We’ve been taking our pup Astro Carlock to Mesa Verde since this May... I cannot sing them enough Praises!!!!!! I picked him up today from boarding (which is only $14 a night) and he is soooo clean!!! I think they bathed, brushed, perfumed and even cleaned his teeth!!! The girls are always beyond patient and wonderful!! They never lose their patience with me no matter how much of a hover mom I’m being! I feel completely comfortable leaving my baby with them!!! Thank you so much guys!!!!
We’ve given this place multiple chances and it’s beyond frustrating. I love the vets, but a few of their office staff are woefully unprofessional. The wait times are extremely long, and they aren’t extremely friendly most of the time. Last time we were in there they had lost my cat’s future spay appointment, and I wasn’t ever sure if it was actually scheduled since I never got text or email updates about it. They had also put one of the other client’s cards back up and didn’t realize she was still there for her appointment, 2 hours after it had been scheduled and well past closing time. We boarded our dog here and they said he wouldn’t stay in the kennel so they just let him run around. What? He was also extremely dehydrated and vomiting when we got him back. It’s frustrating because it seems that they love animals, but their people skills and office management is lacking. I also had an emergency situation with my cat last night and called to see if Mesa Verde could switch his bandages out today since we have established care for him there. They said they didn’t have any appointments available which I understand. Then I asked where I could get that done and they said to go back to the emergency clinic, then proceeded to badmouth the emergency clinic I had gone to! I asked for them to specify why I shouldn’t return there and they just said they didn’t recommend. I don’t know what they expect me to do.
The best veterinary experience I’ve had. The staff is astounding. They are so helpful and always kind. The Drs are great. They really care about your animals and don’t just see you as a paying customer. Cost is reasonable. They are doing an excellent job in this place and I wish more vet clinics operated like the Mesa Verde staff.
I am putting this review here to educate new owners like us and possibly save a life in the future. We dropped our year and a half year old Great Dane off for a spay appointment and within 24 hours our dog was dead.We were told she had bloody stool, and wouldnt stand. We were told someone would stay with her and do whatever necessary to save her, but we found after she had passed that she was left to die a slow and painful death, alone and scared. We were denied access to our dog during office hours and after. We werent allowed to see our poor girl until after she passed.I was denied by three people for her records when I requested they be typed in a legible format.(Please find the full timeline of events on my personal fb page or in comments for more details)
I have been taking my dogs here for almost three years for all of the basics. A couple times I have had somewhat emergency situations and they did a good job of squeezing us in (but be prepared to wait for those types of appointments). Reasonably priced. Make sure to ask for a cone after getting your dog spayed or neutered as they don’t put them in a cone when they give them back especially if you are fixing a young dog. Mine took all of 5 minutes to start licking her stitches. Staff is all pretty nice just know they are very busy and stressed! Make your appointments well in advance!
I just moved to the area a few weeks ago, so I was nervous about finding a new vet for my cat to get her vaccine boosters. Everyone here was very nice and friendly. Very affordable. Wonderful experience all around from the receptionists, vet techs, and even others in the waiting room. I am happy I went with my decision to bring her here. I will definitely keep this clinic as my go to for my cat and any other pets I may have in the future.
Our sweet baby girl cat was very sick and we called about 15 minutes before closing and they allowed us to bring her right in. They got us back right away and Dr. Smetak was incredibly kind and understanding. Hoping our girl recovers. Still watching her closely. Were thankful to have such an amazing office to take care of our fur babies.
First of all I really like the vets. The other staff is just awful!!!!! The are rude when you call rude when you check in. Rude when you ask about your appt being an hour late. Most people make appointments for a reason. To sit at an appointment for over an hour then have to leave is ridiculous. Better clear your entire schedule for an entire day to go to the vet here.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming! This is my first dog and they were so gracious and so sweet and answered all my questions with a smile! It was truly a great experience. I felt like the staff went above and beyond in making my puppy (and myself!) feel welcome. I will definitely be recommending my friends, family and coworkers to Mesa Verde for their pets!
Today was my first visit, the front desk was professional and friendly. The most important thing the doctor in training was awesome she listened to our concerns. She look at us when she spoke to us and treated our dog not like a number with care .Acknowledging our pet.
Staff was not helpful or informative. I repeatedly told them I was a new customer and they failed to inform me in the types of grooming a services they had. My dog needed an anesthetic and I wanted to be informed on the procedure. I had to wait and look at all 3 women for one to ask me what I needed or questions I had. They failed to inform me in the duration of the service and failed to call me when my dog was ready to be picked up. I had to call them because it was taking too long and I was told she had been ready for awhile. Overall poor experience. Would not go again.
I recently bought a Shar Pei puppy who has had various health issues but the techs/vets have answered all my questions as a new dog mom with a difficult puppy. They offered instant solutions and treatment for her issues and really seemed to care. They have put my mind at ease and I know my dog is getting the best care when I take her in.
Made an appointment yesterday to get my 3 pups seen today for a heart worm screen. The lady on the phone verified that I did not need to see vet, and that it was okay for a vet tech to perform the testing. She did not ask me if it was okay to separate me from pets one by one for them to perform the test in a separate room. I want to make sure my dogs are treated properly when their blood is taken, so was not comfortable with that. Because of this they said I would have to wait a while or reschedule, even though this was a communication error on their part. When I asked the vet tech to speak with someone about this because I had made an appointment and did not feel it fair that I would have to wait or reschedule, a lady standing a few feet behind her very unprofessionally stated in a demeaning manner I was the one you talked to and I am the office manager. I asked you yesterday if they needed to see the vet or if they could just see the tech so they could do it right away. If you want to wait its gonna be a while cause we are busy, or you can just reschedule. So, no apology? No sorry for the confusion, lets see what we can do to make this right. You may think about clarifying with your clients in the future whether they are okay with you separating them from their family members (dogs) for a procedure in which they are getting blood drawn, especially if they are new to your clinic.
My dog had been suffering from heart and lung problems, which never seem to be getting better. He has an X-ray and was giving several medications. I decided to take him to Mesa Verde Animal Clinic. At Mesa Verde, they found a mass in his lungs and I wasn’t aware of it at the other vet. They have been treating him and he has made an 80% recovery. He has been doing so much better and I feel like I have the master of my home back😄. Thank you to the doctors, all the wonderful nurses, and staff. Thanks for giving me my friend back for a little while longer.
The staff is nice enough, not super friendly but get the job done. The facility could use some updating but thats just aesthetics and has nothing to do with quality of care. The main reason Im giving 3 stars is because I was very happy to learn that they do boarding for a fair price, so I booked our 2 dogs over thanksgiving, 6 days, and when they came home they both had a cough. Both are vaccinated for kennel cough and the cough cleared up after about 5 days. Im thinking it may have been a cold or lousy air quality, but either way, it makes me concerned for the conditions of the boarding area. Also, both dogs pooped in their kennel on the way home, which is so out of ordinary and makes me think they werent able to go outside and relieve themselves as often as they needed. Its probably somewhat my fault for not letting them go when we picked them up but since theres only a concrete parking lot Im not quite sure how that would have been done.
Our poor guy (8 year old lab) had an ear infection and his regular vet couldn’t see him for 5 days nor would they prescribe any pain meds for him until he was seen. I called Mesa Verde and they got him in right away! They were very sweet with him, got him checked, and we got the right meds to treat him. We went back today, a week later, for a re-check, and he’s doing much better. What impressed me most is that they even want another re-check in 2 weeks to make sure the infection is completely resolved. They called to confirm his appointment yesterday, and we were in and out today in under 30 minutes. I appreciate them working him in last week, taking care of him, and following up to be sure Louie is doing better. Caring vet, reasonable prices, and great care. In 34 years of having multiple dogs, this was our first ear infection, so we really didn’t know much about how to treat them. But Mesa Verde knew, and they’ve been taking great care of our pupper!!
We had very good experiences here until probably the last 6 months or so. The wait times have become ridiculous. Today we left without being seen after waiting an hour and a half in our car (I can’t take my dog in there with all the cats running around) for an injection that didn’t even require a visit from the vet. The receptionists are often hostile and have no sympathy for your dog or children that are being forced to sit in one place for hours due to their inability to schedule appointments correctly. I don’t think it’s reasonable to need to take the entire afternoon off for an injection that takes less than 5 minutes.
Fast friendly service. I have a dog that bites and they handled him very well, even tried without the muzzle first but we had to use it because he did try to bite several times and they were very understanding about it. I had 3 kids/2 dogs with me so we were loud and busy but they were patient with us as well! This is our new vet home!
I normally dont put reviews but I felt I really needed to this time. This morning was the fourth time dealing with the receptionist at this vet office. I have a boxer female that at this point WAS a patient there... Each time Ive been to this office the receptionist has been extremely rude! This receptionist acts annoyed by your presence. She doesnt stop to even look at you when you are speaking to her and gives you attitude... Todays experience was just about enough for me ... My new Male dog got his leg hurt late last night.. He had been in a lot of pain and at that time I thought he mightve broken his leg.. I was up all night tending to my hurt boy waiting for my vet office to open up.. I get there and the receptionist refused to let the vet check him. She wouldnt even look up at me when speaking and then giving me attitude tells me that their busy.. However, I guess this was a good thing because now I found a much better clinic to take my animals...
I have read many of the negative reviews and it sounds like there are so many people that simply don’t realize how stressed Midland is these days for Veterinarians. (Professionals of all types, to be honest) I went in for an appointment today and waited just 10 minutes after it was scheduled. C’est la vie Or such is life in English. At a doctors office for the dentist or medical professional you can wait upwards of 2 hours sometimes. This is life at this stage in Midland. Must learn to adapt. I received excellent service and the vet was a pleasure as she always is. Sometimes you will get a receptionist that will be short tempered or perhaps cranky. To be honest, I think most people seeing people and dealing with animals on top of that all day may do that to a person. Patience kindness and above all understanding needs to go into dealing with all of the people that work at the front whether it be at a restaurant or a professional office. Just not worth getting upset over.
I scheduled an appointment for my two dogs at 9:30 am. At 10:10 am they had only called 2 patients back while I was there and there were still 2 more patients ahead of us. There is a sign that says please have all pets on a leash or in a carrier, but there were several cats and a dog roaming around freely. The place stank of cat piss, was very dirty, and organization was non existent.
Great! The front desk staff, Vet Techs & the Vet were all very sweet & kind. Our Cocker Spaniel needed her booster shots, heart worm meds & her ears needed to be treated. They were very gentle with Maggie & they made her feel very comfortable. Were making this our vet for our cats as well. 😊
The staff at Mesa Verde are great. My two guys Chance and Jordan love it there and I always feel so good when I have to leave Chance with them over night if I have a business trip or I am on vacation. Its always a great experience. All around great animal lovers....The staff is very caring and so are the doctors and I will forever recommend them to other pet parents such as myself.
This clinic has always been very kind to all the animals i have seen taken in. They do everything possible to help the people they can as well as their fur babies. As far as I know they are some of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. I will always recommend this clinic and the amazing work that the Drs do. Both of my dogs have been in for a spay and neuter with no complications as well as shots and etc. I always leave absolutely happy with their work!
Took my little Rosie there for a hurt leg and two weeks later she was dead. They gave her a medicine that was not supposed to be used with a diuretic. I went to pick her up and the vet came out and said she was breathing good . I asked if I could go back there and when I did my dog was in the kennel dead. She had been dead as she was cold. My heart is broken and they do not care. I am sorry I ever took her there. They always were saying my dog was 14 when she was only ten years old. They cant even get the age right from a pulled muscle to death in two weeks. Something is very wrong at that clinic. She also had a very large bump on her back where they were giving her shots. I hope everyone needs this warning.
We have been clients of Dr. Smetak for many years. This very busy Saturday morning I brought my old schnauzer in with what I thought might be a bladder infection and asked if they could work us in. We only had to wait about 30 minutes to received high quality, professional and kind care for my old girl. Thank you!
Very disappointing service, we did the boarding for our dog. To say the least it was a nightmare! No one bothered to explain how my dog did, when we get her she is full of poop like she may have gotten sick no one bothered to explain or even call. I am so disappointed on our experience and will never recommend or go back in the future!
My dog was hit by a car and needed surgery on her fractured femur. I took her X-Rays in from the emergency vet and the vet at Mesa Verde came out and let me know exactly what they were going to need to do. They allowed me to visit every day she was there! My dog is like my child so I was so thankful I could get the piece of mind that she was doing okay by visiting her. They made sure to explain what all they had done while she was there and how I should care for her after I got her home when I was able to pick her up. After I took her home, they called to check on her which I loved. I had a great experience here and will be setting up appointments for my other 2 dogs.
Wonderful experience. Always able to get our pets in quick (usually the day I call) and all the staff are friendly and welcoming and are awesome with the animals. They will do whatever they can to eliminate any unnecessary costs and always very informative and helpful. I usually go in with a handful of questions (I am quite the worry wart) and leave with all questions answered and my mind at ease. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone!
Do not take your pet here. Called to get my sick dog in and the receptionist here is so rude. Ended up canceling the appointment before she got done taking all of our info. She does not need to be the one answering phones dealing with customers. Customer service was awful. Wouldn’t answer questions just kept saying she’s just a receptionist. Told her to cancel the appointment because I’d rather take our dog somewhere else with better customer service. She also hung up on me when I told her to cancel the appointment because I didn’t like how rude she was being. Didn’t say ok I’ll cancel just simply hung up. How professional!!
Worst customer service. I am pregnant and they would not help me load my dog in the car on top of that I have been waiting for 2 hrs to see my dog. My dog had a accident. They throw me napkins and tell me to clean it up, mind you I have a 77lb dog and was trying to keep him away from the other dogs. The lady in the front was very rude when I asked for someone to come clean the pee she just threw me napkins and told me to clean it while trying to keep control of my dog!
I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Smetak and Mesa Verde Animal Clinic. Compassionate, warm, and loving to my babies...as well as more than capable, savvy, and extremely knowledgeable. As a research scientist, I’m a tough critic. Dr. Smetak is not only the vet I completely entrust with the care of my fur babies, she’s the best vet I’ve ever had. Period.
BEWARE!!I have been to this vet possibly a hand full of times. The times before this last time were great! No issues with staff or doctors. Made me feel comfortable and like they knew what they were doing. This last time though.... was much worse. I took my pet for the first time to this vet to get his yearly vaccinations. I even had all of his shots before so they knew what to give him. He is a 5lb yorkie. They gave him about 4 shots in the same area on his neck and cleaned his glands. The next day I noticed he hadnt eaten his food and he had vomited. I figured he was just having a reaction to the meds so I left it alone. The days after werent so bad he ate a little more but still hadnt been his playful self. I called the vet yesterday because I noticed he has a lump on his neck where he was given his shots. The lady at the front desk persisted to tell me it wasnt the shots he received and he must have gotten into something at home, while being pretty rude about it also saying shed have to double book me cause the vet is very busy today. So I left it and hoped hed get better. WELL... Today I woke up to him vomiting everywhere and he had diarrhea. I called the vet once again. I was upset so I had a higher pitch voice hoping they understood my concern. AGAIN I was told I was gnna be double booked and that the receptionist is more than positive it wasnt the shots that were given to him. She offered to let me talk to the vet herself and I said yes I would like to talk to her and the receptionist said well you cant cause shes in surgery right now, youre gnna have to wait until your appointment. So after all of my being upset and trying to figure out what could possibly be wrong with my dog I told the receptionist Im gnna have to take my business elsewhere and sarcastically thanked her for her help and she hung up on me very quickly. WHO WOULD WANT TO TAKE THEIR PET TO A VET WHO WONT EVEN TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN FAULT!! I will be taking my service elsewhere. To greenbelt vet. I have had service with them before for a very very sick animal and they were nothing but kind and helpful through the whole process. So thank you Mesa Verde for helping me make a decision on which vet NOT to use.
I would NEVER bring any of my pets here after all the lies this vet has told an the heartache she has caused!! I wouldnt trust her to do a simple spay procedure nor anything else for that matter she left a persons loved one crying in pain an bleeding abnormally after a surgery she performed an said there was nothing more she could.do an then had the audacity to lie an say there was no way to determine cause of death an Im sorry but if it was me I would have taken legal action this place should be put out of business to prevent her from killing anyone.elses beloved pet!!!!!!!!!!?!
A very dear friend and puppy buyer of mine, lost her perfectly healthy 1 1/2 year old Great Dane at the hands of this vet after a simple spay surgery. It is our strong belief that she was bleeding internally and was left to die by the veterinarian in charge after ignoring bloody stools and lethargic symptoms. All she did was hook her up to an iv of normal saline and left then came back in the morning to find that she had passed away. When the owner started questioning her she just shrugged her shoulders like she could care less. She is a heartless woman and vet and should never be able to take care of anyones pets ever again.
The story I read about the Great Dane is awful!! I cant even imagine how hard it would have been not to be able to see your own dog knowing they were in such pain and depressed! The Doctors cold hearted shrugs are unacceptable! At Town and Country the Vets are amazing and took great care of our dog Sam! I am going to make sure that this story is shared on Facebook nopet owner should ever have to go through something like this ever!!
This Animal Clinic is great. They have an amazing attitude towards caring for your pets. They always go above and beyond to insure that your animals are going to be ok. Dr. Smetak is an Amazing and Caring Veterinarian, and Megan Morris is amazing Vet Tech. Both of them go above and beyond to make sure you animals get the proper care.
Shouldve known to stay away from this place they charged me for telling me I was a over concerned pet owner. I bring one of my fur baby’s back there and decline additional services and was charged for services I declined I was also told there were no charges for when I went to pick up due to having a voucher needless to say I went back and they preformed the services that I declined and charged me for unauthorized services definitely not happy at all with this place I will find a new vet and notify others about this joke of a vet.
I’m not sure how this establishment has any stars at all. I have a sick cat (not planned) they were double booked & not taking walk-ins. I questioned them not answering the phone (to make a possible appointment) was told they were busy. I get that. Midland is busy. I was refused service and asked to leave for I believe an “eye roll” about them not answering the phone. The receptionist up front is very very rude & has zero people skills.
***WARNING*** don’t leave your pets here! They killed our dog ! We brought our family dog to the mesa verde to have a surgery on his tail after the surgery my mom went to visit him & he was very drowsy. She left thinking that they would continue to watch him since his surgery was difficult but no ! They left him shortly after. They drugged him up & left, not to forget they told my mom & Dad different time from when they last checked on him. We wanted to bring him home right after the surgery but they told us we had to leave him until the next day to see how he’s doing, then they call my mom the next morning (today) the day we were supposed to pick him up that he had died & their was nothing they could do. We went to visit him to say goodbye & they told us that he probably had a “heart attack” Within those 9-12 hours HE WAS ALONE but that they weren’t for sure, then they handed us a bill for 1500$. My dad went to go tell them that we aren’t paying that because our dog died on their watch when they were supposed to be watching him but they left him, the veteran then told my dad that she had offered my mom the option of doing blood work but she refused, my mom had already done they same blood work a couple of weeks before & he was perfectly healthy, she then told my dad she think she should still get paid because is was a difficult surgery & that we can sue her if we want. Our dog was bleeding from his nose when we seen him but was PERFECTLY HEALTHY when we left him in their care ! They said they reduced the surgery cost from 600 to 400 & the other 1100 was for medicine & watching him !! When they didn’t watch him at all !!! So our baby passed away today after being apart of our family for the past 5 Years all because nobody wanted to do their job & take care of him, if he was more of a patent to you then just some way of getting money y’all would have stayed with him & cared for him like y’all should have. We wouldn’t have cared if it was extra!! We have no problem paying 1500$!! We would have paid 10,000$ if it meant we got to bring him home but we can’t& NOT TO FORGET THE VET SAID BULLDOGS & GREAT DANES ARE THE HADEST PATENTS SO IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THESE DOGS DONT BRING THEM HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO LIVE *** note he was a English bulldog
When you call the with an emergency situation on Monday morning, and they tell you they cant see new patients until the next week, you immediately learn that animals are not this clinics priority. When someone tells them they have a dachshund that has hurt its back, they should know that animal should be seen within 24 hours. Mesa Verde would not do that.
Mesa verde is the best vet i have been too..i have been to 3 different vets in this area and they was awful..i had given up on finding a vet here in midland...im so glad i decided to try one more...mesa verde is now my #1 vet this is place my baby will always come...i hate to call any place perfect...but mesa verde has nailed it..this is the most awesome place to take your animals..you wont be disappointed.....thank you again for saving my babies life he wouldnt have made it without the crew at mesa verde..thank you
Just took my cat jarjar there the other day and its been several days later and the office called to follow up and see if he was doing good and I appreciate that alot. The place was cool cats and dogs walking around, I would usually take my pets to Odessa but I didnt want to drive over there so for those yall looking for vet I would reccrecom its only 50$ for the visit.
Horrable experience! They LOST my dogs remains!!!! We have used Mesa Verde for a few years for our pets. They have always seemed competent. They are trully over crowded with animals and staff. Maybe that is there problem. Until reciently we thought they were a decient establishment. After nine years with our dog we lost him in their care. I can not say if it was their fault or not but after how they treated his remains it is uncertain to me that they are not responsible! We decided to have him cremated at one of two locations in this area (there is a third location that picks up from them and cremates. Its the pound!). That was on January 4th. Every week my wife or I would call to see if they had him back. Every week they would say No, but we will call you when he gets here. This happend for four weeks! It never dawned on them to check up on the situation. So on the fourth week I decided to call the crematory directly and at a huge surprise they told me they didnt have him!!!! They assured me that they always return the remains within 24-48 hours. I asked them to check their records and they did. They could not find anything. I called Mesa Verde and told them the situation and then i went in to talk to them! I talked to the owner and several employees. None of which could tell me where my do was. I was upset! They called both creamatories. This went on for hours and nothing came of it. Then at night (6:45pm) the front desk called me and assured me that they found my dog in a cooler behind the freezer. An intern must have put him there they said. So I went in first thing in the morning to verify it was my dog they found in a cooler after a month of sitting before the crematory picked him up. I guess they thought I would just take their word for it and let them cremate him without me seeing. So when I showed up the vet came up front and said Sorry we still cant find your dog. Apperantly her staff was hoping they could make me happy by giving me some random dogs ashes and never told the owner/vet!!!! Or she atleast acted that she didnt know. They have zero accountability control! They clearly have no idea who takes the dogs. They simply label them and let who ever they think should take them, take them! Without checking. With this level of incompatants this is why I can not truly say they are not at fault for my dogs passing. Maybe they assumed he would be checked on by someone at night while recovering and it never happened! Who knows! But I do know that they will try to trick you with another dogs remains if you do not physically check before pickup! The horrable part about this is in the beginning I even told the vet/owner I do not want another dogs remains being passed on to me just for false closure. She assured me her astablishment would NEVER do that!!! Well they just tried to!
Appointments dont mean anthing at this place. Watch out, they will double book and not let you know. Then you are s.o.l. and can wait until they can work you in or you can reschedule. This is not a way to run a business or clinic. I would recommend going somewhere else. They dont care about their patients or customer service at this place.
I did not even make it through filling out the paperwork. They required a SSN and a Drivers License number. I told them I would not give them a SSN, They do not need it because there is no insurance or medicare. They told me that would be ok but they would not treat my dog for emergencies or take a check without it. so I canceled my appointment and walked out.
Very rude staff, a lady by the name of Tammy hung the phone up on me and the insurance companies face. The insurance company had been calling and faxing for days to get information that was needed and I guess it was too much work to lift a finger and fax a report. Wow Tammy you don’t deserve your job!
Im in love with this vet was so amazed by the way we was treated had 2 emergency and they got me in asap with out biting my head of with the financial as well will be back for all my animals, if u have not tried them please do at least once u will go back again and there price is are great as well💙💚💜💞
New to the area and was having a hard time finding a vet that had spray and neuter prices lower than 300$ in this area (which explains the stray animal problem midland has...in Dallas you can neuter your pet for like 35dollars) this was the most reasonably priced and seems to really care about the animals there, they even have cats who live there which I thought was very sweet:)
This place is ok but some of the people that work there are very rude and not helpful and some of them are I don’t know if I would go to this place bc some of the people weren’t very helpful and seem that they don’t care about some animals I feel like they don’t care and they don’t seem to see what happens and it seems that sometimes they just care about themselves
Called about a dying 2 week old kitten and was immediately told they will do nothing unless i am willing to pay them she then said to take it to the pound i told her i called them and they would only put the animal down and these are the people you want to care for your animal they are heartless did nothing to even point out the direction to go like for help

2022-02-04Very sweet staff. Were able to get us in same day for our pup with some back trouble. The doctor was very nice and took her time with us, listening to our concerns. The vet tech even took the time to split up our pups pills into the right dosage before we left when she didnt have to. We will be back to see them again for our regular visits! Pup is already feeling better after her meds.

2022-07-09Good Clinic, Posts when they are going to be out of the office and who to call when this happens. They took our sick pup when no one else would after our Vet retired. I appreciate the services they offer.

2019-04-20It is so difficult to get a vet appointment in Midland. I was fortunate enough to call on Tuesday and was able to get an appointment on Friday afternoon (which I consider fast). The person that scheduled me over the phone was very helpful and efficient. When I got there I also received a friendly greeting and only had to wait about 5 mins to go in. I did notice that they were constantly busy but nevertheless they were still able to take their time with each animal and did not seem in a rush. As I was in the waiting area I got to meet some of the pet residents from the clinic and they were really cute. I thought that was awesome. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable and I did not have to wait long for my kittens testing results. She demonstrated how to use the medication and was awesome at handling my pet. I do have to warn others that there is a new client fee of 5 dollars but overall I payed as expected and also got to buy a cute candle from their display. I will definitely be contacting them for any other vet services soon.

2021-12-22So far the experience has been fantastic!! I have used Shannon animal clinic for years and since they went corporate they have disappointed us a number of times!! To the ladys at the front desk and the vet in the back they have made me feel like a person and they seem to actually care for your animal!! Havent been billed yet so havent seen that process. One thing I do find odd is there was no talk on a estimate on what the procedure would cost. I understand the animal needed care but right at Christmas and as a school employee the cost could be detrimental to a person in my status. But so far this place has been a God send and everyone there has gone above and beyond for me my son and my pet!! I highly recommend

2022-04-19Ive been going to another vet for over 25 years but they were bought out by corporate so I had to go elsewhere due to the prices. Mesa Verde is very reasonable and very caring towards my pets and took me in without hesitation!
