went in the beginning of jan to buy rims and tires i agreed to pay the over priced rims in the condition that everything came included, including specific rim caps,white stripes and tire pressure sensors, not only did they order me the wrong rims but took 2 weeks after the official date i was given to get them. I have gone back and fourth for going on 5 months for several reasons from waiting for the caps i asked for them to properly install my tire sensors. Today is april 27, Ive finally given up on getting what i asked for my calls are always ignored and Im always told to return just to find out that they are to busy and cant help me for what i already paid for. Once they recieved my payment i was absolutely no concern to them ive drove all the way from horizon over 8 times to resolve and each time i left with no proper explaination nor help to resolve it, ive lost money here and will have to pay else where to fix their mistakes. I am a very patient person but 5 months was enough and to make things worse i had to walk away from this because it was one of the owners relative who i did the sale threw(saul) this business was way better when the original owners managed it.. i do not recommend this place unless ur willing to go threw my stress

Do not go here! Very bad customer service and they are full of lies! They just want to take all your$ and do nothing to fix what they did wrong! I rather go to oasis tire theyre a bit expensive but hey worth the money to someone that will do the right job !
This is literally the 7th time that I come back for rims did I paid in full and they have not fixed the issue from the very beginning, I feel as they were very nice at 1st and then when I bought the rims I was totally ignored from text messages to actual phone calls not one time did they reply with a call then when I text him to find out if the proper rims were in he says yes and I tell him that Im on my way to only find out that they are closed after a 45 minute drive. He could have just told me that they were closed and I would have saved the my time and energy. This will be the last time I will conduct business with this place.

They stole my chrome valve caps, swap them for some normal ones, truck shakes at 70mph, they flip my tires the other way around. They were helpfull but they just do whatever they want.. first and last time I go..also all air pressure was mismatch on all my tires.
I was sold 4 tires as new with an alignment but I received 4 used tires one of them is in the attachments and they told me they will not replace it be careful from Jose he is not reliable.
They ripped me off out of $900 dollars pretended to lift my car with the expensive lift kit. When it was only 20 dollars. Over charge me with use tires and rims. Bad services,and sales people raising the prices higher and the owner letting them longest he gets his money.
Love the rims and wheels we purchased! Only issue was they failed to balance the tires on my vehicle so it shook pretty bad. When we left they were closing so could not go back that day to have them fix it.
Horrible work, I got a friend from work who now has frame damage to his truck because they took a torch to HARDENED STEEL. His frame is now weakened. They also didnt tighten most of his suspension and drive home like that. Beware of the substandard mechanics here.

I went to get my vehicles inspection last week, no check engine light, no issues with my vehicle. I left there with the check engine flashing due to a cylinder backfire and my vehicle shaking. The guy said hed fix it Sunday and never answered when I contacted him. NEVER AGAIN!! F THIS PLACE!!
Very bad service, ignored my car until I asked about it. Will refuse to give you the warranty claim. Overpriced, just don’t go to this tire place and you’ll be ok.
I don’t recommend this place. They took about an hour to replace a single tire and it wasn’t even busy. Over priced and won’t work with their own warranty policies.
People are very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. But most importantly, they are very efficient and got my truck back on the road in no time. 4 new rims/tires.
I keep taking my car back cause my tires keep getting flat after I buy one or I get other problems after going to the shop. One of my tires they replaced my sensor fell off. And I told them there responsible for that. I dont advise any soldiers to take there car there and thats coming from another soldier.
Do not recommend. Bad customer service. Lied about installing sensors, they said to drive until they reset, found out it did not have any.
After being told 10 dollars...I was charged 15 just to add air to one car tire. Plus they reduced the psi that I specifically stated was installed by the dealership with Nitrous. They reduced 4 psi. Without my approval. They also did not use nitrous when adding air to tire. They said they fixed it. Woke up this morning to a flat tire. The same one I went in for.
Poor service they would tell you as much lies to make a sale and wat makes it worst there all related grandpa is the owner and the sellers are the sons and grandsons. DONT BUY nothing here unless you wanna get ripped off

If you go to this place for tires or anything else, double check your vehicle before leaving, asked for a refund after a 250 job they charge me and end up not doing it, Portillo only wanted to refund 200,, really? Making up any dumb excuse, never going back!

Had 4 tire sensors installed and I have gone there 3 times to get the problem fixed and the light is still on.
F*^% this place I message some guy name Luis Amaya because he was promoting his job on Facebook on how he can lift your truck in a good price so I was intrested so I sent him a message on what the price would be for my truck to be lifted but in better details and he never answered, like if your gonna promote something answer your future costumers cuz if you would of given me a price I would of stopped by and gave you business but you never answers so I took my business somewhere else.

Terrible job, they broke a rear-view mirror and they scratched the whole of one side, they put shock absorbers on it and it was missing parts. The employees are always playing. When I went to pick up my truck, the employees were laughing because they were stuck to another car. They are not professional at all, nor do they do the facilities well, I ruve that I graduated from time to time and even aai did not look good.
Today in the afternoon I made a purchase of Wheels, Tires and lift kit. The store staff was friendly but not honest, the seller offered us everything for 3500, which was reasonably priced. I also got some wheels for my car which value I do not leave at 900.The total purchase was 4400 plus Tax and 15% of the financial! (12 months)The problem of lack of honesty was that 15% that the financial company charges to finance you.The seller offered us 10% for 12 months (never mentioned 15%)Nor did I mention it once the contract was out.I realized that there was an error because they wanted to charge us $ 5500Ask and the seller said (sorry Im wrong, its 15% not 10%)With 10% the total collection would be $ 5227.20With 15% it would be $ 5478Even so with the collection of 15%It was easy for them and they rounded the 22dlls(If I did not join realized I would stay with a lie that I am paying 10%)Be satisfied with the purchase but that is not done!It is fraud and abuse!If you bought your wheels with 10% as accounts!
Pesimo work I had to go three times to align the car well, the mechanics are always drinking alcohol. They do not let see what they do to your car since everything is closed, they also stayed with my tire pressure sensors. Do not go to this establishment. I will also report the place for letting your mechanics take on the job.

2022-05-13Hell, if I could give this a worse rating I definitely would. Customer service is horrible! You literally stand until someone approaches you even though there’s at least 5 useless employees sitting around. Only care about new clients and completely disregard you if you’ve been there before. Took my tire to get tire to get fixed and they wanted to charge me since it’s not in the warranty( which is only a receipt that they write on). I waited almost an hour until I went to go ask and told me it was ready ans just handed off the tire

2021-05-16Nice staff but bad quality work, bought a 7-9 lift kit and they did 9 inch in front, 5 in back.When test driving my c-v joint , drive shaft, transfer they all broke.Looks like they installed used suspension as well, shocks look used with scratches.Wouldn’t recommend

2022-02-23Nice guys. Fast work. Cheap tires and wheels for expensive price. If youre not good at negotiating, which im not, or know cars, which I dont, they will take major advantage of you. I told them I drove alot and they sold me tires that was for mud not road. Big deal when I have to drive in rain. When I went to get different tires they tried to charge 1000 to take my old tires and put on new tires which wasnt a major brand but essentially Walmart brand tires... I respect the business but I felt taken advantage of and cheated. 2 stars because my truck does look badass just not as expensive as the money I spent.

2021-07-24This business is pretty shady. I took one of my customers cars in for an alignment after we finished redoing the whole suspension and when doing the alignment, they told me one of the shocks was missing a bolt even though we completely redid the suspension and the shock only has 2 bolts, one on top and the other on the bottom, impossible to drive without a bolt. He told me I had to pay him an extra $20 in cash for the missing bolt because he didnt put it on the invoice and hed have to tax me for it and when I went to pay, the invoice wasnt even made. He literally told the person at the counter charge him $55. This place is very shady. Only reason I went was because I needed an urgent alignment and they were the only place I found open since all of my reputable colleagues were closed.
