I moved in a year ago and have a positive experience every step of the way. Hugo is amazing! Its extremely quiet, the pool and and playground are well kept. My apartment is very nice. Any issues I have had regarding maintenance is addressed within hours and fixed the same day. The maintenance staff are very polite and helpful.

So I’m new to Texas and I must say I love my apartment complex as a whole. The space in the unit is lovely! It’s a quiet area, friendly neighbors and no crime activity. Hands down for our Maintenance team🥰 they always respond in a timely manner to work orders, they communicate with the tenants on reference to the work order. Every time they come they are always respectful and friendly! The willingness to correct the issue without is everything. The upper management Hugo is WONDERFUL, he believes in chances and always reflects a positive attitude no matter what the situation is. I’m glad I found Mesa Vista I’ll be a proud resident until I find me a home to purchase.

I love my apartment, it is one of the most spacious apartments I have found in Fort Worth for the price. I think the rent is as fair as it could be, others I looked at cost more for less square footage. I couldnt ask for a better property manager than Hugo. Hugo always has an ear to listen to any problems there might be and the maintenance crew is prompt to fix any issues that may arise. The property is also very well maintained. The entire properties staff is always very polite, friendly and respectful. Because of Hugo and his staff, I give this property 5 stars.

The apartment complex is clean but the management is a No! My sisters and I have been harassed since we moved into the establishment and are looking to report this.

I had some problems finding a place to stipulations department manager work with me I love my apartment is nice spacious I think the rent is fair I couldnt ask for a better place at the moment

Lots of nosey neighbors and people drive way to fast in the parking lot its seems to be particular to one race to rent there too high for the small apartment space
