This place is prejudiced, the sign reads NO CHILDREN but we walked in & I asked politely if they could do my daughters nails who is 7 & a child at that lol her answer was yes but when I asked for a rain bow DESIGN HER ANSWER WAS HOW ITS TO SHORT AFTER SHE ASKED TO SEE MY DAUGHTERS NAILS . & so I asked you can’t do simple lines in different colors she replied yes we can do that lol then asked us to go for a mask after she was already speaking to me face to face! That made no sense at all but I guess you can be judge mental when the virus comes from your own home town! Oops! We don’t need your service I’ll take my beautiful daughter else where thank you GODBLESS!
This is the 2nd time Ive gone & my nails are filed crooked . & Its not the angle of my nail its the top . The lady also told my daughter the rainbow nails she wanted was to much to do & the other ladies there laughed at her, so she had someone else do them . My 5 year old didnt need that ladies negativity & attitude . Never going back .
This was my first time today here and I wanted a full set done so Mrs. lily was my nail tech today. I informed her I was in a bit of a time crunch. I usually get shellac well she recommend the acrylic powder since the process was a bit faster. So I went with her recommendation and omg I’m in love with them! They have a great amount of color variations. I definitely will be coming here from now on and getting the acrylic powder :)
All of the staff here is extremely friendly and Talented Ive received several different nail techs when I Visit and not had a bad experience. (The broken nail I did and they repaired it easy-peasy)

I put “yes” that I used this service because I physically walked in for a fill. This was the closest place that was open and it had decent reviews. Upon walking in I was asked what I needed done and I told the first lady sitting on the left, “a fill please” she said, “ok no problem go ahead and sign in.” After I finished signing in she asked if I had got them done there previously, I said “no, I’ve never been here, I’m excited to try it.” And she proceeded with, “oh you have to get them done here, we don’t do fills on other sets. Sorry.” Why wasn’t the hat disclosed before having me sign in when I told you I needed a fill? Better yet, why not put that on your website? “Walk ins welcome for only new sets/fills previously done here.” Besides all that, what kind of salon are you to dismiss me and my money I’m trying to pay you? You’re too good for my money, fine I’ll take it elsewhere.
By far the best nail salon Ive even been to! I would say its been nearly 3 years of me going to Mesas Nails & Spa. The atmosphere is amazing and love how friendly each staff/tech is. The prices are worth every penny of art/service!
A girl did my nails and had an attitude. She started doing my nails sideways and when I told her to fix it she got worse. I dont recommend to go here they charge what they wanna charge there is no listing of prices on a wall its just made up prices. And the main person she has an attitude all the time. I wont be going to this place again.

Friendly staff, clean and organized. A little pricey compared to other places Ive visited. Sadly I wasnt completely pleased with my nails because after showing the gentlemen the pic I screenshotted from their Instagram page (about 4 times) somehow NO ONE knew how to do what I asked for. This was my own personal experience.
Honestly never coming back. The first time I went it was good whatever. Second time the lady just seemed like she wanted me out her chair by the end, she put cuticle oil on so sloppy it wasn’t even on my cuticles and she only put it on my right hand. I came back a third time now. My sister got her nails off and they left pieces of acrylic so you can see where the acrylic was before. Then I asked for square and they give me squoval and also CROOKED (pinky in pic)(also middle finger right corner). When I get there lady in the front tells me 35 then when I pay tells me 45 something about 5 for this 5 for that when all I got was dip and she said 35 at first! I even asked my sister how much she said and yep, 35! Never going back!!
It was our first time here I went new years day with my sister excited to get my nails done she got helped by this nice young man named Andy but when I went to my nail artist she had long silver hair she didnt greet me and through the whole process she did not say a word. she was very rough with my hands when she was cutting my thumb nail to shape them into coffin she actually cut my thumb I said ow and she just said sorry like what ever and continued to shape my nails that really did hurt. That young lady was not nice at all and didnt even ask me if I liked the shape until I started looking at my nail she didnt even let me wash my hands after she finished shaping them I had like nail dust on my wrists I was honestly very disappointed for my first visit there so never again.
Honestly I liked how they did my nails but as far as employees it sucks!!!! I wanted fills they refused bc they didn’t do my nails & had me get a new set for $100. They don’t do appt & when you try to call & ask questions they rush you off the phone & claim it’s always more then a hour wait. Not to mention it’s not the cleanest place smh!
My mom went in and her nails were dirty before we got there so she asked Dan If he can clean them and he said they didn’t do that for a new set. He also began to cut her nails without even asked a desired shape or size. I usually come here and I have a great experience but the one time she came she didn’t. Overall great experience but be careful with some of them.
Got up early to get my nails done because they were recommend. I forgot to leave a telephone number, and I do understand that, however you saw me there and it would have been good customer service to squeeze me in but no..
I’ve been coming to Mesa nails since it openedThe service is great. They always trying to make customers feel comfortable. The owner is the sweetest and her husband always offers everyone a beverage. My nails always look on point and I constantly receive compliments and asked the question where I get my nails done. I highly recommend Mesa. They always have the latest colors and so many color to choose from
I love this place! The only down side is it’s walk in only but it’s never been an issue to wait. The owner Le is so talented. I’m constantly getting compliments on my nails! I highly recommend coming here.
They didn’t glue my real nails down to the tips on the ones that had broken last time so there was room between my real and fake nail. The second time I went back to give them another chance, they said they had an hour wait and would call me when they were ready for me. Three hours later and I still haven’t heard from them.
I went here today after being recommended, they were extremely friendly which I had never experienced before getting my nails done, they have so many materials and can give you exactly what you want, I highly recommend.
This is the best nail salon, hands down!They have the best nail techs and reasonable prices for top-notch nails. I’ve always been able to leave excited with my new set, and their friendly service always keeps me coming back. Unfortunately, they no longer make appointments for the weekends, but show up early and clear out your schedule because Mesa Nail techs are WELL WORTH IT!
I’ve gone twice I mean they do a really good job on the nail’s themselves the owner is really nice but some of the workers come off to be in a bad mood, like the last time I went the lady wasn’t very friendly kind of straight to the point, wasn’t interested in conversation, just annoyed kind of face very blunt. I like the work done on my nails but sitting there getting them done I don’t feel the most welcomed or the most comfortable.
I am extremely upset and hurt at my experience. In all honesty this was not the nail tech’s fault. I am more upset with the customer skills from management. I have been a loyal client for almost two years. Prior to their new policy I would make it to my appointments on time, I have never canceled or didn’t show up. They don’t allow appointments to be made on the weekends or after a certain time on week days. My nail broke yesterday and I needed to make an appointment thinking I could for Friday’s, when I called their receptionist said I couldn’t make appointments for Friday’s. So I woke up early and showed up at 10am just for the receptionist to tell me that my usual nail tech had an appointment with someone else already. So I disregarded that and told him I wanted a fill and one color anyway so someone who can do a good job at shaping is fine. I usually get coffin shaped. The woman i got called my usual nail tech to ask her how to do my nails, I told her I just wanted a fill and black nails, nothing fancy. So the nail I broke earlier had broken skin under my nail bed. She tried to rip them off (fun fact: popping off nails DESTROYS your natural nail) so I asked her to soak them in fear she’ll pop off my real nail where it broke. I did tell her before hand I don’t like when my real nail gets to long and I’d like them shorter. She applied an overlay of acrylic before cutting my nails so I feel like I was set up in the long run. Anyway she asked me how short and I showed her but it turns out it was too short. She only cut one nail at that point so she could have removed it and started over but instead she kept cutting, at this point I was frustrated and asked the manager if I could leave. Obviously my nails were not finished, one hand was short and shaped, the other hand wasn’t even shaped just had the acrylic overlay. Lee tells me it’s my fault for wanting them shorter and I still had to pay a $20 fee, I thought that was ridiculous considering I told this nail tech I wanted her to trim them BEFORE she put the acrylic on... Regardless I am more upset with management on the miscommunication with appointments. Only certain people get to make appointments on the weekends and it’s not for the loyal clients because I’ve been going there for almost two years. I will never go back, I also am a local hair stylist so I will no longer refer my Clientele. Especially if they get treated just as poorly. Getting my nails done should not be a stressful thing, i don’t think it’s wrong to make an appointment if I am always there on time.
Brian, Regan and David are superior and outstanding at their job. They are friendly, clean and those three ppl make this place what it is. David’s wife is very good as well. I recommend this place to everyone. Never a bad experience and always leave happy.
Lousy pedicure job.Did not file nice, still ragged looking. When trying to put polish on, I said it looked blobby, even after the 2nd coat. Had them take it off. We had to repeat things like 3 times before they understood. I noticed the file job after I walked outside cuz it was so dark in the pedicure area. Maybe they keep it dark so you wont notice. Got not even a half you know what job. Still had to pay. I have never been disappointed in a pedicure until today. Manager made up all sorts of excuses, basically saying it was my fault, cuz her tech had never had a complaint, dont believe that. STAY Away.
I love it here! Its the only salon Ill go to for manicures. Ive never had my nails chip or break after getting them done here. I get the dip powders and they have such a great range of colors. Last time I was there, the dip powder I picked didnt end up being the correct color of the swatch (sometimes the powders come out a different shade than the gel or polish option, even if its the same color by the same company). They immediately covered it with the correct color in the gel polish and apologized. They give good, reasonably priced pedicures too.
Asked for chrome nail tips had long nails said couldnt use my nails for colors I wanted said I needed acrylic. They shaped wrong and still didnt give me my nail color. Would never return or recommend. Waste of time and money so sad it was my birthday present to myself. Ughh.
Walked in but no Hi how are you and how can I help you* she was quick with a attitude and they dont do regular nail polish on kids only shellac which is ridiculous cause I never heard such a thing like that! Shellac is bad for kids just so you know Plus I heard the lady in the front is the owner which is the one that had attitude I mean if you run a business than you need to be professional and welcome your customers because when I went it was weird and uncomfortable vibes!
Update: now the owner tells me what I should have paid for. regardless regular nail polish does not come out looking like that. The tips of my fingernails were not even painted nor were the sides. And just for my nails they wanted to charge $80 thats how come I change to polish. No design no foil nothing. My nails are not long to charge $5 more. These pictures was 45 mins after I got my nails done and I did not do much but drive 30 minutes home.Original post. First time I did not quite like it I decided to give a second chance and definitely do not like it. Places small Hartley anywhere to sit and if you do find a spot its basically on someones lap. Wait time was about 30 minutes on a Thursday evening. For a full set coffin and one color was $40. D the nails came out alright but the paint job was so horrible!!! I decided to just do it myself. NEVER AGAIN.
Today was my first time going to Mesa salon. It was disappointing. The women that work there really need to work on their attitude and customer service. They all look miserable. The owner is very polite and friendly. I went for a pedicure, Mary did my feet. She was rude as well, she rushed through the whole thing and it wasnt relaxing at all. I wont be going back.
Worst $60 ever spent! The manager lily to Began with was rude I would ask her questions about colors and would answer sarcastically or not even help me try to find a color I was looking for. Then she rushed through my nails giving me all different size and shapes. The guy who did my color didn’t even put enough coats so the color isn’t even on the whole nail. I wanted matte and now they feel sticky and wet. I do regret “trying a new place.”
Went today for the first time and there was a bit of wait since it was busy but it wasn’t too bad. Lady that did my nails did a great job! Clean place and price is great. They definitely have themselves a returning customer!

Out of all San Antonio nail salons I have been to this is honestly my favorite. Everyone is so helpful & the staff makes sure that their clients are well taken care of. I came in today & brought my mom for an early Mothers Day gift & we were treated with high satisfaction! Thank you to Mesa Nails I will be returning & bringing people with :)
First time here and very disappointed with the girl who did my nails. The nails i wanted had dried flowers and the girl told me they were all out, i understood and chose a different design. Then a couple hours later they posted on their instagram story a set of nails that they did that had dried flowers in it so she clearly lied to me. On top of that while I was there I asked if they had rose gold foil to put on one of my nails and she said that she would check but then came back saying no they dont have rose gold. she literally lied to my face, my sister-in-law was sitting right next to me getting her nails done and the guy put rose gold foil on her nails and there was a big roll of it left. I never write reviews but this really upset me because i spent 140 on mine and my daughters nails and didnt get what i wanted because i was lied to twice
Ive been going to Mesa nails for 2 months. Yesterday I was washing dishes and one of my nails fell off. Underneath, my actual nail was black. Panicked, I started taking off the rest of my nails and found three more nails with fungus. Years of getting my nails done, this has never happened to me. Im so angry! Now I have to treat my nails and at the same time try to hide them from my customers, because of the embarrassment.For the amount of money we pay (because Mesa is not cheap) I would have thought they would stay on top of sterilizing their tools... Very Disappointed

I was in town visiting a friend for her birthday and we decided to go out to the salon to get our nails done. She got a manicure and I got a pedicure. It was super amazing service. The staff was so kind! It was honestly one of the best pedis I’ve ever gotten. They offered water, soda or wine complementary. If I lived in San Antonio, I would definitely be a regular here!!
I was a regular. I used to be able to make appointments and today had to walk out twice because they couldnt see me. Not enough staff for the amount of clients there where. I havent been able to getting my nails done for over a month because theres no availability unless you wait for over 2hrs.
I have finally found a great place to get my nails done!!! It’s clean!!!! I love that because I get sketched out when it comes to cross contamination. I get a pedicure and I also get my nails done. They are all super nice and accommodating and have high quality products to produce their nail art!!!
Update: And she still responds calling me a liar. Do yourselves a favor ladies and dont ever step foot in that place. This a great example of the horrible customer service you will experience if you go there.Original post: I went in for a fill. The lady in the first chair where you sign in stated there would be a 10 minute wait. That was no problem. I asked who was next she asked me who did I want. I pointed to the guy who did my pedi and nails the last time I was there. She proceeded to argue me down that that particular tech couldnt have done my nails because he only does pedicures. I told her I know exactly who did my nails and would she like to go over and ask so we could confirm that he did. She then tells me that she knows her employees better than me and that there was no way he did my nails. To which I asked was she calling me a lier. She nervously laughed the question off and tried to change the subject to who else I would like to do the refill. I crossed my name off the sheet and left. Ive been in SA for about 1 year and patronized this establishment faithfully since moving here on a recommendation of a friend. But I refuse to spend anymore of my hard earned money at a place where the owner has the nerve to argue a customer down and calls them a lier. Ill take my money elsewhere. ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾
New to the area and everyone knows how hard it is to get a great pedicure ... well I definitely recommend this place. They service was fabulous and quick to get me seated. Not to mention the scrub was amazing wasnt something really quick and she didn’t rich at all . Definitely my new place for pedicures 😁Ask for Almany

***** Update******So I go back to Mesa nails for one more try because they indeed do an incredible job and the same manager from before tells me its an hour wait. I have nothing to do so I say Ill wait. After a few mins she confronts me about my review below and says shes refusing me service because of that. We discuss bk and forth for a few mins and I leave. As I said before, its my loss because they do great work but CLEARLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT A PRIORITY. Im not out to get anyone so Im not lowering the number of stars. Apparently one is punished for honesty? Really, Im sure Ill find another shop just as good. ********Mesa nails do a great job, no doubt. I tend to move around a lot for work and Im hardly pleased with the first nail place I try in a new city but my first visit here was almost magical. Ken did my nails and was very sensitive to my request of not wanting my nails drilled (it tends to hurt when my nails are drilled) and the second time was just as great an experience. My 3rd visit however was not so pleasant. I wasnt too pleased with the available colors for what I wanted and tried to see if there were other options. The manager had to do the design on my nails because the guy doing it wasnt able to -which is no issue- but the manager was incredibly rude in her approach to me. Im not sure if someone else or something else had been pissing her off but when she sat with me and I asked if I could get more glitter on my accent nail, her response was a stern NO. Of course I asked why not to which I dont remember her response. Anyhow, when I was done and went to pay, the same manager charged me appreciably more than i had ever paid for nails. She gave me the breakdown when I asked but charged me $15 for design as opposed to the customary $5. She did mention she should have told me the charge before the service was done and I payed however Im kinda over Mesa nails. I was very displeased with her approach in dealing with me last Saturday and Im quite certain Ill be looking for another nail shop. Its my loss and sad to say so but I shouldnt have to deal with anyones attitude when Im getting my nails done.
Honestly the only place Ill get a pedicure at in san Antonio. When I get a full set they stay on and look good for weeks and it makes me so happy. My manicures always look good as well. This place is really good and well priced (:
Came here to get Mani & Pedi with three others before our trip. For all of us, Mesa was making a quick $400. Treatment was horrible especially by manager LILY. Husband was very courteous to us. I specifically told Lily I wanted a designs on my fingers. She completed but with no design. Went to Brian for pedi, told him I wanted design which he completed and very polite. I also told him I had ask Lily I wanted a design on my fingers. Brian went to ask which the response from Lily was cannot do since mani was completed. I should have told her before. They were quick to get us to pay. I went to Lily and told her I did ask when I sat down for a design. Her bogus response you didnt tell me what you wanted - WTH...you understand what you want to understand! F*CK this place!
I am honestly never one to complain at any business but I cannot phantom how upsetting my last visit was. I have been coming to this salon since it opened, never really had a problem until one day my regular nail tech Judy wasnt there. Some other guy took care of me and ended up doing a horrible job because he was rushing to get one of his regular customers in. By the time I got out the salon I noticed how horrific my nails looked, the top gel didn’t cure enough under the UV. I went back to see if I could get a refund and the manager/front desk lady was so rude and tried to make me feel stupid by saying “its not his fault the color looks like that” I wasnt trying to pick an argument I nicely complained and she just kept insisting that thats how its supposed to look. The drilling was off, the monomer they used was dirty so you could see the crystals from the previous person. It was so disgusting, I really don’t recommend this place whatsoever. It’s completely overpriced and they do such a horrible job and can’t take any constructive criticism.
I love how my nails are done by the girls that sits right in front with the fur one her station. I tried calling to schedule an appointment with her for Saturday and they told me they didn’t make Saturday appointments. 🤷🏼♀️ She said if you make an appointment during the week before 3pm. Uh..... I work all week like most of us do. I will be looking for another shop that does schedule appointments. Now to find somewhere great!! Any suggestions Ladies???
Worse experience ever. Ive been getting my nails done for 25 years and this was absolute worst experience. I paid $169 for mess. Im not happy at all. Im in tears leaving this shop after 5 hours.
I come to this place every month to do my nails and I really like the quality of the work and the result of my nails. I highly recommend coming to this spa and doing your nails with Andy. he is really good with his job.
I went to this salon only bcuz my daughter invited me to a pedicure, THE worst service ever .... the gentleman that did my pedi did not know what he was doing, it felt as if this was his first time doing a pedi, he got up several times and left me there waiting, just the she experience was bad, and that really surprises me because so many people rave about this place, but honestly I personally think its not all that .. over priced salon,, will definitely not return here and will spread the word around to my friends and family...

My sister and I were very disappointed in the service. Our first time at this nail shop made us feel unwelcome. We were waiting 40 minutes before we were told to sign in (We’ve never been before so we didn’t know). We then signed in and a lady that signed in way after us was able to get in the chair before us. They acted like they didn’t want to do our nails (mostly the men).
Brought my wife here for a day of relaxation and she ended up crying by the time she left, they kept trying to haggle her to get fake nails and she kept saying no she just wanted a pedicure and a manicure. Then they told her to “get gel” so many times she just said okay. Thinking it was what was included in the pedicure/manicure shellac package. Apparently it isn’t. She was so anxious when she left because the woman who did her nails kept messing up and not speaking to her getting mad at her because she didn’t know what to do (she never gets days like this)
I needed to get my nails done (shellac mani) on my lunch break and this place was close to work. The environment was clean and the business was booming during the lunch hour. There was a woman in every seat. Even so, I did not wait more than 5 minutes to be placed with a nail technician. The music was okay (a lot of Rihanna), I was offered a complimentary bottled water or a soda as soon as I was seated which was nice, and the technician got to work right away. The only reason this review is a 4-star instead of a 5-star is because the technician was a little rough with my cuticles which made the visit less comfortable than it could have been. Other than that, it was great and I will definitely go back.
I love this place! The minute you walk through the door you notice the privacy of their pedicure stations, no uncomfortable stares when you walk in. You are taken behind a wall in a room that is noticeably darker with soothing music, and a comfortable atmosphere. The technicians take their time and are not rushed; you are allowed to be relaxed and enjoy your pedicure!! This is my new place
My family and I have been coming to Lee since before she opened up her own shop. The service is definitely above and beyond, the prices are reasonable because you get what you pay for!! Never had a bad experience and will continue coming for many years ahead! Highly recommend this nail and spa!!
Long wait time. For a mani/pedi. I had a basic pedi that was decent, but the Mani (also basic) was sub par. My cuticles were over cut, nails improperly filed at an angle, and 4 nails flaked within a week.Two stars because the lady was nice and accommodated an injury.
I highly recommend Mesa Nails! I’ve been with them for 10 years. If you like long lasting high quality nails, then this is your place. Every nail technician is amazing but I prefer Trini or Lee.

26 dollars for just getting the nails painted!! My sister and I waited 30 mins and they skipped over me to get another person so I walked out. They only painted my sister nails, they literally only painted her nails and said they gave her the full treatment but it took 5 mins for her to go in and out .... horrible service.

Ive been a few times but this last time we went was the worst. The quality was low grade Lei is supposed to be the best but she rushed and my nails were crooked shaped funny and polished very sloppy. I guess I have to look somewhere else for QUALITY work. I didnt get what I paid for.Very dissatisfied.
If you’re looking for fast and friendly service then this is the place! It’s very small but man they get the job done! They have so many different colors to choose from, fast but efficient service. They are extremely nice and entertaining. Me and my two friends have been laughing all night! Thank you for your services y’all!

While Lily (Manager) is on vacation DO NOT GO THERE!!! TRINI(Assistant Manager) IS OVER CHARGING ON THINGS THAT LILY WOULD NEVER CHARGE ME FOR!!! Shes adding an extra five dollars to everything! Which is RIDICULOUS!!! Even when I told her lily doesnt usually charge extra for that in the 5 months Ive been coming there, she made an excuse so she could charge me. She also mentioned it was a slow day so thats probably why she was pushing to charge me extra! Smh. This place is a joke. Ive never been to place were the owner is so rude. They do your nails they way they want.
I had a very bad experience with these people they’re very rude, I went to get my nails fixed and the following day I went back and they had me wait for two hours for me to get them re-fixed I was very upset I’m not ever going back to them very unprofessional.
They did an AMAZING JOB on my full set of acrylic nails. I will be back
I got a gel polish and it does not look good. It’s too thick and streaky as well as it already had chipped after a day.
Got my eyebrows waxed and the lady was very careful and courteous and did a wonderful job

Worst service..my nails were not done how I asked...and to top it off some of them are crooked..asked to have them re-done waited for 30 minutes to have them done by the same guy...as if i would want him doing them again..and to your response...it wasnt 15 mins..again customer should always be right..poor service

2022-03-31I’ve been here several times, each time is a great experience. Really busy salon so I suggest arriving early. I’ve been to 2 different nail techs and both were great. My nails lasted 4 weeks this go around, no lifting or breaks. I’ve had acrylic nails for years, this place is definitely one of the best salons in SA. Quality is amazing. Thank you Mesa!

2022-03-23Genuinely disappointed.i am very new to getting my nails done (i’ve never really been a fan in the past and this was legit my third time getting them done like ever) unfortunately my experience was the worst. i didn’t know exactly what i wanted and i’m very picky with choosing colors- i’ll admit that. i spent a lot of time deciding on what i wanted and the girl doing my nails just kept rushing me and making me feel uncomfortable. i have a busy lifestyle and getting my nails done has been something that i like to do to relax myself as well as appreciate what my nails will look like but i literally couldn’t do either. after spending a while to choose my nail color, of course she was talking to her coworkers and they started laughing- probably because i was taking a while (not sure why this is an issue if i’m a paying customer but OK) anyway, she did my acrylic nails and then i wasn’t sure about the pink color for my french tips and i asked her if after she painted the first nail for me to look at it finished with the top coat so she wouldn’t have to waste her time doing the other nails if i hated how the color looked. does that make sense? like why is she gonna do all of my fingers if i don’t like the color and she can change it after just doing one?? i felt like i was thinking about her more and not me. the whole time i was legit just so tense and so uncomfortable. i’m ehh about how my nails turned out. but i will say they will just make up their price for ur nails— nowhere does it say a final # for what ur gonna get done. so yeah. paid way too much money for a set that had 0 design lol. don’t come here. i sat in my car for 30 minutes after i left just unpacking what a horrible experience i had. awful.

I love the way they do nails that are really really friendly!!! they are accommodating they do nails manicures pedicures massages.... very vibrant area ..very happy area.. Judy is awesome there... she does my nails all the time she is fantabulous I tell you anything that I bring in any type of picture magazine on my phone it doesnt matter if shell try to do it I just adore my nails this time I always let my people know go to Mesa

2022-01-24I dont recommend this nail salon at all why? Let me explain,Im a nurse ,meaning my life is very hectic at work yet I treat people with courtesy and kindness even on cloudy days.The nail tech that started my full set was EXTREMELY rude ,looked very annoyed to be there, not a hello , nothing! hating life demeanor then got upset because I requested certain type of nails set and asked to cut it shorter. Immediately she started to talk in her foreign language of course, manager came and asked what was the problem to what I replied there isnt a problem i have the right to ask for what I want, I never raised my voice or spoke in an unkind way. So manager told me she ll finish my nails, to top it off when I went to pay ,the manager told me , they charged 4%extra when using credit card or debit. So if I didnt want to pay that to pay in cash. I have been doing my nails in San Antonio for many years and this is the first time they charge me for using c/c or debit card. Absurd!I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. Management and staff extremely RUDE oh and their work aint the best either

2022-01-31Very very upset with this place, did a wonderful job on the nails but charged me 110 dollars all because i got a design on my nails. They are not that long & the design was very simple & easy but i should have not been charged 110 at most it should have been 75. Because of that i will never be coming here again & let everyone i know not to ever come here as well or they WILL UP CHARGE YOU

David took the time to listen to what I wanted and he explain other types of nails products too and told me which one would be the best one for me. I really appreciate that. He made me feel comfortable with my choice and he did an amazing job ^_^

2019-09-06I do sns dip because I love long healthy nails, I go every two weeks and Nikkie never disappoints me, always doing the greatest job - she always helps me choose what I should do. I highly recommend this place.
