We had such a great experience during our stay. our room was very spacious and clean. comfortable beds and living area. enjoyed using the pool and fire pit. all the staff was so nice and we had a couple encounters with one of the managers who always asked us how everything was and made sure we were taken care of. we will definitely stay here again when we come to visit our friends in baytown!
I feel the need to leave 2 review. This hotel is amazing!!!!!! Ive never felt so welcome and appreciated than I have since Ive been here. Love this place so much
Megan the general manager was great from the planning process through the cost of room, I cant tell you how she made our stay one of the best in the 40 years we have traveled with the military, this was one of the best stays our family has had. Dont get me wrong we have stayed at more expensive hotel,, just not the service we received here. Ty the business manger makes sure everyone is happy in the evenings with either the BBQ cookers outside, or the food and wine, and beer provided every M through W for all to enjoy. Overall this place will go out its way to make your stay the best they can. Thanks Staybridge team this was a great stay.

Great place, great atmosphere and very clean. The rooms are big and homelike with the kitchen areas. Air conditioner was very cold. Which is a good thing. The staff was great and the smell was so nice and settle. Thank you for having us in our time of uncertainty with hurricane IDA.
From the time my family and I made reservations for our stay at Staybridge Hotel we were very impressed with the customer care. I feel as though staff made it so very easy and comfortable for our family to check in and to begin our Stay. Your management Megan and Ms. Cotwright were two of the best employees of any hotel that Ive ever stayed in. Ive never been able to check into a hotel so seamlessly. This level of customer care made me want to continue to book with Staybridge Hotel of Baytown Texas from here on out. Your housekeeping staff also went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable. I will continue to be a customer of Baytown Texas Staybridge Hotel any time I visit the state of Texas.
Best hotel Ive ever stayed at by far. My family and I evacuated to Texas. Megan helped us make sure we could keep everyone in one hotel. Ty made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and the trip back home. Vanessa put up with all of our questions with a smile on her face. The Hotel was very pet friendly and was the cleanest hotel Ive ever seen. Its located on the main strip in Baytown so you can easily find wherever you need to go. We could not have asked for a better hotel experience.

Absolutely the best hotel weve ever stayed in. Every thing was clean, comfortable and more than met our needs. We even stayed an extra night without any trouble. Id like to thank all the staff for doing their jobs, from house keeping to the breakfast staff and shout out to the front desk ladies, Megan, Angie, Jennifer, Kim and Tameka. This was the perfect place to stay for my work related trip. Convenient to everything and the room was really nice and clean.
When we arrived for check in, unfortunately our hotel price was higher than what were quoted over the phone and by email. But it all worked out fine because the fees were refunded. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay. It was extremely hot in Baytown that weekend and the hotel was always cool and comfortable. There was also always a pleasant smell through the halls. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. A true home away from home.
Where do I even begin ? This hotel is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Especially extended. The lobby always smells amazing walking through. House keepers are so sweet and do their job well. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. They really do make you feel at home. Our room was very clean. The breakfast is 5 star. They even have dinner 3 nights a week. If you need a place to stay for one night or even longer this is the place. We stayed here for a few weeks while our house was being built and I am beyond pleased with our stay. Will definitely recommend!
Best staff, Angie, and Kim are both awesome. We have a puppy so “pet friendly” is a big deal, but not only is this place pet friendly you would never know from being there because the place is so clean and perfect. Literally zero complaints. Pool area was great. Good towels, and comfortable beds. My family and I loved it.
My family absolutely loved the hotel. The room was so nice and clean. Staff is always friendly and breakfast is amazing. The only this is breakfast use to be a buffet style but because of Covid-19 they serve it to you instead, but hopefully soon it will go back to normal. We loved it so much we booked another stay in August
Our stay here was great! Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows. Property was very clean and smelled fresh upon entry. Pool area is much more spacious than your average and breakfast was good considering covid regulations (slightly cooler than I’d have liked) but overall a really nice experience. We will absolutely stay again!
Our stay was a very enjoyable experience. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and made the entire check in and check out process smooth. Our room and the entire hotel was very clean and had a refreshing smell at all times. We will return on our next trip to Baytown.
I have had an amazing experience at staybridge suites. Upon my arrival, I was greeted and serviced in the best way. There was hot breakfast and amenities were available. Housekeeping was constantly around. The faculty were nice and friendly also. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone. In addition, Mrs. Tamekia Mitchell-Cotright provided amazing customer service and assisted us in the best way.
We were a long term stay due to work. Everything and I mean everything during our stay was absolutely perfect! I wish I could remember the front desk girls names but all were fabulous! Given a wonderful tour before I checked in, and all were helpful and welcoming. The hotel is spotless, including outdoor areas and laundry and gym facilities. It truly felt like a home away from from. We have traveled for work for over 10 years and never experienced such a great stay anywhere. I was actually sad to leave! I also need to add that the cleaning girl that took care of our room did a top notch job everytime!!! Highly recommend and will stay no other place if we are ever back in that area! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience
The stay at this hotel was perfect. The cook Esmeralda Cortes is very well trained in culinary cuisine. Jessica Camacho is very outstanding in housekeeping and is always polite. Angie, Marisol, and Jennifer are great at front desk and always willing to fix any issues. Megan Thurmond and Ty should be very proud of their employees and know that this property is in good hands when they are not present. I will stay at this property when ever I am in the area above all the other hotels in the area
The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and bed very comfortable. The open space outdoors, grills, pool, and areas to sit and relax, we’re wonderful. I really liked the well lit parking area, felt very safe and secure. I will definitely stay here in the future.
Loved our stay here. Was a little disappointed that our room was on the 1st floor so we couldn’t open up our windows but that was the only drawback. Rooms were spacious and super clean!And the BREAKFAST is super amazing!!! The lady who is over it is the sweetest ever!!
As LA hurricane evacuees i was extremely pleased with the room with full kitchen. The rooms were very clean and the amenities were great! The staff went above and beyond to extend our stay twice and even provided dinner for three nights- i would recommend this hotel and i give jt. 10/10!
Great service. We evacuated New Orleans for Hurricane Ida. Price was good and the full kitchenette was great to help us with food on the long stay. Hotel was in great shape and very good for dogs. Complimentary food and drinks were really nice too.
Our stay here was great the rooms were nice and clean and it had plenty of space for me and my family. The kitchen area had ever thing we needed and the breakfast had plenty of variety to choose from for us to eat before heading out.I would definitely stay here again when we visit Baytown.
Location was great and stay was very comfortable and pleasing. Room was laid out nicely and kitchen was very accommodating and spacious. Pool could have been cleaned but outdoor area was very nice.
I was greeted by a very nice lady at check in. The room was clean however the bed sheet and one pillow case had stains on them. It looked like makeup on the pillowcase and blood on the sheet. I had to remove them from the bed cause it gave me an unsettling feeling. The breakfast was good and the lady serving it was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again but I would inspect my bed first before unpacking.
The staff here are exceptional. The manager on duty was out in the parking lot in the pouring rain meeting guests at their cars and holding an umbrella for them on their way to the lobby. Both the afternoon and morning receptionists were very friendly and quick offer any assistance. The rooms are very nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again.
The building looks great and like a resort. The rooms are super spacious and nice as well. Beds are super comfortable. This will be a place to come back to. For the next visit.
One of the best Staybridge Suites I have stayed in, Most are very nice but this staff was more then accommodating, Social hour was very well managed, My hats off to the entire staff. Bobs chair is at the front Desk, spoke with Megan regarding this and they need to get the plague describing the reason for this chair, even though I feel welcomed at all staybridges with my own chair
Great experience from check in to check out. Employees very friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and smells fresh. Breakfast was great. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Have no complaints about anything.
Property is clean, well maintained. Rooms were clean and the breakfast choice was great with variety of options. Lots of families with children. Neighborhood felt safe and good restaurants within a short distance. Gave us 10% off coupon for a nearby Texas Roadhouse, we didnt use it though. Overall good stay and lived up to the Staybridge standard.
This Hotel is awesome. From check in to check out, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great as well. Rooms are spacious and very clean. I definitely would stay here again.
I dont know where to begin! I travel 35 weeks a year and this is the absolute BEST hotel I have EVER stayed in. No stay is ever perfect, was once a statement for me, but it cannot be uttered from these lips ever again! This hotel can proudly check ALL the boxes, staff, cleanliness, customer amenities, pet friendly, and so much more!! This was the first time that I ever felt at as close to being home as I can get!! The staff are amazingly attentive, professional, courteous, and genuinely care about making the stay as comfortable as possible!! From 5:30-7:30 PM Monday - Wednesday, there is free food and beverages, beer and wine included, down in the kitchen area. I cant name a single hotel that does that! Everything there is new and updated. When you walk into the room you have a full size refrigerator, 2 eye range, dishwasher, a real coffee pot, and the cabinets are stocked with plates, dishes, and silverware. I could go on and on but there is simply not enough room in the review box.Congratulations Staybridge on Garth Rd. Houston, TX. You have a customer for life!!!!!!!!
Angie Lane was wonderful at the desk. Had answers for every question. Had my receipts ready every Monday morning like clock work. Free meals Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evening were excelent looked forward to it every week. Room service was great. Location made everything easy. Only thing that needs a little work is the laundey roon.
The staff are the best ever. Came here from Korea being stationed in the area, the Megan the General manager went way out of her way to help make our stay comfortable. The sales director is here greeting people every day, we are very happy with how they take care of you. Plus free beer and wine at night and free meals m-w for dinner.Overall this is a great team running this place. Makes up for any little things that may get in your way.
It was a great experience. Right in our budget. The guest rooms were comfortable. I like the separate living spaces. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was limited due to COVID but they had enough for me. Can’t complain. And the lady serving it was very nice. We cameLate for the social but there was the draft beer still available so we served ourselves. Only two things to share to be better. Idk if it was for COVID reasons but they didn’t have a toaster for my bagel in the breakfast area. It wasn’t a big deal because there was a toaster on my room. And also our bathroom tub didn’t drain properly. Not a big deal is just that we had to wait for it to drain before the next person came in to take a shower. We didn’t mind. But maybe others after me will mind. We were in room 207. Other than that we would definitely stay here again. Beautiful hotel.

The Hotel Staff, especially the men and women at the front desk, serving breakfast/dinner, and cleaning services made my stay truly feel like home. From things like scheduling the deep cleanings around times that I worked (I work swing shift that changes from week to week), to providing great conversation, and directions for things to do while I was off work. Additionally, The cooking staff were happy to accommodate any requests I had such as providing hummus for a veggie dip or cooking a little extra breakfast If i had barely missed the breakfast time. The cleaning staff were very friendly and did a quick and efficient job. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone who is in the area. Simply put, it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at.
I really enjoyed this hotel. Everything was clean, staff was always friendly and very helpful. Location is perfect for dining, shopping etc. The parking lot is safe and very well lit. Outside area is very inviting Will definitely stay here in the future. Zero complaints.
Would rate 10 stars if I could. If youre coming from Louisiana, into Texas, this place is absolutely worth driving a few more hours. We were on the road for nearly 15 hours and just wanted a place that was safe and clean. All we found in LA was unsafe and dirty hotels charging an arm and a leg per night. Staybridge was priced very well, cookies at the door to greet us, kind and friendly staff, clean and safe rooms, comfy beds and rooms, and the best hotel breakfast Ive ever had. MUST STAY AT. We have stayed at staybridges ever since because of this hotel. Also pet friendly, so that gives it more for me too!! I would rate ten stars if I could.
This Hotel was almost like being at home. Ty and the entire staff were very friendly. The food was great and the room was very nice. From now on any time I travel here for work I will not stay anywhere else!
Hands down Dennis, was the best receptionist we ever had. (We travel for work and stay in a lot of hotels) He went above and beyond providing customer service to us, taking care of the issues we had in the first room we got at this location. This guy deserves to be a manager.
The hotel room suite offered was nicely clean and the layout of the space was comfortable. Unfortunately, our room was a suite on the main road, Garth Rd. We heard noisy traffic all night long. We did not receive complimentary waters, which, quite sadly, might not be a hotel hospitality anymore.There were two tvs, one in the living area and thee other in the bedroom. The tv in the living area was broken. And, regrettably our party of three adults was placed next door to a family with children.We did not get a restful nights sleep. I appreciate the cleanliness and they offered free food in the lobby during super hours.
I have stayed out of town several days in the past year and love staying at he Staybridge Hotel. They have treated me very well serving us food and drinks, keeping my room clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here.
Loved that there was the availability of a separate bedroom with two beds. This means I can now add this brand to my hotel list for stays with my grandchildren. Slept comfortably in the beds.
Our overall stay was awesome and Staybridge made us feel right at home. The rooms were large enough to accommodate us, we had enough towels and fresh towels were given upon request which does not always happen. I will definitely stay next year when I am in Baytown.

This hotel is affordable and very nice. I stayed with my son and our puppy. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The breakfast was packaged individually due to COVID-19 and this is the first hotel I have seen offer free fountain drinks with the complimentary breakfast. Everything we needed was there and we had no issues! The patio with gas fire pit and the grill were so wonderful. We will use this chain from here on out, very satisfied! Did I mention comfy bed and soft and hard pillows to choose from? Great place
This hotel offered clean areas and a lot of options to do outside. They were able to accommodate to any special needs and provided a hot breakfast and dinner. The social hour was very nice also.
The facilities are great, breakfast is hot and offers a good variety. Also, they serve dinner a few nights a week. Very clean and safe feeling for the area.
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Every time we entered the lobby we were greeted and most of the time a friendly conversation was started. Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming.
My flight was delayed so I made it in late. The front desk agent was great and didnt give me any trouble with checking in. I live the fact that the room had a full kitchen. Only cons were that I had to flush the toilet 2 or 3 times for the paper to go down
This hotel is simply amazing. The rooms are immaculate. The hotel staff is amazing. If you are in need of anything, they are very efficient in completing the task. The hotel receives 50 stars in my book. The operational supervisor, Tamekia C, no words as to how helpful she was at accommodating the needs of family.🤗
This hotel has friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are clean, quiet and a nice size. I like the large attached bottles shampoo, conditioner and body soap instead of the small individual bottles. They also have very comfortable beds. Kitchen is equipped nicely. I have stayed here several times and will do it again.

The room was spacious. The sofa was an bonus because we could sit and visit and not have to always be in bed. The kitchen had all that we needed to enjoy a meal.
Great place, Great Value!!! I saw this place was close to my house and suggested to my sisters they stay here. It was SO NICE, I am going to rent myself a room to get away for the weekend! The rooms are self contained, location is close to everything, price was nice!!!
The Staybridge in Baytown was exceptionally clean and the staff were all amazing. The cost was shockingly more than reasonable considering amenities. Although I have stayed at other Staybridge locations, I have not traveled in a few years and it was a total delight to be reunited with my favorite hotel. Staybridge and Staff did not disappoint!!

I was not to sure what to expect Hotel wise, but when I saw this Hotel and went inside I was in LaLa land. It was beautiful and so clean. The staff was very friendly and willing to help me in anyway which made my stay a very Great Place to Stay.Thank you for all your help in making my stay wonderful.

Having stayed at this Inn before I was looking foreward to returning. First thing on my arrival Tamekia greeted me warmly with a smile and acknowledged my Spire IHG membership. She was fast, thorough and professional. My room as well as all of the property was very clean. Such an exemplary service team. I would be remiss if I did not mention and thank Lupita in the food service. She is very cordial and ready with a smile and your food offerings. Yum. No Me Jefe here. The hotel is new and very clean. The rooms are very large and comfortable. The full kitchen is great so you can prepare your own meals if so desired. The breakfast provides many options and is good. I did not utilize the pool or the gym but they appeared to be very inviting. There is a business center as well with computer access.

Stayed for two nights at this Hotel with childhood friends. It was perfect for us. The back social area with grills, fire pit and pool was perfect. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable.

My first impression when the door opened was shock to see the beautiful big room and full kitchen. Everything was very clean and smell like new. Bathroom area was spacious and very luxurious and very clean.
We had to stay here for 2 weeks because our house flooded from a broken pipe! Our insurance set us up in this hotel! I could not have picked a better hotel .We had a suit. The rooms are spacious, the kitchenette fully stocked with everything you need except food. I would recommend this hotel 100%!
We stayed here for 30 days while our house was being built. The dinners Monday through Wednesday helped out the cost of eating out every night. All the employees were super nice and professional.
We were at the hotel for several weeks while our home was undergoing renovations after the freeze this year. It was truly a home away from home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in our area!

This place was amazing in the midst of us evacuating from our flood prone apartment. It had a homey feeling that seemed to make the current event disappear. We were placed on the 4th floor with an impeccable view. You could amazingly see the Houston skyline at a distance. The best part was that our dog was welcome too! Great place to have spend the night at.
Great location, clean, professional service, breakfast was great so many options. Only downfall minor maintenance needed for faucet and shower.
Super amazing experience. The only downside was our room had no lights that worked except for the lamps. So it was quite dark in the bathroom. But we had a great time regardless!
I stayed in hotel last week, everything was just amazing!!! In short, it was my best stay ever. The location is perfect. Staff is very nice and helpful, No words for breakfast.... superbbb....Breakfast room is well maintained.Relaxing environment, nice barbecue facility and lot more.Will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to all.
Its a homey atmosphere with great rooms staff and well worth it . I would like to see Jacuzzis in some of the rooms and maybe a covered parking drop off pick up area cause the way it is right know every thing from us yalls people and the entrance get soaked

Stayed here for a medical appointment in Houston. The staff took all precautions needed and the room was very clean. The breakfast was presented in an excellent way for protection from Covid. Was very impressed. This is an excellent place to stay. I will stay here for all my follow up appointments.

This place is new, modern, and clean. The staff are amazing. You are always greeted with a smile and most of the time they know you by name..talk about hospitality. Pool is maintained regularly and clean, the outdoor patio area is always clean and so peaceful. Housekeeping does a great job as well. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the baytown area.
Stayed 31 days in the motel. Worked 10 hr shift 7 days a week. Clean quiet very nice people. Everyone very professional. Refrigerator microwaveand stove topworked and were clean. Will stay next time Im in the area.
Best place in Baytown,TX!!!! During my home remodeling weve had to stay in local hotels. From the Hilton to Days Inn this has been hands down the best place in town. Excellent room, great customer service & accommodation & design of hotel & rooms are above & beyond..... I think I can make an excuse just to stay here again.
Need to be in an area where no kids would be staying. We love this hotel and your staff and maintenance crew are very sincere in what they do.
Even though there were many people due to the recent weather event in Luisiana, the overall stay was great for a good night sleep. Breakfast was good also

Room was amazingly clean for being pet friendly, no unpleasant odors, hair, or other signs of pets in the hotel. Great place for someone traveling with a dog!

Great team. Very accommodating. Appreciate the greetings. Always treated with a smile. Wholesome breakfast and grab-to-go breakfast for us who need to leave early for work. Place is neat and tidy.Had great help with the TV problems and was offered to transfer to another room.Could hit the gym while Im doing my laundry.
We stayed there during Hurricane Ida and enjoyed our stay there. The staff Vanessa and the General Manager Megan made us feel right at home.
I came into town for my nieces Baby Shower. I picked your hotel for the value via the internet. Everything at this hotel was well above average. It was extremely clean and some of the most comfortable hotel beds on which I have ever slept. Even though I was only there a few hours, I would highly recommend this hotel.
Megan made sure I had a quiet room for this stay. The room was spacious and very clean. Thank you.

Very nice place to stay but don’t trust the staff to be truthful about price on extended stays. Price kept going up until I was done and found somewhere else to stay.

The staff was very nice and helpful. we did have some food left in the fridge form the last guest that stayed in the room.one dish towel in the kitchen area was not clean.I did not report these issues to the hotel.
I think main problem is here House keeping. Bed sheet changes scheduled once in a week.No cleaning or mopping at all. Not even vacuuming the room.When I ask to get better cleaning they always say : because of the Covid we dont have enough house keepers I wouldnt recommend this hotel unless you have toThanks
This Hotel is relative new! Smells really good, clean, and most important for me its not humid inside the rooms. Ac unit is almost new kitchen is very clean, restroom tub, overall great place!!
The lights in our bathroom and vanity area didn’t work and there was no soap to wash our hands. We had to wait 30 minutes the next morning for someone to show up at the front desk. For the amount of money that I paid for the night, I had much higher expectations.
Room was flawlessly clean. Liked the sectional couch in the suite. Restroom was pretty good size. Enjoyed watching cable TV while laying down. My son had fun running around the suite since it was pretty large. Overall satisfied.
The first thing I want to say is that I appreciate the hospitality and care provided by Deja and Tamekia. Both ladies went above and beyond trying to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My wife and I are grateful for the above and beyond care they showed us during our stay. For example, when our beloved family pet passed away during our stay, Tamekia came to us with a heartfelt card and a cheesecake. The same generosity was given during our birthdays and other special occasions and for this, we will always be grateful. Marisol has always been friendly as well as Esmerelda in the Dinner and social hours. Esmerelda tried very hard to accommodate all guests during this pandemic and for that, we have no complaints. In saying this, there are two things that should be addressed in this review in order to give the feedback necessary to make changes. The first one is theft by a member of the housekeeping staff that was not EVER properly addressed by the General Manager, Megan. We had multiple items taken from us during our stay, consisting of prescribed medicines, items in the refrigerator and the most painful and irreplaceable was a pair of 1Ct diamond earrings and a ring that my wife’s children and grandbabies gave to her before they left out of country. When my wife addressed these things with Megan, she was told “I will need to discuss with Christian how to handle this” (Christian being her boss) The matter was never discussed again and Megan’s only solution was to have management stand in the room while it was cleaned. This made my wife uncomfortable and it felt to me like this was done to protect the housekeeper and not address the issue as they sent back the same housekeeper that stole from us back to our room two weeks later. From that point on, we went without housekeeping for the duration of our stay, nearly two months. This is unacceptable, given the amount of money I spent to be at this property for a year. Issue number two. There is a sales manager by the name of Ashley. The last several months, she would work and bring her boyfriend and child with her to work. Numerous times the boyfriend would have the managers keys and had access to all things the manager would have. Nearly every time Ashley worked, her and her boyfriend would have extremely loud and inappropriate confrontations in front of the guests and even in the parking lot. It wasn’t unusual to see them chasing each other down the road. As if this wasn’t bad enough, the GM allowed Ashley, her boyfriend and child to stay on the property for more than a month, which intensified the fights and inappropriate behavior. All the while, boyfriend had her keys. It isn’t a very good feeling knowing that someone who doesn’t have employment on the property has the ability to enter a guest room as they please. On at least one occasion, I observed Ashley and her boyfriend enter a guest room in the wee hours in the morning on the 4th floor, while they were staying on the first floor. It gave the appearance of a situation unbecoming of such a beautiful property. Finally, during this pandemic, as long term guests, we were limited to 7 people or less in the pool area. The last three weekends we were at the property, the pool was inaccessible as there were upwards of 20-25 people in the pool having parties. Nothing was done to break up the parties and the last weekend we were there, the GM was working night audit and she allowed a loud, drunken party to carry on until 2 am. This was very irritating as I had to work the next morning and had a 12 hour shift on 3 hours sleep. This is truly a beautiful property and I sincerely hope the best for all who try to keep it functioning. It would be a shame to see it go in the ground due to a small handful of employees. If you have to stay, don’t let Marcella in your room and keep to yourself and you will be okay.
Megan and her staff make us feel like family. We always feel welcome and appreciated when we stay at Staybridge on Garth. Great home away from home or even a date-night getaway!

Im not gonna go into details but the room that was assigned is totally opposite of the room that I booked online, Im sure its not the hotel fault but a 3rd part issue! Also the toilet is loose, you can literally move it around with your hands!
This hotel was wonderful, and the employees were too. It was so good we stayed another day. I swear it felt like we were the first ever to stay in that room. Everything was so new and clean. Highly recommended!
I was at this hotel for over 2 months and it was easy to get used to staying here for an extended period of this magnitude. The staff was fantastic and there were ample amenities including breakfast, and dinner 3 nights a week.
My main complaint is that there is no awning to drive under when its raining. So here I sit in my car unable to unload my luggage due to the rain storm. I have no idea when this will be over. First hotel I think I have ever been to with no awning. Terrible design folks. It rains alot here in Southeast Texas.
This was a great stay, the room was clean, the staff was great, the food was good. Over-all this a great experience, I will continue to stay at the staybridge suites when I am out of town.

This is a great hotel to stay. The staff is friendly and very organized. I really like that the front door locks and makes you scan your room key to get back in. It gave a great sense of security.

It was a great hotel. The Beds were comfortable. The room is spacious. There are nice outdoor grills and a fire pit to enjoy with the weather. The bathrooms are very clean.
I love this place.. Great staff, rooms are clean and comfortable, kitchens are properly equipped,the common areas are cozy, well laid out..I’m on a strict diet so not thrilled with the food choices, but they do a good job and the coffee is good !!

We had to wait until 5pm our second day for fresh towels and beds to be made. Waited in lobby because we didn’t want to be in room while it was being serviced. Front desk person said she had no idea when it would be taken care of .....
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Deja and then acknowledged as A IHG Spire member. The room is very well appointed and comfortable. This is a well managed team of professionals. With the whole world facing the tragic Chineese flue this Inn has adapted well. This is also in a very good location near everything. Already looking foreward tomy next visit

StayBridge is our most favorite hotels as an IHG member. This hotel is very new and more than expected. Management helped with our stay and staff was very nice. The room was immaculate and very modern. Breakfast was excellent . Kitchen was nice also. Very nice hotel.

Too bad they do not have housekeeping services on a daily basis. Even had to request TWICE to have additional towels and linens. I am an elderly female and was told by staff I would have to change my own bed if I wanted clean linens more than once a week! I had to come down to the front desk myself after calling TWICE and not getting any results for the clean linen or additional towels.

We are celiac family requiring gluten free options. There were no options at the food bar for breakfast or options for dinner. During our stay we needed to go and get groceries to have food available.

Great stay, awesome front desk staff. Swimming pool was under maintenance which was disappointing for my son but upside for me was the complimentary use of washer and dryer.
I was attempting to book here 3/6/2020, unfortunately the lady on the phone was rude. However these hotels are really nice and right off of the freeway. If poor cx service is not a problem go ahead.

2022-03-22I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! The suites here appear to be clean but are not stay away!! I found hairs and crumbs under and on the side of my bed. Also the fridge on top was really dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. My ac also smelled like smoke when turned on full bast. This hotel is no different from a Motel 6. Stay away.

2022-07-01This place is absolutely amazing!!! The rooms are so clean! They have everything you could need in room except food haha! Full size fridge in suite room, counter top stove, dishes, silverware, pots, pans , utensils, shampoo, conditioner (big bottles at that), dishwasher too, and more! The workers are absolutely sweet as can be! They have a whole breakfast buffet! Laundry area, workout areas very clean and tidy! Everything here is absolutely amazing! 10/10 would definitely recommend

2022-07-05Just outside downtown Houston. Had the best experience here. I travel for work and love this particular StayBridge. If youre lucky enough to meet Ty Zaker, youve hit the hospitality jackpot. The Social on Mon - Wed evenings has been the highlight of my week. Clean rooms and facilities.

2021-12-09This hotel is AWESOME! When I stayed, it was about two years old but looked like it had just opened that week. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and my room was spotless. I also enjoyed a dinner on the hotel when the staff prepared chili dogs for dinner the night that I checked in. I stay in hotels every week and I know a good hotel when I see one. This hotel is not good... it is GREAT! Definitely going to be coming back to Staybridge Suites in Baytown.
