Cabin was clean, air on and ready for us. It was perfect for myself and the grandkids to eat, sleep and get ready for the next day of fun. It wasnt glamorous or posh.. but that is not what we wanted or expected. Set up for relaxing and a get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The outside deck could use a good power wash and the exterior of the cabin will have to be painted soon. But that should not affect a star rating..its a comfortable cabin on a great lake. We will be back soon.
Great boat enjoyed it with the family this is our second time ! Now we are looking to purchase something similar!
Most excellent! Kudos on the showers and bathrooms, those are brilliantly done! I would be more specific on your website about what you provide/what one needs to bring. Also I would be more specific about where things are located if youre advertising them and that they are not on property. Thats just my opinion for whatever its worth 🙂. You guys did a fantastic job on responding right away when I had questions. Everything was so nice and clean! I will definitely recommend to friends and family. We will be back! We had an amazing weekend in Paradise! My little family rented a Kasita. (2 adults, toddler and baby) we all slept very comfortably. We will definitely take more weekend trips to this campground. Highly recommend! Perfect weekend getaway!
We had an amazing experience we go every year and we love the environment and everything about it. We cant wait to go back next year
We had a great time at Lighthouse cabins, in Texoma this was me and my family’s 2nd time staying here and this time we had cabins 11/12 and everything was so nice. Yes if you are looking for a place to spend time with family I recommend this place. And we also rented a boat and the guy that rented it to us explained everything very well as how to operate the boat and my family loved the boat ride... Thank you again to the staff at Lake Texoma, Lighthouse cabins we will return again.SincerelySharon James
Had the BEST time here. A great option for those who want a lightly less rugged experience than sleeping in a tent. Power outlets inside, comfy place to lay your head with strong AC, and amazing outdoor area with multiple options for grilling, including a bbq and fire pit! Outdoor sink was helpful as well, and all around still felt like a true camping experience. Will definitely be back!

I have been going to the Lighthouse for many years it has been several years since I have been but have enjoyed it every time brought my wife for the first time and she Loved it.We are definitely coming back.Cabins were clean and cool.The wife has told all her family about our stay and is planning on getting some of them to come with us next trip.
I happened upon Paradise at Lake Texoma as all the state park campgrounds were full. I’m so glad to have found this treasure! We tent camped at site #8, 4 adults & 2 kids. It’s beautiful and peaceful, and just perfect for our weekend camping. We ran out of firewood and called the office and they brought some right away. Loved the text messages beforehand so we knew exactly where to go, how to get in, etc. the kasitas and kabanas are so cute and perfect for a quick getaway from suburbia without the hassle of having to pitch a tent, etc. I consider this a hidden gem and we will definitely be back!!
Had an amazing time at this location. Sunsets over the lake were absolutely beautiful. Campground was very well maintained and we can’t wait to come back!
A hidden little treasure! Very well maintained, charming camp ground. Everything was well maintained and groomed. Views of the lake were beautiful and even a nice little swimming spot just off of sites 1-7. We brought our dog and even he enjoyed his stay. We’ll be back!
My husband and I booked this because we were staying in Pottsboro. It was a nice relaxing evening. The boat was comfortable, clean and the lake was beautiful. The staff was friendly and accomodating and kept in touch via text up and u til the trip.
We love coming to Island View Park. It is just down the street from our place in Pottsboro. The kids love bringing the paddle boards and other water toys down and having fun.If you live close, we highly recommend you get a Taps pass.We have used Texoma Destinations for personal fun as well as entertaining for business. We highly recommend them.
We stayed at Paradise Cove last week for the entire week in a campsite right beside the lake. It was absolutely gorgeous! The staff was fantastic. We will be back and bring friends because there is no way we can keep this place a secret!
Nicely done! Bring your own wine and coffee. Dinner was a nice selection and the sunset cruise was great! (Probably leave the kids at home…. mostly couples)
BEWARE OF MEMBERSHIP AUTORENEW! The signup for the memberships requires automatic payments to be setup and Texoma Destinations will refuse to refund your purchase if you get an auto-renew charge and detect it immediately. Theyre clearly doing this so that anyone who makes a purchase gets hit with an auto-renew, which feels shady. If you purchase a pass, remember to cancel your payment before the next year renews. We are out $200 for a pass we will not use, and Texoma Destinations refused to refund. Even though we detected the charge and disputed it the same day.Also for boaters, note that the ramps the passes provide access to have no courtesy docks, and are poorly maintained so if you have a boat, youll end up going to Highport and paying anyways.
We had an amazing ride ! It was my daughter’s first boat ride and she absolutely loved it. Great price and service!
Captain Mike and Chris are the best around. Very knowledgeable. Very kind gentlemen. They will take you where you need to go with no problems. I can’t believe there is a service like this. It’s absolutely an amazing company. For little to nothing you can get a ride from light house to the islands and picked back up at your preferred time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!!!! They play good music on the way to your desired location and are really friendly. Thank you so much Texoma Destination for helping me have my cold cold beverages at my destiny and great tan and music. You guys are simply the best thing on lake Texoma.
Great communication from the camp staff. Clean grounds and facilities with several group spaces for fun with your group or other campers. Camp store was very cool. Highly recommended.

What a great place to relax and get out of the routine! It’s also pretty clean and the picnic shelters are perfect to enjoy a bbq! I loved it!

I stayed in RV site number 18 for the 4th of July weekend.. I stay there three or four times every year.. For the last two years they put on a great fireworks display. Anything you need, they are more than happy to oblige. You. just a great place to stay

2022-02-22This place is magic! We enjoyed every minute there and can’t wait to be back during summer. Bathrooms are extremely clean as well as the kasitas. We stayed at kasita 13 and the view from bed is just amazing!

2021-07-20We spend every year here for our adult family vacay and we rent a boat for the day! Every time they have everything ready for us, even on an early check in! I would definitely recommend this place. When our time there is over we start planning our next trip!! Thanks Light House Marina for everything! We will see you next year and we will need our cabin #26 again😉🐟🎣🚤 ps… The staff in the off all the way to the Marina were awesome!!

2021-12-06This was such a pleasant stay! We stayed in Kabana #9. The cabin was clean and the view was stunning. We loved that this site was pet friendly and especially appreciated that, despite this, nothing smelled like animals. I was a little worried about the bathroom situation, but those were also very clean and offered privacy I wasn’t expecting from a campsite. We only got to stay for one night, but we will definitely return!

2022-03-19Glamping in Paradise on Lake TexomaFrom my original deposit, to checking out after the trip the entire process is contactless, and ran incredibly smoothly. They use text to communicate, which was great!Living in Downtown Dallas, I wanted a spot to get away and Paradise was just what the Dr. Ordered. The Sunset over the lake was postcard worthy. It was quiet, but not scary isolated quiet. I met a few neighbors, and everyone that drove by waved and smiled… it was a great alternative to downtown life.The websites clear and thorough, I personally WAY over prepared so here’s a couple tips for your trip.1. The only way to cook when Glamping is a charcoal grill, although awesome, I’ll pack an electric griddle next trip. There’s plenty of power both inside and out of each cabin.2. There’s a grocery store about 5 minutes away, they have a great butcher and deli, as well as charcoal, ice etc.. so no need to over pack… I will 100% under prepare next time and stop there, and then use the mini fridge… so no need for bulky coolers etc… except a beer chest!3. Speaking of beer… the grocery store sells beer, and there’s a liquor store about a mile farther up the street.4. If you are not used to making campfires, get those easy light logs from Amazon or the store.. with a fire pit for each cabin, you don’t want to be the one asking for help.5. Parking: I wasn’t sure if cars had to park in the lot, but was happy each site comes with space to park 1 car.. or JEEP!6. Restrooms: the Glamping restrooms were clean and only about 100 steps from most cabins. Think of a hallway, with 8 doors…each with a private full baths, Stand up shower, sink and room to dress etc..That’s it! The experience was 10 out of 10 and I’ll 100% go back wS Fitz again soon!

2021-09-22We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Paradise on Lake Texoma. We love how all the sites have a great view of the lake and having a boat ramp right there is perfect! Plenty of Lake shore to take the kids & dogs for walks. Fun to take kids to identify animals tracks.Also the confirmation & information texts and pre-Check-In option were great, made me feel reassured everything was going as planned. I felt like we were in contact but never had to talk to anyone.We will definitely will be referring fellow campers.Thanks for a great stay,Denise C.

2021-06-19Took my mom who was visiting out on their Dinner cruise. Worth every penny, we loved it. I would say bring you drink of choice but food was good. We got salad, main course and dessert. Nor sure if they had coffee but would have been nice with dessert. Honestly it was lovely and the crew delightful. Ill be booking again with them. In fact it will be on the activity list when friends and family visit.

2021-06-19We wanted to see if we could use kayaks at our age. We arranged for lessons and our instructor was extremely helpful showing us all about them, how to get in and how to get out (more difficult than we expected). Beth went way above and beyond to help us learn. We are planning now to catch one of their dinner cruises on the lake. Supper great experience all around

2021-06-18Went to light house. Inside the young gentleman greeted us nicely. Place was clean. Boat ride was awesome. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable of the fantastic History about Lake Texoma. Enjoyed every moment.
