Great location and great little house. The only issue was that when we checked in we get to to house only to learn that the split unit ACs in each of the two master bedrooms didn’t work. I called the rental agency and they informed me that the owner was aware and planned on having it fixed in 2 days or so. Well, that didn’t happen the entire week we were there but luckily it was in May and it wasn’t too hot. It was still uncomfortable. The back yard volleyball court was also unusable because of rocks, sticks, and who knows what else and the “volleyball” net was a cheap badminton net. The game room was amazing though.

Perfect stay for families. I cant say enough great things about this location!!! All the beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed with dishes and appliances, plenty of seating and tons of room to spread out! Steps from the beach with easy access. The home is spaceous and great for groups! Balcony with beach view. Having laundry in house was great to stay for a week and there is plenty of chairs and toys to take to the beach. Loved the amenities like WiFi, TVs in every room and the Foozeball game was a plus!!

Our family getaway at this location was perfect for us. This house is literally steps from the beach which is nice considering the surrounding towering condos have lots of people in front of their beaches. This beach entrance is nice and calm with less people. Being close to the beach allowed us to come and go as we pleased without having the hassle of going up and down flights of stairs or elevators. We were 12 family members and we were all comfortable the entire time. We had a great time in the evenings near the firepit and BBQ area and had lots of fun in the game room. We recommended this house to other family and friends the next time they come to South Padre Island.
