Our favorite place to stay on Texhoma. Clean, roomy, and comfortable. We stay in a cabin on our fishing trips. Its plenty roomy for our gear, a full size coffee pot for those early morning starts, comfortable beds, excellent A/C. With several boat ramps within minutes of the cabin, it makes hitting the early morning bite not so early.
The facility was fantastic. Tons of thing to do with family and friends; swimming (in the pool or the lake), volleyball, sitting on the beach, campfires and more. Rooms are very clean. Will be back many times in the future.
Beautiful cabins, huge area, pool and lake. Wi-Fi separated by area. Very organized for all the visitors with a map on where to go. You need to really look for the names on the cabins but its not too bad.
Wonderful experience! They took us in when we had no electricity. Very nice rooms and good people!

One of the best run places to stay in the lake. Made for events and reunions but you will never regret making plans here. Food and location and the grounds are off the chart.
Clean, nice, accommodating. The food was great. The people are so kind. I would highly recommend this as an event venue. We had 100+ men and they did great.

We held our high school reunion at Prothro this summer. Facilities were great for a group. Food and lodging were excellent. Very comfortable with airconditioning.
Cute place, hike from ceremony to reception not so fun but, lake view is a plus. Needs more directional signs for visitors.

This is a great place for having large meetings and outings and other things around the lake we have used it many times for a church. I think Vince Prothro and his wife for building this.

2021-08-22Very nice place. If you need a getaway place, this is it. Very clean, lots of things to do an see. Nice hike and bike trail, event center, great views of the lake. Very peaceful. Check it out if youre in the area. Cabins and lodge available for overnight stay.

2020-08-06Amazing! This was my third time there, and due to Covid, it was private and quiet. The beaches are awesome and the hiking is fabulous. The grounds are well-loved and well-kept.

2019-04-11Great place for retreats. Both my wife and I have attended spiritual retreats here. It is my understanding that even small groups are families can rent out a few cabins when there is not one of the large retreats going on. Located right on Lake Texoma for wonderful scenery and meditation.

2019-06-30This is an awesome place. One of the best places to stay on Lake Texoma. We rented a cabin which was great for our family. Swimming pool is great and it has great access to the lake. Good food in the dinning ball as well.
