Where do I even begin to attempt to praise Mesa Springs Innovations and their wonderful team who went above and beyond in providing my child with the best care and respect. She came in very shy and was afraid to open up and with their help she has made so much progress. Not every case is the same but I truly appreciate the facility for offering transportation for my child from picking her up at my job and dropping her off at the end of the day. I could not ask for more. Thank you Ms Valencia for as well for ensuing her safety while on the transportation van. My child was outpatient there for almost 4 weeks and they provided her with great care. They made Halloween special by giving them treats and candy bags, they celebrated progress by allowing them to enjoy a meal from a restaurant on Fridays. The entire staff kept open communication with me while my child was there. I never felt in the dark about any of her treatment, and there was always accountability. I highly recommend this facility for outpatient care. I went in not knowing if this was the best choice but it turned out to be one the best blind decisions I’ve had to make as a parent for my child. Thank you all and we will miss you!

DO NOT GO! My child was here for 5 weeks. We were in the last week when they exchanged medication with another student while in the care of Mesa Springs. I understand that not everything can be prevented. What is absolutely unacceptable is that when I decided to discharge 3 days before their original last day - they would not refill any medication because I choose to discharge. Well, you couldnt keep my child from exchanging medication or keep them safe - what option did I have??? I told them the first appointment to get refills with our regular doctor was 3 weeks away. They have added and adjusted meds while in their care, but now we will undo all the work because they wont call in a month supply until their regular doctor can take over.... What good was the last 5 weeks then? I was told they understood my decision to withdraw early - and even that they would do the same if it was their child - but they wont help to make sure my child can stay on medication for the next 3 weeks. I wasnt asking for several months of refills.... just 3 weeks. Also - there is zero communication from anyone but the regular counselor. They had early release days and did not let us know ahead of time. We rearranged our schedule so our child wouldnt be dropped off at home early, but we cant do that if we dont know schedule changes.

I wish I could give no stars. The intake coordinator said that if the services did not work they would not bill us. Now we are stuck with a $2,000 bill for 2 days of service. They then denied services to him and did not put him into the program. If you want real and supportive help for your child DO NOT GO HERE!!!

As a patient whos been in the program, the overall program is bad, the place is a joke. The other patients are sweet, but the workers (therapists) suck (speaking from A2). The teacher is amazing, but the school program is kind of bad, they give out one page that has week 1... etc. and they have to go through a textbook and find the pages. Also, ive been kicked out of the program due to it not benefiting me. This place is terrible.

First of all I have never posted a review before in my life. I am just not that kind of person, but this is so near and dear to my heart that I felt compelled to in the hopes that it would reach the heart of another hurting and desperate parent who just wants the best for their child, but doesnt know what to do.I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Mike and his incredible team at the Arlington Innovations. My 15 year old son was in a really difficult place in his life as many of teens are today. They came alongside him and encouraged him and challenged many of incorrect thoughts and images he had of himself. It was HARD and it takes A LOT of WORK on the part of the teen and the team and the family. As he put it if you do the hard work and listen to what they are saying and believe its true you can change for the better. He has absolutely changed for the better. The work is not over as we all know because negative thoughts just dont go away overnight wether youre 15 or 50. There is hope out there if you find yourself just simply overwhelmed and ill-prepared to walk your child through these difficult times. IT IS OK to feel this way. Dont beat yourself up just simply ask for HELP for you and for them.Thank you again!!!
