They had the best customer service I have experienced in a long time!! We called and asked for towels and they were delivered to our room promptly! They called 30 minutes later just to check on us and offered a late checkout for the inconvenience! Will definitely be back and I encourage everyone to check them out
Price of room was reasonable, unable to maintain wi-fi access. Staff said there were too many users. Had to cancel my reservation after one night. They refunded the rest of my stay. Went to a different motel, that was actually less with better service, including wi-fi.
The lobby was clean and smelled nice, hallway smells of straight pee, only had 3 towels for reservation for 4 in room, tv did not work n took them until next day to fix. Absolutely no refunds, find a different motel!!!!! Staff was nice until refund mention...
There were bed bugs. We asked for a new room or a refund and were denied both. I love Motel 6 and use them for most of my travels. I was very disappointed.
This was by far the worst Motel 6 Ive ever stayed in. We were the only people in the entire motel wearing masks. Even the man at the front desk wasnt wearing a mask. The first room we were put in was horrifying. There was literal poop in the toilet, dirty q-tips on the floor, yellow stains on the wall next to the toilet that looked like urine, the microwave and fridge had so much gunk caked on them they were unusable, the bathroom light flickered, there were food scraps on the bed and chairs, sticky stuff all over the floors, and there was no smoke detector in the room which probably isnt legal. We went to the front desk to ask for a room change, and the man at the desk gave us a hard time about switching because we used the ONE bar of soap in the room to wash our hands after touching the door knob, even though we were only in the room for 15 minutes. The second room we were put in was a little cleaner, but there was no door knob on the bathroom door, so the door couldnt be shut and the lock on the outside door was broken off. The toilet also wouldnt flush on its own, so we had to fill the ice bucket with water to flush the toilet. There was no remote in the room, so we couldnt even use the TV. If it werent so late and we werent so exhausted, we would have left and found somewhere else to stay. Worst experience Ive ever had with a Motel 6. Do not stay here, save your money. Wish I could give zero stars. Made a reservation 6 days ago, arrived today only to be told...SORRY. WE CANCELLED YOUR RESERVATION!!! The front desk attendant was very polite and friendly upon my arrival. The room was not ready so her and the housekeeper went and prepared it quickly. They were short on towels so I was given a bath towel and hand towel. That was fine. Then I get to my room and it in my opinion was not cleaned as it should have been. There was some type of animal hair on the floor, the light in the bath room didnt work consistently and the bed linen seemed very dingy. Nice staff but room for improvement with the state of the room.
Nothing to say, I slept well because the entire joint smells like weed as soon as you walk in the door! My son laughed the entire night.
The area is amazing. The service is amazing. The front desk are super polite. I booked the room at a last minute thing and my room was ready in about 30 minutes which is amazing and unheard of these days. My room, however, had issues. The room was non smoking but when I entered the room I smelt a dry, thick smell of lingering smoke (possibly from the AC unit). There were 2 beds and one of the beds had these large grease stains on the top cover and food crumbs on the cover. The remote didnt work, so I wasnt able to watch TV. Finally, the window curtains are kinda cheap so the sun shines through and I was up bright and early instead of sleeping in as I had hoped. However, for the exceptional price, and kindly service I would recommend for simply the purpose of needing a room for the night and nothing more. Your front desk staff is phenomenal-- keep up that great work and customer service! The front desk staff would be the main reason I would recommend this place.
Stayed a total of 10 minutes. Got to the 3rd floor and people were yelling at each other. Got in our room and there were no blankets and the sheets were covered in stains. TV was on but frozen. Bathroom door wouldnt stay shut. Save yourself the time and find somewhere else. We ended up at the Super 8 and it was great!
This was by far the worst motel I’ve ever been to!Cigarette burns in all the bedding, floors weren’t even swept, remote to TV didn’t exist, and our room keys didn’t work and we had to go get the front desk to open our door with a key every time we left. Mini fridge and microwaves were broken and missing racks and plate. Washers were being used by residents at the motel, there was dog feces in the hallway, people RUNNING down the hallways all night, and trash was left behind from previous people. The facts that our group had to pay for 5 non-refundable rooms for two nights was sickening!
Took til the next day to get tv fixed, only had two towels when room was reserved for 4 days with 4 people. Hallway smelled of mold and pee, no outside garbage cans. Apparently it is in a bad neighborhood and has a lot of drug users there, lots of cops patrolling this area and harassing the out of state visitors. No complimentary breakfast or pool
Motel 6 is usually a decent place to save money and sleep in an ok bed. However, this place was awful. Cigarette burns all over the rooms and the lobby smells of liquor, also police were patrolling and circling the building. Worst stay ever.
I booked my stay for Monday through Friday and when I arrived, my room wasnt ready by check in and they were hesitant to give me one that was ready. The room they did give me had a TV with 2 controllers that didnt work and the sound on the TV was terrible. The security latch on the door had been broken off, the toilet was constantly running, and there was hair in the shower from somebody before me. I went out to my car for about 5 minutes on Wednesday, and when I came back, one of the men that works there was in my room with the cleaning lady outside of my room and he was hesitant to leave when I let him know that was my room. On Thursday, night around 11pm, there was a knock on my door and it was the same man that was with the cleaning lady. When I opened the door, he looked surprised and nervously asked me if I wanted towels. I told him no, thank you and shut the door. According to the confirmation email that I received, check out was Friday at noon. The same man who was in my room on Wednesday and knocking on my door on Thursday night, knocked on my door at 11:15am, and when I didnt answer because I was just waking up, he proceeded to open my door, walk in to my room, and let me know that it was time to check out. Very inappropriate and unprofessional. I will never stay at this location again.
Looks ok from outside but inside is indeed of a full remodel. Ac in rooms are ok but when you walk out into hall its up In the high 80s or 90 . I was there in summer time and the elevator was fifty and smells like wet dog
People here are really nice. Had clean rooms and security so I knew my car was safe. Will definitely be coming back next time
Beware of going to this motel, not only the room smelled like weed, shower had no hot water and everything in the room was falling a part from the walls to the door locks. What a tragedy of a motel. They will not issue refund pass 15 minutes. Disgraceful!!
No remote and no blankets. I took the remote downstairs to the manager thinking he was going to bring me a good one back but he didnt. Theres also no phone in the room to call the office. I tried to call for my cell phone but they dont answer it when youre downstairs like with the remote it took him forever to come to the window. This hotel seems a little sketchy. I can see illegal activities going on. Next time Ill choose a different motel 6 because I know theyre not all like this

The first room we checked, the heating until grill was full of debris and the window was cracked with the screen laying in the windowsill. We inquired about water issues in a previous review and were assured there was no water issues. While in the shower this morning, the shower in the adjacent room came on and I immediately lost ALL hot water. My wife had issues with the hot water going off and on with her as well. When we first entered our room, the garbage can in the restroom was full and the other one was shoved under a nightstand. I realize that they are remodeling, but our floor is supposed to be completely finished. I wouldnt spend money to stay here again. With 3 of us staying here, we only got 2 towels and two washcloths even though we asked for 3 of each. The clean ones they brought us were stained and crusty in spots. This place is a nasty dump!
Made a reservation online for 9-10am but could not check in until after 3pm, manager did the best he could but seemed overwhelmed by short staff and Covid. You get what you pay for here. Crowd seems rough but everyone got along and I saw no trouble. Place is a little dirty but rooms are clean. You will need to bring your own towels or at least extra and make sure you have toiletries. Good luck.
So far I have been at to this Motel 6 for one night, I am currently booked for two weeks total so far. It is a No-Frills Hotel and seems pretty safe and a quiet area. I do have a small fridge and microwave in my room as is usually standard nowadays. The lighting is great no worries about Parsons lurking in the shadows. There is a Jack In The Box and a Taco Bell right next door and a McDonalds across the freeway. The room was clean and surprisingly the bed was very comfortable. The staff was a very nice and went out of their way to make sure that I had the room and location I desired.
Property has a good manager. Its just the people that are renting are not from here. But with the new employees now, place is getting cleaned up and you can see the difference!
This motel is suited for certain individuals and maybe the weary passer-by that just needs a place to stay for a night. BY NO MEANS is this a place where you should be expecting a conventional hotel stay. If youre able to keep odd hours and can deal with some indistinct-yet-colorful background noise, this motel 6 should be fine. If youre worried about things like a turn down service, go the other way. To summarize, in the words of a guest back in December 2020, it was dirty and smelle like dog bobo and the staff wasnt clean enoughGod Bless
So be aware the hotel is currently being renovated. It would have been nice to know before I booked the location. As for the room, it was missing a few things and not as clean as I would have expected. On the plus side I can say the new mattress is actually pretty comfortable. I would probably not revisit. I absolutely cant recommend until at least after they finish the construction projects.
If I could give no stars , I would. Dated, unclean inside and out. The white towels are stained and when I asked for new clean ones, I was told they are clean, just stained. Low cost motels come with their own cast of characters and this crowd that stays here, for the most part, were very familiar with the Bedford Police, who were there for some issue, 1- 2 times a week. Some of the locks worked, some not so much. In my bathroom the tiles were painted and of course, chipping paint. The tub, john and sink were deeply stained brown. Lots of noise from other guests. One good - The bed was comfortable. I wouldnt recommend this to my worst enemy.
I spent last night listening to my neighbors fight while the kids ran wild. I was given the option of a room with no air conditioning or one without a key. Once I decided on keyless room the lady at front desk forgot to go up and meet me at the room to unlock it, 30 minutes of her chatting up a dude while applying makeup she finally let me in To a room that was very bare. This was a horribld experience. Dirty towels left in tje shower were the least of the problems encountered. The only thing good was the pizza delivered by pizza hut. This rooms a.c. barely worked due to dirty air filter.
The rooms were comfortable. The ac/heating units need upgrading as the two rooms I stayed in, the labels were faded and did not cool very well. The staff was great, no complaints there. But housekeeping tried to come into my room despite me having the do not disturb lock engaged. I do wish ALL your locations had microwaves as it would have been nice to heat up some tea or coffee. Ive only stayed in one at Euless that did have it.
The beds were somewhat comfortable & the a/c, t.v, & mini fridge worked but thats about the extent of comforts. One of the walls had ashes & dirt streaked down it & I had to scrub out the bath tub before I could use it due to hair being left in it. Im not fond of this particular Motel 6 mostly due to poor customer service. The rooms arent what they once were but for the price I guess it could be a lot worse.
Television and air conditioner didnt work properly. The room was dirty. The people next to us kept us up until 5am doing drugs and basically having a party. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. So when the police k9unit came we got to hear all that as well.
Absolutely disgusting Motel 6! For being a newly remodeled motel, I couldnt believe how filthy the entire property is. Trash galore on the outside entry. Front desk attendant is rude and doesnt take any complaints without complaining himself. I wouldnt suggest brushing your teeth with the sewage smelling water coming from the bathroom sink. Yuck!! Unidentifiable stains on the walls and blankets in our room (looked like blood). I couldnt get passed the moldy smell of the blankets. Curtain rod was broken so I couldnt close out light whatsoever. Only 2 towels for the 4 of us. When I requested additional towels, it was like pulling teeth to receive extra. Outside entry door has a broken card reader and opens freely to anyone making it a free for all. Oh, and if youre looking for meth, this is the place for you. Three separate deals went down openly last night and this morning. I was even asked if Id like some. Nope to dope! Unbelievable!!! This property gives an extremely negative image of Motel 6!I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL 6 LOCATION!!
Staff was great . The maintenance man Atom was so helpful and polite , he went above and beyond his job title. Plus he was real nice to look at . Some how he made me fill safe . The others where just as nice all willing to give their all . Thank you Atom and motel 6 staff

Place is a dump. Pizza on floor in hallway water bottles and trash in floor of elevator. Key did not work in door. Walls in room was very dirty. But hey the a.c. works.
I usually dont give bad reviews but this Motel 6 property was Very Bad 👎 Was very disappointed .. Just One small bar of soap .. one set of towels .. Shower spray loose and broken .. this property needs a lot of work and maintenance .. Hotel Staff were good. Jimmy at front desk was very nice .. Will choose another Motel 6 property next time.
What a horrible experience! When I went to check in, Beretha, the girl behind the counter, had her daughter at work with her. While she was trying to assist me her daughter was answering her cell phone. I had requested a room with 2 queen beds, non-smoking and a micro fridge. The first room was a smoking room. The 2nd room didnt have a micro fridge. In the 3rd room, the lights didnt work. The next 3 runs the card wouldnt work. Her priority was not with the customers. Most horrible experience ever!
Wow! I guess its true that you get what you pay for. I wont say the room was filthy, but it was not clean. Towels are threadbare and had stains. Room smelled moldy. Yes in the middle of the night when I got up and turned a light on, to my dismay there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The ceiling leaked my first night. and left a puddle on the floor. The ceiling had an obvious leak point. It was the same when i left after the 2nd night. I was told it was due to rain and nothing they could do about it?! Would explain the mildew smell! And why the flood lights on the outside of the Motel pointed at all the windows?!!!! The owner (middle eastern) at check in was rude and seemed so put out with helping me or anyone else at the counter. Ill never stay here again. Such a disappointment.
Every place was booked after searching all over the area pulled into a Motel 6 next to Taco Bell and McDonalds. The rooms are clean and in budget, the place is been updated recently. The staff was pretty nice, overall I must say that it was a pleasant experience. I will definitely be adding them to my list of places willing to stay the night. Its was great experience.
I call to ask where this place is located by, and the lady that answer the phone with very poor customer service skills, just stayed quiet for a long time, then proceeded to say what do you want????Shame on her, oh I will be calling HR and the manager of that place.
Check in fine, rooms are OK. Thought you provided shampoo but there was none. Shower would only be freezing cold or scolding hot. There was no warm possible in this room (323). Stayed an extra night and wanted to move rooms but had to go to work, paid again and asked to move when I got back from work. Clerk said it wasnt possible. Also did not re-code my key so I had to come back down to the desk when I got home from work. Also the back door at this place is horrible. It is mangled and is kept open most of the time. The key reader doesnt work. If the door is closed you have to walk all the way around to the front.
I have not stayed at a Motel 6 in years but due to Bob Bodettes commercials about clean comfortable rooms I gave it a try. This place is a dump. dirty rooms, run down, toilet stopped up, sink faucet sprayed all over the place, hallway carpet littered with balls of hair, lint and dirt. Besides that, it was great.Jim H
I was sleeping and someone was trying to come into my room. I hopped up out of the bed and the bottom lock was unlocked. I packed up all my stuff and went down to the front desk and demanded a refund because someone tried to come into my room and the front desk clerk argued with me that nobody tried to go in my room. I argued with him back and I told them to check the cameras. He told me they can’t check the cameras and that I needed to call the police because they are the only ones who can do that. Police show up and basically said that’s not true. But to make a long story short..they checked the cameras and someone did try to come in my room. NEVER STAY HERE
They charge too much which is not reasonable. The blanket is nasty, there is stain and hairs of the dog everywhere in the blanket. As soon as I seen it, I suddenly removed it and requested new and the customer service just said “we will bring up there”. Me and my Husband been waited too long and ended up nothing. They deserved not even a 1 star. We stayed this motel w/o reading all those negative feedback just because my husband was so sick and he required resting as we drove all the way here from Colorado. Nasty motel and very rude employee. Whoever the management is- they should pay a lot of attention to train thier employee on how to have a good manners to treat their customer in a nice way. Shame on this motel management.
Unfortunately we had bedbugs in our room. And my daughters received several bites all over their bodies. When we reported it to the manager they did move us to another room immediately. This room was much cleaner and had been remodeled recently. But nothing else was offered or apologies were given. If we could have gone somewhere else we would have.
1. The hotel as a whole was dirty. Stair wells hadnt been swept in a long time.2. The back entrance to the hotel was broken. So ANYONE could walk in at any time of day or night.3. They cleaned our room the first day but we came back that night to our room unsecure. How long was the room left open. Who knows. I tried to call the front desk but the phone didnt work.4. The bathroom wasnt cleaned. We got clean towels but the sink was dirty.5. I was totally disappointed with my stay at Motel 6. Im loyal to motel 6 but your motel 6 in Bedford, Tx was disgraceful. I wouldnt recommend it to a homeless person.6. Also...the room looked like it had mold on the ceiling. The bathroom looked like it had snot all over the walls.I should get my $$$ back. My $180.00 stay wasnt worth it. 3 night stay wasted.u
I had water on the floor from the mini fridge. I told the front desk and nothing was done. I also found hair on one of the towels. It was a long black strand of a womans. It wasnt mine because what little hair I have is short and straight not long and curly. I also told the front desk about this and he said I will tell housekeeping. Too late I was leaving. The other towels seemed dirty not white. Kinda off white if you know what I mean. Wont be back nor referring anyone else to this hotel. The tv remote didnt work. If I wanted to change channels or the volume I had to get up and go to the tv to do it.
If you were listening to my feedback then I dont know why I got a second survey. But anyhow as I stated in the first one right when I made the reservation someone at the front desk yelled at me and started screaming that they were going to charge me because I didnt show up and I had already made a different reservation with the Motel 6 website and I had to call Expedia and they call the front desk and talk to them to get them to not charge me. I have never been screamed at like that and that was the most unprofessional thing ever! When I got there the Halls smelled nasty and musty just like every other review said and then in the room there was a couple of roaches and it was just disgusting. I should not have paid to stay there at all honestly. So it was a very terrible experience from the get-go. And I stayed at the Motel 6 on Thaxton Parkway and they were actually decent and nice

Rooms smell like mold. 7. Air conditioners are broken and dont work. 8 moved us rooms and it was worse then before. 9. People bbqing at 11 to 12 at night. 10. Staff wouldnt really help or really care. 11. Staff refused to give us refund for us to leave. 12. Messy hallways even had big boxes of trash in hallway
We stayed here with our 1 year old. When we first got there the maid watched us go in and then walked into our room TWICE without knocking. She entered at least one more time while we were gone, as our stuff was moved. She was very weird. The room smelled. The fire alarm was going on and off in our room so finally I took it off the ceiling and brought it to the front desk and could still hear it going off when I went back upstairs. There was cigarette ash all over our non smoking room. The hotel room was on the 3rd floor and was infested with cockroaches. They were all over the floor and there was cracks in the walls and the roaches were in the wall. And there was a freakin SNAKE in our room that went back into the wall. The beds werent cleaned and filled with hair and dirt. We told the front desk and they said ok. And werent shocked/didnt care/didnt do anything so we checked out at 3am. Management refuses to call back.
This place is filthy. The rooms are filthy, the hallways are filthy, the smell of roaches comes out of your bathroom pipes along with the occasional roaches, the entrance is filthy and the exits too. The parking is filthy, the bedsheets are filthy, the towels are filthy. Theres always a water leak somewhere, to your room or from your room. Get use to the Bedford police presence with the M16s and guns drawn because they bust someone out of there at least weekly and never never stay in your car at the motel parking finishing a phone conversation because the police will want to search your car because they say its a high drug activity area. Has happened to me twice. The remodelation that is the latest aggravation because there is always someone making loud noise in the rooms, but now during the remodelation, these construction people hammer and drill until almost 11pm and you probably wont have running water in your bathroom until they are finished for the day but the front desk wont say a peep when you check in. The reasons why this place is filthy its because the management cleaning standards are way below what is normal to you. Thats why they always look at you like you are talking crazy. Because they dont understand. Also they think their prices under those conditions are more than fair and check this out, on the weekends they hike the prices because its the weekend as if they could. I doubt the franchise of Motel 6 knows these facts and I doubt they would care. If there were negative stars Id give it 5.
Great room. Smelt wonderfully clean. No smoking one reason. Thats hard. Anybody that smokes knows go outside to smoke and never ever fails people ask for cigarettes. But the room is beautiful. Thank God forsuch a nice place to stay.
Avoid at all costs. Mold on wall in room, outside side door could be accessed by anyone, bathroom floors dirty - actually saw pubic hairs along edges, whole hotel very damp smelling. Cigarette burns in comforter in non smoking room. Floors in hallway and stairways were filthy. Cops were there both nights we stayed. Staff was far from any good customer service. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else!
It was ridiculously nasty and I couldnt tell for sure whether there were bugs crawling on the floor or not. A room Id just checked in, was so ggv filthy that I bleached the floor myself. I would not recommend staying here,
Avoid at all costs.. dirty.. staff are rude and disinterested. It appears multiple familes live of the second floor and are the managers relatives as they all work there as well.They claim a remodel.. but the matteresses are still old amd shown signs of bedbugs still. When we checked in at 1am and found this.. the manager said we can leave if we want or move room. Then other room were dirty as well. After complaining in the morning we were offer $15 per room discount. Terrible place, rude manager, rude young night receptionist. Avoid this place.
Where do I even start with this place lol. It smelled, the bathroom was gross and dirty, the tub barely drained when taking a shower, no toiletries, our blankets had holes in them, there was zero furniture which was super sketchy and weird. Will never ever go back to this location, we’ve stayed at plenty motel 6 but this one was horrible. Never again.
Hotel was a good place to stay. The staff was friendly enough. I am kind but I dont talk much to those I dont know so their quietness was no problem to me. So I would say I had no problems with the staff nor really any dealings with them. I went to my room to sleep and get up the next day. So I had no problems. My room was clean each day. The bed wasnt so comfy but thats ok for the time I stayed. Very conveniently located near the hwy and other main locations. I think the only thing I was ify about was the smell. It was a stale smell in my room. I think the next time I stay I will probably bring a candle to clear the smell of the room. The area around/outside of the hotel was pretty decent. I was disappointed that the exercise area wasnt available. Im not sure if there was a pool or not. I didnt see it if there was. This is not your best hotel but it is very affordable and for what it is worth its a decent place to stay. Honestly I would stay here again.
This place has turned into a dump. It smells bad and looks horrible. The security latch on room door was practically coming off the wall because screws werent tightened at all. There was rain coming inside and sitting in the window sill. The bathroom wall looked like something like a rat or maybe a tweaker had chewed through it. There was a large green stain on the bathtub. Door stopper wedged in the wall where it apparently didnt stop the door. Tile was uneven and sharp, had to watch where you walk to avoid injury. Vent had hairy mold hanging from it. Ceiling looked like it was on the verge of collapsing. It is one of the cheaper motels in the area. But still for $60 a night, it should have been better than this. I dont recommend staying here.
I just needed a place to bed down for the night to stay in the area. I walked into my room and could still smell cigarette smoke, but it went away after a while. The next morning I got up and went through my routine. Only problem, the shower had no hot water. The sink, when I went to shave, had hot water.
This hotel is terrible. I stayed here a week (sadly) and it was crap. No refrigerator, a small tube television with a remote that didnt work. The laundry room consisted of 1 washer and 1 broken dryer. My room had a broken lock and the second day here there was a maintenance lady working on it for an hour while I was in the room after work. The smell of weed all down the hallways, broken railing on the stairs. Writing on the walls from kids. Side doors that dont lock so anyone can come in. This place is a mess and I would not recommend it!
Customer service was good.1) the moment we enter, it smell very badly weed till room. It was already late to find another hotel since we were having small kids. I felt like weste of money.1) Inside room and walkway(inside hotel) full of weed smell.And walsway was durty.We will never comeback sir as i feel very pain spending money in such facilities.
This is the second time in a row ive made reservations and NEVER GOT WHAT MY RESERVATION STATED. This was the worst. Hotel room had roaches in it. Water in shower not HOT. Water would not drain out of tub from previous shower. Bathroom dirty mold on tile floor. Decor very drab and missing or extra furniture in room not needed. WORST STAY AT MOTEL 6 IN A LONG LONG TIME. Ill think twice before i ever stay at motel 6 again. I do not think it is helping your companys reputation when the people who manage Motel 6s now adays dont act like they care or give a rats butt about your stay or comfort. That is not like you unless youve sold Motel 6 co to foreigners they dont give a crud about customer service or your stay. Didnt even offer a discount on next stay because they dont want to take responsibility to run a well established decent business. Because what i saw Motel 6 owners now a days would care a geat deal. They dont now.
I have great respect for motel 6.However...This property is not being kept clean, which is a basic standard of motel 6. Not only were the sheets stained, the toilet filthy, and enormous hair ball tumbleweeds rolling around on the floor, but there was also blood stains on both sides of the bathroom doors.It was very embarrassing.
This is the worst stay I have ever had. I understand it was a low cost stay but there is no excuse for the room being nasty, unkept and the door handles broke. It is bad enough that I would reconsider having the Motel 6 logo on such a place. The staff is extremely rude as well.
This has been the worst Motel 6 I have ever been to.The A/C was extremely noise and leaked water all over the floor.The floor was uneven and had very large waves in it.The Bathroom - leaking toilet, floor was collapsing next to the bath tub, The mirror had seen better times - the mirror had large areas of mirror material missing, The bathmat was soaking wet, bathroom tissues missing, holes in the ceiling stuffed with paper.Hallway floors were dirty, parking lot flooded, staircase walls were badly patched with handrails coming of the wall.This place was the worst!!!!

2022-05-03The place itself is not to bad, moderately clean and presentable. However the service is simply awful. My room never had a plug so I was unable to have a bath, i asked for one several times, it only took them 8 hours to finally give me one to which I had to physically go down to the maintenance office and ask for one myself. When I went out for a cigarette, I came back to find the cleaning lady and the receptionist having a good old chat in my room, maybe it’s just me but I found it rude that the receptionist was sitting down in my room having a conversation. There was a couple other small things too, I would NOT recommend

2022-01-13Ive been staying in different hotels in the area every night. Two other Motel 6s, one is the Euless Motel 6 across the highway from a QT, and the other is the one by North East Mall, and also a Rodeway in Arlington (crackhead hotel no refunds stay away). This Motel 6 is by far the nicest of these four. Its not even in the same league anymore. They are renovating and the room was nice and fresh smelling, I didnt see one single roach, shower had pretty good pressure, and they let me stay an extra 30 minutes before checking out. Obviously relatively new owners who are motivated and doing it well. It really smells nice. And the room was really clean. This is a safe bet and budget friendly. You never know what to expect when you go stay somewhere, but this is a good one. And super safe area. I grew up around here. Very safe. Theres also great shopping near by and plenty of food within walking distance.

2022-03-29Positive: Nothing. Everything was bad Negative: Complete dive. Bed bugs, roaches and very rude staff. I will never stay there again. Charged me 3 times for a one night stay and threw me out when in asked for it to be refunded. Horrible experience for a disabled, older woman. Never again

2022-03-27I was charged 3 times for a one night stay. When I bought it to the desk clerks attention, he became upset and said he was refunding me all 3 charges and I was told to leave at 930pm. I am an older, disabled woman so what kind if person does that? On my way out, I did see roaches in the lobby. I guess something was telling me not to be there. I still havent seen a dime of my refund. I will be calling their corporate office

2022-06-18The room my husband and I and our dog stayed in was infested with alot of Coaches behind the little refrigerator. and water was linking through the ceiling and flooded our room. Plus the hallways are dirty and they do not vaccume and clean like they should. With the coaches we got spray and that killed them. The. Coaches were crawling on our beds and floors and walls. Finally pulled out the little refrigerator and ahole lot of them were behind their and I sprayed and never seen any since. Plus they over charged us for a week to stay. Everyone else they charged $334.00 but us they charged us $448.00.

2021-09-08This hotel is very very poor even for Motel 6 standards. There were crusty stains on the floor that looked like blood, as well as one on the wall. There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling, a wad of wet toilet paper in the corner of the ceiling in the shower. It did not seem like anyone had cleaned it at all. It took hours to get someone to respond to a request for fresh towels, and even after waiting we still had to ask again and wait longer. Very poor service, very dirty rooms. Especially in these times, not cleaning between guests is simply not okay. No one wore masks at the front desk.

2021-11-22The room was clean & freshly painted. Not any bugs! Staff was friendly although English lacking. They were happy and came at once when the toilet wouldn’t flush. Our car was secure right in front of our window. Someone had been smoking in the lobby or hallway. The beds were EXTRA FRESH AND AND FIrm. Very nice for the price! Lou & Ken Wiginton

Its dirty, smells bad, and the staff is rude.-cigarette burn on the blanket-lumpy bed-lots of noise from highway traffic-smells (so MANY bad smells in the hallway)-roaches
