The one star rating is purely because their drivers are the worst. Going 75 in a 55, not using his blinker and cutting cars off. Makes it hard to imagine that they care about customers if they don’t care about people on the road.

Your driver just hit my sons car (with his wife and children in it) and fled the scene. I have emailed the company because they do not answer their calls. Hopefully they will make this right.

Richie with your company has come to my driveway threatening violence and when confronted with personal home protection called the police. He was drunk at the time and yelling obscenities at my children.
