Somewhat dated (70s construction) but inexpensive. Walking distance to marinas and dock fishing. Kind of crowded at times. Not ideal if you are trying to get away from it all.
Had family come from out of State for my wedding, and booked cabins here. They are great accommodations for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Most amazing marina on Lake Texoma! The Cabins feel like home and the staff feels like family! My family of four can’t wait to come back to this wonderful location and enjoy their food, friendliness and comfortable beds!
Nice little cabins...not the prettiest but comfortable and affordable. A few good places to fish off bank. Sometimes stripers will come in close around the marina to chase shad/minnows. When that happens, use white or light green swim baits and you will catch them.
We come to Texoma every summer but this is our first time staying here. The marina is very nice, they even provide 10 courtesy slips for guests which is unheard of! The restaurant is pretty pricey but tastes good. The only reason for 4 stars is the cabin we stayed in is extremely cramped. When they say 2 rooms they mean the livingroom is actually a small room with a queen bed and kitchenette. Then theres another room with bunk beds and twin, and the bathroom.
Really laid-back place to be at. Beautiful views of the lake and completely relaxing .
My husband is a fishing guide out of Little Mineral so we may be partial, but everyone is friendly and the little beach is perfect for our 2 year old! They also have jet ski rentals and awesome cabins!
Boat ramp still closed due to high water. Boat houses have water and power and all is good if you can access your dock! Taxi service is available on request, cabins are all dry and functional.

Cabins are incredible. The food is great too with an unreal view.Ask for the cabin looking out over the lake if you are in town for a full moon. Best deal in North Texas !
I absolutely love this place. Lola and Tim are the nicest people and just a great place to get away and unwind. Just wish the people on the actual lake where safer, reminds me of trying to boat on lake Lewisville.
Awesome place! Close to a lot of other lake attractions. Cabins right off the lake! A small store for necessities. And boat slips and a boat ramp. Family environment.
Easy to launch kayaks here. Not too busy and the $5 fee is reasonable. Great access to fishing hot spots
24 hour boat launch!!!! And it was only $5.00.It was perfect for arriving at 1:00 AM.When you get there, call the security number, and they will take care of you.
Cabins are clean and accommodating (air conditioners and cable TV are great). Easy access to lake.
Stayed for 3 days it was very small fishing cabin my wife got a level 2 sprain walking to the becuase in the path provided there was a large hole that was level with all the other grass

2022-06-29I cant offer my review on how my stay was because I didnt get to stay there. However I can offer my review on how they made me feel as a potential customer. I reached out to them on fb messenger as it was an option to communicate and sue to my job it is the best way for me to gather information. I had planned on being in the area for my bday and to visit some friends and read multiple great reviews and had several people refer me to them. Sent the message on Monday, it was read on Tuesday and never received a reply. I did not receive a reply until I sent them a message telling them how disappointed I was. Then I received a reply telling me that they were short staffed and apparently noone had taken the responsibility to respond. They did apologize thats all good and fine and they said it was no excuse still good and fine but whoever read the message should have made some attempt to reply.

2020-11-20This place is great! Very quiet and relaxing. My husband and I booked a cabin for a weekend and had a great time fishing and hiking at the near by wildlife refuge. We ate in downtown Dennison, which I recommend because they have lots of shopping and a cute little main street. We will be back for sure.

2020-09-15Little Mineral Marina is home for our boat, and we couldnt ask for a better location on Lake Texoma. Its part of the larger group of marinas (including Grandpappy and Mill Creek), but it is a great space to enjoy some peace and quiet. Its located in Little Mineral, which is very calm - compared to the larger part of the Lake. The team that work there are great, and help keep the marina looking clean. The people (other boat owners) is what makes the experience all that more worthwhile. We couldnt ask for better neighbors in our Boathouse. Great place, great views, and very relaxing!

2021-08-23The people there were over the top helpful and went out of there way to make sure every aspect of our vacation was filled with happiness (even gave our family 3 fishing poles and tackle free when more kids showed up than expected) we will stay there again

2020-06-12Came up for a day drive to check out cabins and boat rentals. Lady was very friendly. Cabins are priced well wood floors 12 cabins total. Looked nice. She gave us lots of info. Well be back.

2020-01-25Quiet place to relax while husband is fishing. We stayed in one of the cabins for a week. If you need anything you ask and no one bothers you. You have a kitchen with dishes, coffee pot, toaster, and microwave plus a stove and icebox.
