I have lived at Mesa Place Town homes for over 10 years. We live very comfortable and the people who work there are very friendly and professional. When we need repairs they are always so quick to get the work finished. I always recommend anyone looking for an apartment to come and live here.
Management is amazing. She is always so helpful and very friendly. I love how she keeps the property looking in great condition.
I love living here in these townhomes, been here for 10 years they have friendly neighbors and staff too. It is very clean and peaceful. I have never had any complaints. If any maintenance is needed the work gets done promptly the manager is super nice and helpful I am happy my kids have grown in this neighborhood. Definetely recommend!!!!

Horrible apartment complex due to Joanna de la Pena customer service and favoritism among 29C. Your apartment and car could be vamdelized by the people in that apartment and Joanna will have the proof but she won’t even bother doing anything about it but sit on her ass in the office and say you can handle it on your own. As well with maintenance they will keep an eye when you leave to go in to your apartment and steal your personal items. Who would of thought that in a place where elderly people live things like this happen the most. Very disturbing they should really replace Joanna with someone else.
We lived here for ten years and it used to be great until they changed the office lady. The staff is rude and the neighbors keep complaining about almost everything such as parking, pets, and events on the club house. And now I dont think youre even allowed to rent the clubhouse for family parties. The pool is only open for two month and they close it for the rest of the year. The sprinkler system near our unit is broken and the grass would always be wet and mosquitos started to appear. We kept on telling the staff and they would say they got it but in reality they wouldnt fix it.
Manager very unprofessional and likes to cover up vandalism and other horrible things going on in this apts.This set of complex is full of vandalism and has been reported to manager Joana de La Pena which for everything she does ask for proof but once proof is taken she does not do anything just replies that she is not able to do anything . As well there has been elderly living in this complex apartments that reported maintenance have been going into the apts when they know residents arent there, therefore they take advantage and go to steal there property. There was a report from a tenant that a maintenance guy took in a girl inside apt to smoke and spend time with her when it was not his property only due to that resident was on vacations. There has been another report on this particular apt #29 c that have been bullying people and elderly around there and Manager does nothing to control situation , they have a mess out in there property and have not been told anything which in other apts they have been cited for same reasons. So what are the privileges towards this person. As well a notice have been sent out that if you get caught with a visitor with a pet they are going to charge you $10 per visit for violating on taking a visitor pet. Which it is not in any amendment in the contract.. If upper management can take a look into this so that it can be fixed you can contact every single tenant that lives there so they can explain situations that have been going on for years is just that people are afraid to talk because the manager will retaliate against tenants thats why they end up living those apts and moving on to other areas, but my question is what about our elderly it is not fair !! this will be going on forward to media since it is getting out of hand , with this manager not doing anything.. She careless she has a job. and it is the worst customer service she has to offer. So if anyone out there agrees dont be afraid to speak up there is more people out there with great customer service skills and that do care about there tenants. So speak up community we pay taxes for everything and we deserve to be treated right and with respect.
Young girl in the office really needs to learn some manners, she is EXTREMELY rude. When I went to her to talk about an issue we had with their staff, she literally told me to leave her office and never come back if it was to complaint. She seriously needs a to take a customer service intensive course.

I am a single mother with a child with a disability, I have been living in these apartments for 8 years and I am very comfortable, they are always giving maintenance, when I speak for a repair that same day they will solve it, they are very clean, and they are always on the lookout for maintenance in good condition, I feel comfortable living alone with my child, my neighbors and the people who work here, they are very attentive and decent I feel confident that they will come into my apartment when I am not there and I know I never know I would miss something, it has enough parking and the playground, pool and laundry are very clean.
I have been a resident for 3 years, since the day of my application the treatment was always very kind and cordial with the manager and until today she is willing to help, when she got to have a problem in my apartment shortly it is solved by those of Maintenance, my stay at table place has been very pleasant and quiet, I highly recommend this place to live.
I recommend these apartments because you live very comfortable ,, We have a very good Manager, is aware of everything that is needed in the complex. There are rules that have to be taken, also clean and safe is this place. I like that they check the background and credit of people to enter this place. That is why we never have problems for someone to behave incorrectly. It is a safe place for the family. We have a very comfortable living time. Also the repairs that the department needs do at the time the application is put. They always repair what is necessary. There are also security personnel who are going around the entire complex. I recommend this apartment complex.
Its amazing, Ive lived here for a long time. I only have one excuse, they dont let us have pets if you want to have one, you have to pay, I have fish, but those if you can have them, you dont have to pay.

2021-05-18I have lived here over 6 yrs and I love it! I’ve never had any issues. The manager, Joanna is very helpful & informative with any questions I ask her. It is very quiet and the residents are very nice.I do not see myself moving out of here anytime soon, unless I buy a house.

2018-06-29My experience as a resident in the 8 years that I have lived here at Mesa Place Townhomes has been very satisfying, so much so that I recommended this place to two friends and they were put on the waiting list and they are already living here. I have had the opportunity to go to other apartments closer to my job but none of them compare with the security and quality with which I have lived here. I go to my job with the confidence and assurance that I live in a safe place. Manners and respect among neighbors is very important. I have never had a single problem with any of my neighbors. The maintenance gentlemen are very respectful! The administration lady is very responsible, she has always attended the reports. We are truly blessed to be able to call this place home.

2016-06-15Have lived here going on six years, it is a safe, and pleasant living environment. Front office lady is great, always available and the maintenance staff is always working hard to keep the property looking great and respond quickly to work orders. Easy to pay your rent ontime with online pay option. A nightly security guard is available. Swimming pool, clubhouse and playground are amazing.

2016-12-17Love living here. Place is always kept up and clean. The maintenance work repairs gets done. The office personal is very friendly, welcoming and easy to talk too. I have lived here for a couple of years and do not plan in moving unless its to purchase a home.
