This is a great property to live at! I love the floor plan and its location. The area feels cozy and the amenities are nice and kept clean.
I love these apartments! Not one complaint about them! Very quiet and there’s always parking available! Now inside the apartment is different story! Very well cleaned before move in and maintained! Everything is fairly new and replaced! 10/10 I would live here for years to come!

I want to start off by saying that Luis the assistant manager, i believe, is by far the most pleasant person to have assisted us. When my fiance I were looking around at apartments, he stayed in constant contact and went out of his way to help us find the perfect unit we were looking for, with washer and dryer hook ups. Even getting us in he made everything so easy and he and the manager were so pleasant and so welcoming. I have never had an experience like this at my previous residence, where rent was more expensive and that was a poor experience due to managements. The improvements they are making to this place so far are great! I havent lived here long but I know we are gonna be very happy here!
Were getting our rent raised from $850 to $1088 after 12 months of living here. A/C doesnt work, balcony is literally falling down and many other problems. Overall terrible experience.
They have been great with me for the past 5 years that I have lived here, even with the COVID situation they were flexible with the payments, I was unemployed for some months and they helped me on the process, aside of that it’s in a great location next to everything basically!! And they have beautiful apartments !!
Great apartment complex! Property manager Luis keeps the property very well kept and is respectful and also helpful to every question you have about the complex! Anything goes wrong and maintenance fixes it right away! Definitely a place to call HOME
I have lived at Mesa Village Apartments for four years and it is a place you can call home. The location is excellent. Located just a few blocks from Albertsons, Big Lots, Walmart , Home Depot and Coronado High School. Surrounded for a variety of nice restaurants and fast food places. Luis, the property manager is very concerned about all the needs of the residents, in addition to his professionalism and the attentiveness that characterizes him. Maintenance is fast and effective. They installed solar panels so that all the entrances and balconies of the property are illuminated at night which makes it looks brighter and even more safer. I recommend these apartments 100%.
The line of communication between property management and you is 100% open. You know your needs and expectations are being met this way! I am so pleased with my renovated unit. Im a stickler for things like nice base boards and big windows. I appreciate the effort that’s put into maintaining the property as well. I think everyone here takes prides in their homes.
Have been living here for over three years and could not be happier. Everyone in the apartments are very friendly and nice living with. The community is quiet and you can feel safe walking around. Having so many restaurants and shopping options within walking distance is also a plus.
We moved in December 2020 to Mesa Village Apartments, since we moved the office staff has been very professional, attentive and helpful to all our needs, specially Luis who has responded to all our questions and comments promptly. I noticed they are constantly making changes to improve the environment at the apartments. I would recommend Mesa Village Apartments 10/10

I am so enjoying the quiet, pleasant atmosphere here! Everything is well maintained and the staff works very hard to make sure details are taken care of. My apartment is comfortable, up to date, quiet and close to everything. Shopping, restaurants, and anything else you might need is very near by, and waking up to the mountains every day is wonderful!
Claudia and her new staff have been a great lift to these apartments she has been nothing but a great manager and I just resigned my yearly contract here. Theres work to be done but i know with this new staff i have confidence that things will be great. I recommend taking a look at these apartments if youre looking for a safe place for you your family and your pets.
If I could put no stars I would. I moved in last year and everything was so GREAT ! Towards the end I was hardly ever home and then they started finding reasons to violate me charge me for things that were irrelevant. I stated I was not renewing and they said we will notate the account and now it is invalid and the notice had to be done on a certain date which was never stated. Very money hungry place and after seeing how the rating Is now I see why
Amazing office staff, and the front office is very friendly and professional. Luis helped my fiancé and I move in. He kept in contact with us and kept us updated on what unit we wanted. I highly recommend coming to this place. The units are spacious and comfortable with great prices too!
I am very impressed with the office staff and maintenance. Looks like a lot of good changes happening at the property over the past few months. The laundry rooms have all been repainted, and the new landscapers are making the property look really good. Also, the office staff is very friendly and professional. Really nice place to live.
Worst apartments Ive ever lived and the staff there even worse.
If I could give no stars I would. Management is clueless and very unprofessional. It took them almost a month to process our application and even once we’d paid the deposit another week to get us the contract so that we could officially move in. When we did move in the floors were all damaged the cabinets stained and the refrigerator broken. Water that comes from the tap is undrinkable even with a brita filter because it comes out with black particles. I would not recommend to anyone to live here. They charge exuberant fees on top of exuberant rent for sub-par living facilities. 2 days after move in we were left without water of any kind with no notice, and when it came back it was only cold. Unprofessional, immoral pieces of trash the people that run this facility. I can’t wait until my contract is over so I can move somewhere with class.
This is the worst apartment ever. Do NOT rent here. Do NOT listen to any good comments on this page. They were created by staffs working for this apartment. Youll be charged $ 1560.50 before your contract ends and before you move out. They charge random fees and will throw out random bills to make you pay. Your car will get hit and run. This is absolutely the worst place ever to live in. They always lied to you. They are liars and swindlers!!! Again, do NOT come here!!!
I absolutely love this place! We move here about 6 months ago and let me tell you we feel like home! The office staff is very friendly and always able to help. The maintenance staff is the best, first days here we had some plumbing problems at night (midnight), that same night I filled a form online and first thing in the morning the maintenance worker was here fixing it. Sadly we have to move because we are moving to another state.. but I will for sure recommend this place to any friend that comes to lives here in El Paso, TX. The location is amazing also, close to many stores and places to go.
I have lived here going on two years. Good and bad to it. Never had car or apartment broken into. Lots of dings from other tenants who dont respect others property. Tons of issues with all the apartments as I have been close nd try to introduce myself to neighbors so in a time of need we all have people we can count on. Never had problems with roaches or anything of that nature. When we switched apartments in complex they were very fair about costs. However, we had to switch because electrical became and issue after the apartment above us flooded and we had water leaking through our kitchen roof all over the counters for days until they finally fixed it. They really didnt make an effort to get to it right away. We even had to call the fire department to shut off power in the kitchen because you could smell the wires buring in the wall from the water. What I would like to touch on as far as the reason I felt compelled to finally right this review is the water sucks, always has and is the last straw for me. Like some reviews have said either scorching hot or freezing cold no matter how you set it. They have shut off the water to fix this problem numerous times but it is still an issue two years later. They give time frames to fix that they dont keep. Just recently we had to shower with water so cold it took our breath away, they said 2 days max but it took 7 days. Water much colder than the 40 degrees outside. Now they shut off water for 4 days again after saying 3, said they installed new industrial water heaters to fix water issues finally. Well you could guess whats wrong. They have now shut the water off again saying it would be fixed by the end of the night and its not. Forget about being able to shower ever, its going to be a hit or miss with that. Cant even shower before work. Try going to work all day and coming home to not be able to shower and have to go to work the next day grimey...Were moving out as soon as the lease is up. I wouldnt waste your time renting here. I dont know where the good reviews are coming from but dont be decieved.
Ive been to a couple of apartments before but never seen any Terrible apartments like this one. Ive lived in this apartment for a year and a few months after that and had to move out early. Besides the release fees posted, they made me pay $1,000 ( A THOUSAND DOLLARS) extra for cleaning service and utility bill even though I didnt use it that much. I checked the bill and discussed with them, they said you gotta pay extra since you moved out too early. This is completely illegal since it wasnt in the contract neither. Besides, I saw a lot of hits and runs cars and neighbor fightings here too. Dont listen to good comments on this page they were created by people working for this apartment. Do not come here, youll be ripped off. There are other apartments cheap and better than this stupid place!!!
The office staff- Yvette and Melissa are wonderful to work with!! Our property manager is never on site and the office staff cant do much without her!! Ive even tried calling our property manager and has not even returned any phone calls or cares about the people at Mesa Village!! You all should hire a new property manager or promote Yvette or Melissa to have more control since they are the ones that are always on site!!!
It is a beautiful place to live in. Those who work here are very friendly and nice. The apartments are really nice and big from the inside. There has not been any trouble here since we have moved in and the neighbors are nice and dont disturb anyone. This would be a great place to move into and stay.
DO NOT RENT HERE. Very uncaring to real life issues and are always trying to make more money off the tenant. They dont answer maintenance requests days or maybe weeks after to take care of their decrepit establishment. Tons of hidden fees you will have to pay for every month in a separate bill on top of your rent. You can pay your bill no problem until the end of your year lease and still be callous to another persons needs. Only one way for bill payment and that is an online transaction through a bank with no other option. Will not accept any alternate form of payment including money order. If it were possible to bring down their average score on google to a 0, it would be more accurate than their already embarrassing 2.0 score. The staff was very unkind and acted very unprofessional.
I have always had a good experience with leasing office members including Claudia and Melissa. They have always been respectful and go the extra miles for us. They are very accommodating, I have no complaints.Rub a Tub Tub
Is it possible to give no stars? I hate this place when we first moved it besides the disgusting carpets and black holes in the tub our sink didnt work it would leak all over cabinet and floor it took them 3 months to come out and fix it. You share ventilation and water usage with the 4 other families that live in the building, i come home smelling food that i have never cooked before. Even if you use no water at all you still get stuck with 1/4 of the water used by all the other residents so if you have big families that shower often your stuck with a bigger bill. There are roaches everywhere and they seem to get bigger and bigger as the months go by, its like they feed the nasty things instead of killing them. As i am typing this i am moving out of this place and i woke up to find the bathroom flooded from the ac unit that hangs down in there. We have received 4 not 1 ...4!! eviction notices even though we pay rent days before its even due. They upgraded to having online payments but if they ever bother to double check the emails they receive from people that pay their rent they would know that i pay on time every time. The hot and cold water in the shower is a joke im 7 months pregnant and its very hard keep it at a temperature that i dont boil my baby alive with. The neighbors are so disrespectful and when i try to call management to get them to talk to them about the noise they give me an attitude and say its not their problem even if i already tried to talk to the tenant about it.( Upstairs bought their kid a drum set...are they kidding??) This place is joke dont move here even if its a last place on earth, its horrible!
Hit and run and car smash all the time. Staffs are rude and disrespectful. I saw them even yelled and slapped customers during conversation. Neighbors picked up fights with each other all the time. Do NOT come here. The managers never show up in office and when they show up they did not even open the door to let customers in during their office hours. Policies were unclear and intended to make customers pay without good reasons. I left this place two months right after got in. Im gonna have a real website soon to show all the hit and run here and all the arguments as well as bad behaviors that staffs did to customers soon. For sure, everyone will see the fights and threats that apartment staffs did to customers on other websites or on the news.
This place is a nightmare. Staffs are rude and disrespectful. Youll get your car hit and run as other comments said. As soon as you put out move out notice theyll charge you a fee of moving out $ 2,000 not stated in contract with addition of $899.99 for utility bills and cleaning service. Sometimes they charge you $ 299.99 for cleaning dog poops even though those werent your dogs poops. Do NOT rent here. Youll be ripped off!!! Terrible apartment!!!
One summer day, when I was looking in the western part of the city spent a nice apartment to live.Reach a little oasis surrounded with beautiful mesquite trees in the desert.Entering his welcoming reception decorated with two large, dynamic tiles Pretty Horses, I knew that was my place when I received with a big smile and his friendly professional receptionist named Christine.The day comes to settle in my new home, the wind picked up causing the branches and leaves of those beautiful trees danced refreshing our tour of those cool trails on that hot day.Once already installed, enjoy this beautiful view facing south east, rain announced his arrival by creating a spectacular and large rainbow framed by several large gray clouds, escorted by amazing big lightning and strong thunderstorms, confirming that I had arrived home!
The only good thing here is the price. But as your rent constantly increases, that cheap price doesnt last long.Water: The water was constantly burning hot. When you showered, you had to constantly adjust the cold water because it was either way too hot or it was cold. Those were your only two options when it came to water temperature.Bathrooms: The linoleum floor was peeling at the edges which allowed water to get under the flooring. The bathrooms had terrible ventilation and poor lighting as well. All of these factors lead to a constant battle with mold.Air Condition: The units are older than dirt so they will break. Ours broke in the middle of the summer. I had to go without air conditioning for an entire afternoon and evening because they said there was nothing that they could do. The air conditioning is not very efficient either. That thing will run for hours and your unit will not cool off.Heat: Again, old unit. Heat also broke but in the middle of December. Their fix resulted in the air conditioning being stuck on. Middle of December and the air conditioning ran full blast that entire afternoon and evening. Again, I had to wait until the next day because they said there was nothing they could do to fix it.Maintenance: Could not communicate efficiently if youre not a fluent Spanish speaker. Adds to the frustration when youre trying to understand why they cant do anything. One time they entered the apartment to fix something without a claim being filed. Theres a possibility that it was one of the unfixed issues from over a year ago.Neighbors: When we first moved in, there was a man which would approach us and ask us if we wanted to buy drugs. He was around for a couple of months but then there this police raid in the apartment across from us and we didnt see him again. Neighbors used to use drugs on their balcony as well. People below us would lock their dog in the bathroom when they werent home so it would just bark and cry all night long. They also loved watching movies but with the stereo system a bit loud and it would shake our unit.Parking lot: Most of the spaces are very narrow. As a result, each of our vehicles ended up with multiple dents and dings.Dumpsters: Cant go a week without seeing people in the dumpsters rummaging through the trash trying to salvage anything they could.Rent at your own risk.

The repairs that they do are band aid repairs at best. There is a leaking pipe outside my building that keeps flooding even after they “fixed” it and it’s been like that for a year.And my downstairs neighbors apartment actually flooded.Don’t rent here!
Getting the apartment was very smooth and very quick. The lease manager was very helpful to my girlfriend and I. I highly recommend these guys price and customer service-wise.

This Apartment Is Horrible For One There’s Mold In The Toilet So I think A Health Inspector Should Be Called...Two They Complain About The Small Little FIRST COME FIRST SERVE Parking Lot They Have And If People Park under The Reserved Spots That Barely Anybody pays For They Charge You And Three They Make You Pay So Much Just To Cut A Lease Or Move Early It’s Ridiculous I WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY.!!! Power has been off and on, currently has been off since a day ago, hot as hell with air conditioner not working, food in the fridge is all bad because no power... again... third time I have to clean out my fridge of all the groceries I bought. Wish they would fix this electricity problem
Well I came to view the apartments a least 15 mins before the listed closing time and it looks like theyve been closed for awhile .. Im not a huge fan of when companies do this because to me its false advertisement. I had previously lived at these apartments and was super excited to show a friend until they were closed early .

Unorganized and never in sync. I had to pay more rent after I had already paid it because they didnt give me the right total so they charged my rent as late.
Sarai has been the biggest help in getting me all set up with my apartment! highly recommend Mesa Village Apartments!

The apartments are pretty well kept outside but the maintenance never complete work orders, my door was broken by a attempt burglary and it took 3 days for them to replace the door and going on 3 months to finish the frame and painting the door correctly, weve completed and submitted the request several times for various work orders and with no response

Three months living here and I am super happy !! Super quiet and safe !! Zero conflicting neighbors, on the contrary super friendly !! Managers and staff of office workers super attentive and always attending to the requests of the residents! Very attentive maintenance guys !!
Beautiful apartments and great new management. A few years ago the management was horrible but this new one is the best that I have had these apartments in the 5 years I have been here. The apartments have always been beautiful and big 😍

2022-04-07The manager Samantha is so easy to talk about any of our concerns with the apartment. The maintenance crew always are on hand to help with our work orders and are super friendly. The cleaning crew are the best and nice to talk with! The leasing agent is kind and always checking with us to see how everything is going!

2022-02-01I used to live in these apartments, it was great, you can climb up the back of the office building and easily leap into the swimming pool from the roof. The desert behind the apartments was pretty cool too but most of it has been developed in recent years. Judging by other reviews the place seems like its gone down the hill in recent years but it was awesome when I lived there!

2022-04-08Honestly we just moved in here, every apartment complex has its problems, y’all just need to speak up, these apartments are amazing, they have made me feel at home, the view in the morning, I get to see western playland from my apartment and it looks amazing, meza village apartments are great to live in, the broken can always be fixed. Don’t be upset about temporary fixable things just to leave a bad review for no reason, all I can say yes it’s expensive but come on, you pay for what you get !!!!! Research before you come in and complain about the place.

2022-06-20Communication was non existent, hot water and air conditioning issues were awful- I went without hot water for three months on one occasion and without hot water for a month as recent as in January.The laundry rooms were almost always out of order. I don’t feel that the office staff cared about what happened after I refused to renew and started seeking living elsewhere due to these numerous issues.I advise apartment seekers to look elsewhere.
