Mesa Verde in other cities:
I had a 3 star review up about my experience here explaining that although I had a good experience with the space and the management was both friendly and responsive, I felt that I was blindsided when signing my lease, resulting in -2 stars. They actually read my review, and in line with their fast response times Christy actually just called me and resolved my issue with my lease, putting a month of my rent back in my pocket less than a day after learning of my situation - when she really didn’t have to. Money hasn’t been easy with COVID, so this was a super kind gesture. Also with the facilities opening back up, residents will have access to them again. So in summary, good location, brand new facilities, and most of all amazing management on all fronts. Thanks again!!!Update: THEY SENT ME COOKIES TO MY DOOR TOO as a parting gift Jesus these people are incredible
The management staff here were life savers during the winter freeze week. We got our water restored within a day and while the water was out, they were on their toes to look for creative ideas to make us feel comfortable. Also, this complex is in the same power grid as St. David’s hospital and do we never lost power. Have lived here close to two years and have never had a problem. Great location too, doesn’t get better. The new mgmt. is pretty legit and I’d recommend them to anyone!
I moved in here just over a month ago. Needless to say it has been a bad experience all the way around. As soon as they get you to sign the lease you are left on your own to fend for yourself. There is no communication from management on how things are conducted at the complex. I went as far as to ask for a welcome document on how things are handled and I was laughed at by staff. They want you to come to the office and ask for every crumb of information. If you have a job you have no chance of talking to anyone. Good luck figuring out how rent is paid and you better not pay it on the 31st since the bill will not be accurate. To top it off roaches started showing up almost immediately. They claim they spray, after all the complex charges an extra five dollars a month, but I have my doubts. The laundry facilities arent cleaned and good luck figuring out how to pay for the usage. Parking is a full combat zone because they want you to pay for a covered spot. If you arrive at the complex after 8 pm be prepared for a hike to get to your apartment. I specifically asked about this at the lease signing and they assured me there was plenty of parking. There is plenty if you want to pay for it.For the money there has to be better options available.
Car break-ins, mail theft and now car vandalism. This is what I myself have experienced recently in the community over the last 2 months. I feel that my complaints have not been taken seriously by the new management. The management is not very friendly and if you complain about anything, they get aggressive. We moved here partly because its a gated community. For months at a time, the main gate is left open, even at night. For no good reason. When the gate actually is closed and you open it with your remote, 3-4 cars will follow you in. Im assuming there is a shortage of key remotes. You will find random people dumpster-diving within the premises. My Amazon package (from Black Friday) was stolen, and a bunch of stuff from my car was stolen as well. Yesterday my car was keyed while it was parked. I feel like Im filing complaints with the APD more often than anything here.
I love Mesa Verde Apartments because it’s really close to my job, it’s a very clean area, this place is so peaceful and quiet. Our neighbor next door had received an Amazon package and it’s been there for more than a week I want to think they’re out of town or something like that but the cool thing is people here are very respectful and I feel so safe in this place. We just renewed our lease because it’s the best apartment we ever had in 4 years that I have to move out year by year from other ugly apartments.
I genuinely enjoyed my time here. My husband and I leased for 10 months and left only because we had to move to Dallas for school and work but would have renewed and stayed for as long as we could. The staff is very helpful and responsive. Maintenance is quick and ready to assist anytime. Overall great place to live!
I love living here! The staff is great. The apartments are priced well and the complex is very quiet and clean. The complex is updated which is nice and in a prime location! All the perks of the Domain with a lower rent and an actual balcony. There is never anyone at either of the pools so there is always room to go lay out, and the grills are great too. The gym is nice and also has been updated as well. Ive been here going on 2 years and I absolutely love it!
Im moving to Mesa Verde in two weeks and after seeing all of the negative reviews about the interactions with office staff I thought I should share my own.I am moving from out of town and was only able to tour apartments on one weekend before I move. Most of my interactions with any staff at any complex has been via phone or email and let me tell you, aside from Mesa and maybe one or two other complexes, it has been awful. My leasing agent, Elva, has been incredibly helpful. She has politely and thoroughly answered my many questions and she took us on the tour of the property. During the application process she has kept in touch, made sure I was updated on any changes and answered any additional questions that have arisen.Shes been great and I am very confident that based on her professionalism and kindness, I will really enjoy living in at Mesa Verde. As for the complex itself, I am thrilled. There are multiple pools, volleyball courts, SHADE and many great amenities for the residents to use. And the location makes it close enough to the domain to enjoy the activity, but far enough away to feel like youre not right in the middle of it all. Thanks Elva and I look forward to moving in just a few short weeks!
I lived there for 8 months and it was an incredible experience. I work at the domain area and the commute was short and quick. The management team is awesome and they put resident events for us to get to know our neighbors. They keep the grounds very well maintained and are diligent with requests. The gym is well equipped and the yoga classes are excellent (Shawn is really great). The only downturn is the packages mix-ups that UPS/Fed-Ex/Amazon have since they try to deliver it to your door instead of the my parcel pending system and it has messed some things up. Overall this is a great place to live and not pricy at all compared to other places near the domain.
The management at Mesa Verde will try to get every dollar from you they can, but if your negotiation skills are strong enough, this wont be a problem. The rent is high but the apartments are well laid out and classy... Excellent maintenance. The pools are beautiful (though not functional during winter) and the gym and racket-ball courts were always in good shape.Be careful to document everything when you move out--DO the walk-through with the manager, etc to make sure they dont charge for anything extraneous.All-in-all, had a great time while I lived there (lovely though loud in summer) just be careful when you leave!
I started leasing here in the beginning of 2020 I have to say this place is making a HUGE turn around. They updated and polished the look on this place. Its up to par for Domain area, they also have patrols that run at night for the parking lot. Now for the leasing office staff, I would strongly recommend coming in and talking with Alexis, she made the whole process seamless, she honestly was the first to answer my calls and handle any issues I had, this place truly cares about their residents which is quite rare at times. SPEAK WITH ALEXIS!During the pandemic they adapted so quickly and still made the amenities available to its potential. Thank you service team for your quick responses and making sure our lot looks clean.
This apartment place has been under construction for 6 months; the gym and pools. They still charge us for amenities that we can’t use. They aren’t proactive on keeping their renters happy. The gates have not been closed and I moved here for the gated community, they don’t care about your safety. All they do is sit around and make sure your car isn’t parked in a numbered spot, even when no one parks in that spot just so they can try and charge you a fee and only call certain people to move. The staff used to be good and they just keep going downhill. Not worth what they charge to live here.
I loved this place for a long time until Greystar purchased it. Since then, we have had our water shut off twice in a 30 day period without any notice whatsoever. The rent of course is going up, and we already cant use our amenities freely, so its getting to be really frustrating to live here. Maybe it will get better in the future, but Im sure not happy anymore here. Not at all.
The pool is super gross and cant even be used! They never clean it and its full of bugs, leaves, and dirt !!! Its nice knowing we are paying for amenities we cant even use! Summer is only for a few months out of the year, you would think they could handle that at least !😒The grounds are full of dog poop and the the stench is horrid as soon as you walk out of your apartment. I know its up to tenants to pick up after themselves, but the grounds keeps or management doesnt do anything to enforce this from happening .And as far as getting packages sent to you apartment - forget about it! Unless you want to pay a $50 fee for a package room . Which is a bit steep! The premise of this company is to nickel and dime you anyway they can! $50 for each key to open the gate to get into your own apartment. First one should at least be given 🙄... the gate has been broken a lot of the times anyway , so key isnt even needed .And forget about expressing concerns to management the could care less! And grounds crew is always on their phones doing everything BUT working . So Im return the grounds are always unkept.Needless to say the luxury apartments Mesa Verde claims to be is a joke! The only think they have going for them is location .Bottom line ....DONT MOVE HERE!
I would get the staff and management a Zero on all counts, it took them 6 days for them to ok my security clearance, in the mean time I was told I had to have the electric service set up in my name. The only time I went into to the apartment was the day I initially viewed said apartment, and now I have to pay the electric bill for that time frame, the management team says “we are sorry for the mixup” but are not willing to make any kind of good will gesture. I would think twice before moving here, seems to be a high rate of turn over with their staff also, which tell you something also
Ive lived at Mesa Verde for about 1.5 years. The maintenance team is very quick to respond to requests and very thorough. They have 2 pools, 2 volleyball courts, a tennis court, decent fitness room, and a racquet ball court. Rent is pretty fair when comparing rates across the street at the Domain; however, rents are going up. The pool is typically busy during the summer with families and young-professionals. Overall, Ive been happy with my time at Mesa Verde.
When we first moved in 3 years ago, my wife and I would have given Mesa Verde 5 stars. The office staff was friendly and helpful - we loved living there! In the last three years, things have changed though. The office staff has completely switched out. Many times wed come into the office for help and wed be talking to a new lady who had recently started. Sadly, some of these new ladies werent too bright... Because Mesa Verde is so close to the domain - its a high demand area. It doesnt matter how they treat their guests - theres always more people waiting to move in.Here are a few things we did not like about Mesa Verde:During this last year the office staff handled some things very poorly. We were about to spend our 4th night without AC and we had a new born at the time. Only after we went into the office did they give a portable AC unit. Dalia (one of the office ladies) loved to tell stories about her past apartment problems rather than help us.We had multiple problems with our electricity. Our monthly bill was almost doubled from what it had been the previous year. Even when were out on vacation and had unplugged everything (except for the fridge) and turned off our AC - the bill was still very high. Again, the office staff did little to help us... When we were gone for a few days on vacation our power went out - the maintenance guys had to flip a circuit breaker to get it to come back on. Unfortunately all our food was spoiled in the fridge and freezer. We asked the office staff for reimbursement - no luck.Let me clarify - the maintenance guys are great. Very prompt and quick with repairs. Also respectful and kept the noise down when we told them we had a baby sleeping. Again, its the office staff we had problems with... :(In the last year or so Mesa Verde is doing renovations to all their older apartments. Thats great but...they are kicking people out of their apartments in order to do it. We had neighbors that had 4 months left of school at the end of their lease - management still said they had to move. There is one big dumpster sized recycle bin in the back of the complex. Beside each dumpster there are smaller recycling bins - the problem is that in only a day or two these bins are filled to the brim. Many residents (including us) would take our recycling out only to find there is no room - so wed just throw it in the dumpster. It would be really nice if Mesa Verde made room for a few more dumpster sized recycling bins.Building numbers - it is very difficult for friends to find our apartment (expecially at night). Most building numbers are up high on the buildings hidden by trees. Pizza delivery guys would get lost all the time. It would be nice to have signs put in at the base of each building with a light shining on it at night. It would be even nicer to have a map at the beginning of the complex.Okay, enough bad experiences - heres why we liked Mesa Verde:Lots of trails to explore - very beautiful. The Domain is right across the freeway.National Instruments and IBM are closeby. If you have a dog theres a dog park inside the complex.Resident events! Rosa makes food for the residents several times a month. She is a very good cook and very friendly. We got to know a lot of our neighbors by going to these events. If you move here - your experience will probably be a lot different (especially if you dont have maintenance issues). It is a nice place to live - just wish the office staff would treat the residents better.
Nice and well equipped apartments. The only problem is with a lot of dog feces on grassy areas, especially around the tennis court. Unfortunately I even found it on the tennis court. This is not the fault of the accommodation, but of the dog owners. Lots of dogs live here, so these areas should be checked and cleaned more often.
My boyfriend and I just moved in yesterday from the Barrington across the street and so far everything has been great! Everyone we have encountered have went above and beyond what we asked for. Every one is friendly, professional, and they work with you when they can. Thank you Alicia, Paige, and Christy. :) I can say this confidently, because I been in contact with them for weeks- and they never given me a reason to think otherwise. We’re are VERY happy about our apartment, and we plan on staying for a while.
The staff full out lied to my face regarding carpet replacement when I toured the apartments. I moved out this April and they forced me pay over $400 for the replacement of the carpet, which I was specifically told I would NOT be responsible for paying when I moved in. I would NEVER recommend living here to anyone I know. DO NOT rent from this company. Even the newly renovated apartments are done to very poor standards. All of their staff up and quit a few months ago and if that doesnt say something, Im not sure what will. I will NEVER EVER rent from a Wingate company again.
I lived here over 10 years ago but it seems they have the same 2 scams. First is towing cars with the quickness and second is charging for carpet cleaning/replacement when you move out. I was told that after living there 2 years that my carpet had to be in the same exact condition when I first moved in. Renters Beware
Place is a Zero!! They straight up lied to me on pricing multiple times. The leasing agent said they would hold a unit then didn’t. Then quoted me a new apartment with pricing and we go into sign the lease and they pushed the rent up $230 per month. If you want to get scammed and tricked move in here. The experience was on par working with a used car salesman...
I liked the apartment my two only complaints are the button for the gate; I paid to get a fob, however, the fob rarely opens the gate. Ive been to the office several times to get a new one, but they just replace the batteries and give it back to me rather than giving me a new one. I explained to them that it doesnt work, minor annoyance but when you have to enter the code everytime or have to circle around a second time when you check the mail its very frustrating. My other complaint is they sold my paid parking spot twice during my stay.
Renters Be Ware. My Move Out was 5/25/2019 - DO NOT MOVE HEREI was a 2.5 year Resident of Mesa Verde Apartments, here are the in’s and outs.1.) HIGHWAY NOISE - Do not Move into Buildings 1,2,3, or ANY of the Apartments facing the Mopac Expressway. The highway noise is unbearable. Even with all of the doors and windows closes, you will hear Big Rigs, Semis, 4x4 hauling it down the highway. The Access Road is even worse…. From Duval Rd - the Domain is a popular raceway…. Motor Cycles and Sports cars use it as a racing strip. That engine acceleration will enter your apartment, and sit right next to you, talking in your ears as you try to listen to your favorite shows.2.) POOR SECURITY/THEFT - Imagine walking out of your apartment in the Morning to go to work, and the car next to yours is sitting on 4 Bricks. This is a high theft area due to easy access to an express way. Thieves enter the parking lot, and steal factory wheels from newer model or rare cars.3.) POOR GATE SECURITY - The Apartment Complex has not changed the gate Security Code in YEARS….. YEARS….. Everyone has the same code so there is NO Security Auditing, anyone with this gate code can enter the APT complex.4.) STOLEN PACKAGES - You will PAY in order to receive packages at the Complex. To make Matters WORSE, there is a large chance your packages will be left in an open area for anyone to choose from. Due to poor planning, the Package room often doesn’t have space. Meaning your package will either be secured with other items, or the items will just be left in the open for anyone who walks in the room to take.5.) FRAUDULENT MOVE OUT CHARGES - After Living in our apartment for almost 3 years…. the Apartment Complex CHARGED us 171.00 to repaint the entire Apartment….. Hmmmm isn’t this something that should be done for new Tenants Regardless? Upon asking the lady at the desk said… “Well when we can we just do spot touchups”…I said “Excuse me? So you would spot paint 3 year old paint… and move Residents in to that apartment? People need to know this.”All of a sudden she starts back tracking… “Uhhhh I never said that.“SO BE WARNED, you MUST ask Mesa Verde How Old is the Paint on the Walls, How Old is the Carpet on the Floor, and WILL you be charged for NATURAL paint wear over time.To make this worse though, BEFORE move out we went to the front office, talked to the staff about what we needed to do to avoid move out charges, BOUGHT The paint color scheme they SAID to buy from Sherwin Williams on Tech Ridge. (Funny when you go to buy the paint, the staff even told me “I don’t know why they make you do this, they are going to repaint the whole apartment anyway”)We spent 2 days patching holes, and spot painting….. the ONLY room changes were made in (Living Room)……Then they Billed us 172.00 to repaint the Entire apartment.6.)AIR CONDITIONING - Air Conditioner would stop cooling on multiple occasions mid summer. To make Matters worse, in the Evening the Temperature would not go lower than 79 Degrees, and we had a new born baby.We went to the Office, explained in Detail that it appeared that our thermostat was being throttled, that each day around 5 pm the temperature would raise, and stay at 79 degrees. The APT Manager said NO, that isn’t something we do here, no one is throttling your thermostat…. She literally said this to me after I explained to her in detail what was happening.5 Minutes later the Maintenance man walks in, and says “Your Thermostat IS being throttled, we have some units that are tied into and controlled by the city. The city will raise your temperature to 79, so others can keep their low for the most part.”7.) Dog Feces…. People leave dog feces in the halls and on the sidewalks. There is almost no grassy areas, and with all the dogs in the complex, that means those areas are dumpsters, dogs are pooping on the Rocks, and walk ways.Where Mesa Verde win’s as far as Location, and Price verse other apartments in the area, They FAIL for the 7 itemized reasons above.DO NOT MOVE HERE.
CURRENTLY LIVING HERE AND HATE IT:Initially these apartments looked great. The model one they showed us had all new appliances and there was plenty of parking. Staff assured us it was easy to find parking without paying for covered parking spaces. ($25 a month per car for a spot)We wanted a 2 bedroom, which they had available but they said it wasnt upgraded to new appliances. We asked if it could be upgraded before we move in but they flat out refused! All the other apartments we visited offered to customize the apartment to our preferences before we moved in. (EspeciallyTramor at the Arboretum!) Well, whatever, we can be happy without upgraded appliances. We sign the lease and eagerly await our move in date.Day of the move in: We walk into our new apartment to discover the kitchen counters are a gross puke green color. We knew we werent getting upgrades, but holy crap they could have mentioned the counter tops were such an unappetizing color. Next we do a walk through of the apartment and the paint job is horrible. The walls are a tan color and the baseboards are white, and you can tell the white was done after the tan, because there is an uneven edge along the whole wall and the coat is uneven and you can see the tan peeking through the white. There are also holes in the guest bathroom wall which have been sloppily patched over. Bedroom door has a huge crack that has been painted over, not even patched. But wait! It gets worse. There are only about 10 uncovered spots in front of our apartments. And theyre not even really in front, theyre just the closest ones to the building. Most days I end up having to park 2 buildings down because by the time I get home from work or school, all close spaces are filled. There have even been 4 occasions where all the uncovered parking on my SIDE of the COMPLEX were filled, and I had to park in a covered spot and hope my car didnt get towed.Dont even get me started on how THIN the walls are. Not only can we hear our neighbors, but the AC unit, and MOPAC all day, all night.Their staff is also lazy, and the management is money hungry. There was a pile of glass that sat in the breezeway of our building for almost a whole week! My partner alerted the staff to this matter on a Thursday or Friday, and no body did anything about it until he sent a follow up email to the manager the next week! We have a dog we regularly take out, so shards of glass being all over the place was unacceptable. There are also fire ant mounds all over the parking lot and grassy areas around the apartment. (more like fire ant palaces, they are so large). Currently there is a box of honey comb cereal that has been left outside our building for the past 3 days. And a smashed orange crayon. Previous residents of our building include a moldy bag of animal crackers and dasani water bottle. The cherry on the cake is the $2.50 utility fee they started adding on to our rent for notifications by which they mean the slip of paper they leave on our door letting us know rent is due. Their response when we protested? We consulted with our lawyers and its legal for us to add this charge. Great, just because its legal doesnt mean youre not an A hole.TLDR: Apartments suck, staff sucks, CANT WAIT TO MOVE OUT!
I actually didnt move on to the property, I viewed them and loved the apartment and even more the location. I decided I would go ahead and apply for a apartment. I am currently in a lease now that will be ending beginning of April and was told by management that in order to apply for the apartment I HAD to put in my notice at my current property(No property ever in Austin has told me such a thing). When asked why would I need to do that I was told by manager that my current property would not release any of my rental history UNLESS I have put in my notice to leave (even though its not time) which made absolutely no sense to me because this property HAD NOT approved me yet for the move in which I was very leary about because once you put in your notice your current property can IMMEDIATELY put your apartment back on the market for rental. I have Excellent rental history for 13yrs +, fair credit, and no criminal history of any kind so I trusted that everything would be ok. I brought in a money order for $140($40 was per applicant & $100 was for apartment) which I might add are both non refundable and Of Course its not on the paperwork that was handed to me. Received a call from leasing girl Aracely that everything had been approved but a deposit would be required. When asked why I was told that it was because there was a judgement on my credit. Mind you a judgement that had absolutely nothing to do with rental history so I was told that I would need to pay $525 or one months rent which wouldve been $1375. I questioned where the dollars amounts were coming from since they are a huge difference and was told that if I paid the $525 then $300 of it would be nonrefundable and $225 I could get back. She added that the $1375 would all be refundable which we all know you almost never get your deposit back because they always find something no matter how well you clean when moving out. My move in would not be until April 5th but I was told that they would need the $525 ASAP (Not at lease signing April 5th) Which pis**ed me off. Mind you all that I had gave my notice to vacate my current property a few days ago so I wasnt sure my current apartment was already leased out or not. And on top of all during this conversation is when I found out that my $140 was nonrefundable even though it does not state it. So basically they wanted $665 from me ASAP just to to move to this property. I loved the place but its just not that serious. My as* has learned my lesson. I will NEVER put in a notice a place before I get approval on the next one I dont care I much I like it. Thats like resigning from your job before you even get your next one. Thanks Mesa Verde but Im going to pass and stay right where I am. Enjoy that $140.
My car was just towed from the spot ive owned for 18 months with no warning or notification. there are no signs anywhere indicating a number to call or a towing company. they have all been ripped down. ive been told by 911 311 and the towing company to try to get reimbursement from the complex after i get it out. thats extortion, my license plate number is on my lease you stole my property from a place only i can park and are demanding money to get it back. i will continue to post this everywhere i can until someone decides to contact me and make this right.
When I lived there I had a lot of problems with the office staff. They are very unprofessional and dont know what their doing. Now, the maintenance staff is great! Now fast for ward four months and this happens. I received a delivery notification that a package was delivered there for me. I call immediately and leave a message and ask them to hold the package. They never call me back so I call again and check. The girl says there are no packages for me and that they sent the package back to UPS. I call UPS and they say they never received the package. I call them again and guess what? I have TWO packages today. I go by and pick them up and tell them my problems. I check the package and one has been there for over a month and a half! On my way out the girl brings me THIRD package. She asked if I gave them a forwarding address and I told her that obviously I did that as its apart of your check out sheet. She agreed and said it was strange.I get back to work and I get a call from the manager who tells me it isnt their job to watch the packages. I told her that for a month and a half the package has been sitting there and it never occurred for her to call me? She said no, we just set them in there and dont pay attention otherwise. There are two piles. One that is RTS and one for the residents. Agian..So youre telling me that they sit for a month and a half in the RTS pile? I told her that I completely understood that it was WAY too difficult to go the extra mile and she said, yes its is. She said it was too difficult to go the extra mil a few times actually. I am so happy I dont call this place home anymore. The office staff changes constantly. They screwed up my payments and service requests constantly. I have nothing good to say at this point. That office is and forever will be full of complete idiots. Sorry girls.....It is what it is.
Pros- stainless steel appliances- great floor plans- good water pressure- electrical outlets everywhere- quick maintenance- 3+ mile adventure trail- easy highway access- tennis court- racquetball court- volleyball court- yoga studio- apartment gym (could replace the average user’s gym membership if it had a leg press machine, and 2 additional 10lb barbell weights)Cons- mosquitos- extra $30-50 per month for trash and water- extra $30-40 if you don’t have a washer and dryer (the onsite laundry mat is not convenient)- extra $30 a month if you want a guaranteed parking spot (difficult to find parking on weekends)- the gates did not work for over 7 months- the entrance and exit gates do not open simultaneously (slow to get in and out)- residents sometimes do not clean up their dog poop- front office has inconvenient hours- thin walls- billiards and chess table are only accessible during office hours- no hot tub- 2nd pool rarely cleaned- barbecue pits were occasionally broken- ceiling fan switches never worked (maintenance could not fix)- all my countertops were stained a mustard yellow (maintenance could not fix)- drive-through mailboxes are more gimmicky than anything else- apartment events are frequent, but are nothing special- expect a rent increase once your lease is upOverall 3/5- It is nice and livable, but overpriced.- If you are working at NI, you can easily save yourself a couple of hundred a month by increasing your drive time by 3-5 minutes.

2022-01-28I’ve been here for almost two years and I’ve had a good experience. My apartment is really nice and the location is great. Good amenities and nice neighbors. No real issues with my place and if anything comes up they are always super quick to take care of it. Everyone here is nice and helpful.Sad that I have to move because it looks like my rent is going to go way up and I won’t be able to afford to stay here. :(

2021-12-15I have been living at Mesa Verde for almost a year now and will be renewing my lease tomorrow! I have never had a great apartment experience until moving here. The management is without a doubt the best I have encountered! They are understanding, professional, and super responsive when you need them. There are also so many fun activities hosted by the team and amazing amenities!! I love it here!

2022-07-08I have been here for a little over a year. By far the best customer service that I have ever seen. Especially during COVID, where I think customer service has declined significantly worldwide. I have never seen a group of people put so much effort into communicating and getting things done like the staff at Mesa Verde. From the day I got a tour of my apartment to today, they have treated me like a new customer, which is extremely rare.To all Mesa Verde employees, thank you for making my stay here so easy and joyful.

2022-03-22I’ve been living here for a couple months now and have had a great experience overall. The front office staff are amazing, super nice & welcoming! All maintenance requests are handled super fast. Great location overall since it’s so close to the Domain & other grocery stores. Also the free coffee is super nice :) I highly recommend living here!

2022-07-15It is the second time our catalytic converter got stolen from the parking lot in less than 6 months. The first time inside the apartment complex but they don’t have security cameras, that’s why we decided to park outside (in front the leasing office and just in front a security camera). The second time happened last night and they said there’s no one recorded in the videos (which is weird) and there’s nothing they can do.I feel so disappointed, frustrated and mad about these situations. Even though is a nice place to live, considere this issue if you want to move in.

2021-10-11Great location. Reasonable rents. Has a lot of untapped potential. Nice customer service and maintenance. But i wanted to write some areas for improvement as well.A lot of money has been spent in upgrading facilities but very basic things have not been thought about. I have listed some examples1. A renovated gym has been put in. place which is amazing to look at but doesnt have a single bar to lift weights let alone a squat rack. And squat rack is the most used instrument at a gym. It hardly costs 500 bucks. So many people that i know including me still have to take external gym memberships2. Recycle trash canisters are not available at all trash locations and where they are available they are always full and overflowing.3. Tennis court always has leaves on it. Sometimes if becomes difficult to play because of the leaves, despite it being one of the best courts in austin that i have played at

2022-04-26I’ve been here 3 years and I can’t believe how much change has happened especially with the state of the world! Everything has gotten so nice. All of my friends are jealous of the clubhouse and gym!

2020-09-14I have been a long term resident of Mesa Verde and just signed a longer term lease and I highly recommend this place. They allowed me to transfer to another apartment before my older lease ended. This was very helpful since I needed a larger space and more privacy for my kids to attend Virtual classes. The office staff (Special kudos to ALEXIS, Christy, and Bailey) is friendly and is very open to work with you and resolve any problems if and when they arise. The apartment complex is gated and maintained. The tennis courts are great if you have kids that want to play tennis. We haven’t been using the office space due to COVID, but pre-COVID, it was convenient to grab a cup of tea or coffee and print a Few pages if your own printer was malfunctioning. They offer classes and racquet ball studio as well, which I never used.My only pet peeve: when I tried to transfer my lease, the rent quoted changed depending on who I talked to. Better to have the office staff give everything in writing. We love our new apartment.

2022-05-26Slightly above average - if you can afford to live near the Domain then there are better apartments then Mesa Verde around this area.
