I been with Prime Mortgage, LLC for 5 yrs, and DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.Prime Mortgage, LLC does not report your monthly mortgage payment to any of the 3 Credit Bureaus, so how you going to get from up under them with there extremely high interest rate when you credit score does not reflect your monthly payments. Basically, you can not get refinancing from a legitimate mortgage company with interest rate going for 3%, when Prime Mortgage do not report your mortgage payments to the credit bureaus, so you will be stuck paying Prime Mortgage high interest rates forever.
Me and my wife had gone to another lender they did not explain anthing to us just sign here and here. Something told me to look at other options.A good friend told me about Prime Mortgage so we went to them explaining ower situation and Im glad I did they explained in detail and even got us a better rate then the first lender. I want to thank prime mortgage for a wonderful experience, I felt like we were family and they cared. Thanks again.
Very easy company to work with. They found financing for an apartment I was buying and were very communicative throughout the process. Ramsey always takes time to answer questions you may have and it was very hassle-free. I plan on using them in the future and would recommend their business to others.

2022-01-30Simply the best experience I could have and asked for? As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what to do or expect? From the day one Naomi explained every little thing step by step. She was able to approve me for a loan with very little documents. She shared her personal experience with us for me to understand the process better. I had so many questions and concerns but Naomi answered them all. She even helped me with things thats not her scope of practice. She researched and got back to me in timely manner. I will make sure and all my family and friends do their business with Prime Mortgage. Thank you for all your help Naomi and PM LLC.

2021-12-25Naomi Ibarra with Prime Mortgage is an angel! When shopping around for mortgages for our new home purchase, we received loan estimates from 3 different lenders, to include Prime Mortgage. Prime Mortgage was not the lender we initially chose to proceed with for our new home loan. Stupidly, we first chose another lender since they had a promotion. However, that other lender was an absolute nightmare—extremely unprofessional & failed to respond to our multiple emails or phone calls.After being jerked around by the other lender for nearly two weeks, we contacted Naomi directly & she was able to work up our loan with lightning speed! Although Prime Mortgage was not our initial choice, once the other lender failed to timely process our loan & we were left with only 3 days remaining to secure lending, Naomi jumped in & took over without any hesitation. What the other lender failed to accomplish over many days, Naomi was able to swoop in & work her magic in less than 2 days!!! Aside from her impressive lighting speed, the interest rate Naomi offered was the lowest out of three 3 lenders.Naomi’s knowledge is superb. We never had to initiate communication with her about our loan, as she continuously kept us informed on the status. Her responsiveness to emails, phone calls, and text messages is beyond impressive. Her willingness to work hard & make the home buyer happy is greatly appreciated! Most importantly, Naomi stands by her word. Naomi is honest & transparent. We felt confident & comfortable choosing Prime Mortgage for our loan. Naomi was an absolute dream to work with! 2021-09-23Im glad I chose Prime Mortgage as my lender. They really took great care of me throughout the entirety of my home buying process. I know they have several clients, but everytime I made contact with them it was as if I was the only client that mattered. I appreciated this level of care and professionalism. Ms. Naomi is an absolute rock star! I cant imagine purchasing another house without going through Prime Mortgage.

2021-04-13First time home buyer here. I hadn’t the slightest idea what I was doing nor the process with home buying. Naomi was absolutely excellent though out the entire process! She explained everything in great detail and was always just a phone call or text away anytime I had questions. Our home buying adventure was less than practical but Naimoi always demonstrated candor and professionalism while keeping us calm and informed. Prime Mortgage is the way to go, especially if you get Naimoi on your team!
