It was alright, the bathroom ceiling had a leak. Good nice clean room, and the housekeeping was good about knocking on your door once a day to take your towels and trash daily and give you clean towels and new trash bags. You can hear every step a person takes in the room above you if your the room below. It was a nice stay other than the noise.
It was excellent for the following reasons. the rooms are always near clean and fully maintained the staff here is friendly and make you feel comfortable. always here for guests needs. we have stayed here since August of last year and continue to to get excellent service. If youre interested in poor quality and service try look into the two other motel 6 we stayed in the one in deming NM was like a prison awful accommodations and swamp coolers heater didnt work beds horrible than the one in Yuma was a mess and for 90 dollars a night not good at all. The staff here as I said are very nice and we recommend them to everyone
Hated it! These people are Indian givers. Front desk staff are disrespectful and heartless. Me and my family couldnt be together in a room. Man at the front desk, I guess the owner only cares about money. The sheets,towels, and toilet had Indian hair all over it. Even the floors. Also the ice bucket had Indian hair in it. It was disgusting. I havent stayed at a motel 6 until now & I cant believe the way me & my family was treated. The housekeeper guy was very nice.
The door didnt close completely, which worried me about security when I was gone. When I was there I locked the deadbolt. Shower head needs to be cleaned, because it didnt spray very far. The ice machine was out of service.Good: The bed was comfortable. The heater worked. The water was hot. The room was quiet. The curtain stayed in place well.Overall it was a little short of my general opinion of Motel 6. I normally rate Motel 6 a 4 star for no more than one minor issue. So I rated this time a 3 star.
The room was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed, NO Hot water even at different times during the night I couldnt get anything but lukewarm.The fan in the bathroom was so loud it was annoying and hooked into the light so you couldnt turn on the light without the noise. Very tight parking lot. A nice area behind the hotel to walk a dog. Terrible TV lineup unless you speak Spanish or shop all night or watch HBO.
Clean and great service. The rooms are basic but there is a fridge & a flat screen TV. The A/C was great! Its not the Ritz, but for the price, I d stay there again.The only negative is our non-smoking room smelled like someone had broken the rules.
Had to stay a week waiting for my home to b fixed, room was checked every day , ac perfect and quiet . Mngmt are on top of their jobs.
It was a great experience, very nice in the inside, it was just to dim/dark for me. Luckily, I brought my own blow dryer because the hotels didnt work. Maintenance came as soon as I called seemed like. they also had great customer service their!
They were very accommodating at midnight when we got there. We had our labradoodle with us and they gave us a ground floor room since they had one. The only complaint would be that the floor of the shower is very slick since they dont have any non-slip strips or a mat for the tub. We let them know but they dont seem to care. Its a lawsuit waiting to happen but not my problem. We would stay there again though cause it was clean and comfortable. Parking lot is small also.
Over all nice room, hardwood floors,clean. However the door dead bolt would not lock and sometimes the door didnt latch.We needed to used the heater the filter must not ever been change.It smelled so bad had to open door for a a while.
Ive stayed in Alvarado several times, but at another property. it was booked up so we decided to stay at Motel 6. it was a mistake. it is an older facility that looked unkempt up close. bird droppings on the handrails, dog food dishes along the sidewalk, along with full trash bags, all of this outside. when we got into the room the air conditioner took several minutes to start, and it was very noisy. the exhaust fan in the bathroom was noisy also. the towels were thread bare and smelled of bleach. over all the room was clean the tv worked and the water was hot. we left very earlier than we planned so we didnt have the breakfast.
The owners/managers are really chilk, and they are actually helpful if you have a problem. Access to Washer and Dryer, pet friendly, and guest friendly. When I say guest friendly, I mean its okay to have people over during the day. No extra overnight guests of course
Best Motel 6 out of the entire metroplex! The room are the cleanest nicest rooms you could ever get at a Motel 6, the staff and the cleaning couple are all great people who love their job and do it well, they really go out of there way to make you comfortable, great weekly rates, and they are surrounded by some of the best eating and shopping places in the area. I love getting away for a week or two here whenever I can. Theres no place better!!!
I’m not sure that they clean these rooms everyday. Could look up a remedy on how to remove stuff written on wood in permanent marker my kids seen it before I did so that was awesome or idk spend $4 for a stain wood pen and mark over it. I’ve been to a hand full of motels and this is by far the most ghetto one. But guess u get what u pay for
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. This was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks we were in Texas.
Traveling from out of town. Our bus wasnt coming till 8am the next day so we decided to get a room. The guy at the front desk was so rude my brother was paying for the room, and he made it VERY clear 3 times that if anyone else that wasnt paid for stayed in the room that we would be asked to check out with no refund.(They give no refunds what so ever) We get in the room & I went to the restroom and there was literally fecies on the toilet. After I saw that I checked the bed, pulled back the covers and there was a pee stain on the sheet. They took the burners off of the Stove so you cant cook, we had to buy microwave food, which is fine. I just thought maybe they were defenseive because they run a nice a Motel but no, i was disgusted with the room & service.
The owners are super nice. Unless you keep the keys if you keep the room keys or have more than one youre in trouble lol
Everything was great it is not the first time I stay at this location and it will not be my last. I wish I could of got a discount I was running late showed up at 11pm then had to be out by 11am, but it was all good, great services, clean room it is always good, thanks for all that Motel 6 does for us to have a great stay.
Our stay on the 23 of August was aweful. The room had an aweful smell. There was cat feces on the ledge outside our room where the rain would come off roof and rinse into pool ares. Called in a complaint and was only given 25%off our stayNot happy here.
Everyone was pleasant. Had to have somewhere decent and inexpensive that my daughter & grandkids could stay while we were having electrical issues. Very clean. Staff was lovely to my babes! Thanks!
It was awesome. The surroundings outside can be a little cleaner but our room was clean to our liking. The complete overall stay was awesome. Great customer service!! Will stay there again soon!
My husband and I stayed one night, and We planning on staying extra day. My husband went and payed for another day and desk clerk said everything was good and my husband signed it. Then around 11:30 am the man desk clerk called our room and my husband talk to him. He said our card was declined, and thats not true , and the card was still processing. We think we got ripped off We left. We will never stay there ever again.

They were able to accomodate a downstairs room and have a huge grass field behind the hotel for pet walking. Close to many fast food places and fuel. Fride/micro in room. We will stay there again.

She was rude - tossed her head - then walked offFront desk REFUSED to let my husband and I speak to a manager. Instead... We were threatened with police and told to leave

I found black hair on 2 of my 4 pillows. Unfortunately, I arrived at 11 pm and worked for an hour before I realized 2 of the pillow cases hadnt been changed. Too exhausted, I threw them on the floor. Oh... and no breakfast even though it was advertised online. Unfortunately seems like a case of You get what you pay for.
Good location. Rooms are nice and clean. Definitely better than some of the other Motel 6s Ive stayed at in the past. Its relatively quiet as well. But thats a given being in Alvarado, haha.
Door deadbolt would not lock. floor was dirty still and found hairs on toilet seat when I first walked in. The staff at checkin was nice but when I went to pay for another night the staff member seemed very irritated by something?

Room was very clean, comfortable. Great price. Only 2 things I would complain about: pollows were hard and uncomfortable, and would have liked a coffe maker in the room.

Customers above us were loud all nite and could not get sleep. Had to stay another day cause couldnt travel so tired and no discount was given for a second day.
The rooms were very comfy. Clean bathrooms. Did have 2 burnt out bulbs one over sink and the other was by rhe beds.

Horrible is the only thing I can say. Staff was obviously the in laws. They dont speak English. The bathroom consistented of 2 towels &1 wash cloth. Pool was closed by the City of Alvarado, so that tells you something.
Expensive. Weekly rate for a double is $389.95 for a single is 380$

After booking a room and my driver getting there they said they would not let a truck park in their lot. They are a hotel off a hwy in a small town. No wonder the place is a dumb.
We found this motel by accident and have stayed several times since. Staff is pleasant, rooms are clean, and comfortable.
My stay was very pleasant and comfortable, everything. Theres a bank and lots of fast food choices nearby.
All of the staff have been wonderful & the rooms are very nice as all of the rooms have not yet been updated to the standard rooms of Motel 6.

Nasty room I stayed in i have no idea about the other rooms but mine had blood on the wall in the restroom,spots of blood on the sheets,dirty toilet dirty pillow cases and the TV leans forward and you have to prop it up yourself oh yea and the heater takes all night to actually heat up..Only reason I gave it a star because I had to in order to post..

2021-09-15I have stayed at many M6s this has to be one of the most convenient location i have seen as far as food and stores in walking distance but it is hidden in the back. It is very quiet and peaceful family that runs this fine establishment really deserve this 5 star rating which i do not give easy with places i actually have extended stays at. Very clean i really dont have a single complaint.

2019-05-05My husband, daughter and myself stayed at Motel 6 and it was great. The room was clean and well stocked. The updates to the rooms are really nice. The towels, sheets, and bedding were very clean and the room smelled amazing. The bathroom was spotless. The motel is quiet all night. We all slept like babies. The cleaning crew was so nice and polite. They made sure we had everything we needed and wanted. When they promise to bring something back they always did. The front desk staff was super. They were polite and so friendly. Overall the rooms are clean, staff friendly and the prices are right.

2021-06-15After another hotel conveniently lost our reservation and charged us $25 more than our reservation was for on our way to Dallas...on a whim we stopped by here after leaving the Nascar race in Dallas. The room was clean and the jacuzzi was niiice! We are not sad we ended up here. We even ended up staying an extra night. Thanks, Motel 6 for leaving the light on for us! ❤️

2020-08-28As I just recently moved to Alvarado and needed a place to stay in. motel 6 provided all the needs that i required the cleanliness and space are sound and the janitorial staff here is on point and on schedule every day was very impressed.however the staff at the FRONT DESK is a different story the older gentleman I dont know who he is but I wouldnt be surprised if one day he was horribly beat by a angry customer. Other than that the stay was pleasant and I would definitely consider returning 😃👍

2021-09-25This Motel 6 is well lite up, patrolled and safe, clean, friendly staff, most always quiet, has soda machine, ice machine, washer and dryer, a variety of rooms to fit needs, handicap excessive including close parking, the price is good, well maintenance, clean pool during season, pet friendly with dog park, staff OnCall 24/7 just ring service bell.The location is 35E South and Hwy 67 Henderson making Alvarados Motel 6 a cross road for surrounding counties, cities and towns. Cleburne ,Burleson, Waxahachie, as well as Dallas and Fort Worth and other surrounding city are within a few miles of the motel.Nearby ( even walking distance) is 3 gas stations, Mc D., Taco Bell, Whataburger, several pizza delivery/take out, a few local restaurants, a grocery store, dollar general, family dollar, metro PCs, and you can even walk to get your nails done. Almost left out DQ,Sonic and Chicken Express. AutoZone and a Wells Fargo are at reach too!Amusement Parks, lakes and camping equipment are near too!If that doesnt satisfy an answer to a question then Google what youre looking for. It wont be too far away!Thank you to the staff for your courtesy and professional services. 2020-08-16The best motel 6 Ive ever been to and Im from Dallas. Huge selection of commercial free movie channels. More then Ive ever seen at any hotel before. Staff is very friendly. And theres even a few kittens that roam around later at night that are adorable. Overall this is a great hotel especially for the price. If I could give 6 stars I would. Definitely recommend.

2020-08-29I stay here a few times a year, and I feel like its gone downhill. The rooms are okay, spacious, cold AC you need in Texas. No plugs near the bed, which youd think would be a simple thing for people to charge their phones. I usually choose Motel 6 because I travel with dogs and their policy is easy. This location doesnt have enough parking for the amount of cars. There are cats that live on-site which can make it tricky walking dogs. The grounds outside are pretty gross, lots of dog poop, beer cans, sometimes broken bottles, no baggies in the poo station. On this particular stay, my neighbors mustve been having WrestleMania night or perhaps renovating at 2am, who knows. Im seriously considering paying more to stay at a better hotel next time.
